"Oyyyyy! Get back here, you dim witted traitor!" "There she is, boss! A slippery one, she is!" "Would you just shut up and grab her instead of blubbering?!" A hooded figure cloaked in a brown overcoat turned their head to look back upon the three goofy guards giving chase to their petite form. The three of them were each varying of different shapes and sizes; their physiques each unique to them and their professions. Their very beings seemed to imitate something almost out of a children's cartoon show, providing a strong ray of amusement within this entire chase that stretched further and further towards the vast beauty known as Solemn Park the more the figure thought about it on the run. The figure let a soft chuckle pass her pale lips as she dashed into the park's environment, and promptly made her way onto one of the many dirt paths of the area, taking care to avoid the on goers enjoy their day. Although it was a failure in the regards and hopes of not startling them, the young woman couldn't let the three familiar faces chasing her so much as lay a finger on her. Only the four of them knew why such a chase transpired, and the secret would only reside with the four involved. And the only solution was to be rid of them. The young woman could a tree in the distance tall and wide enough for her to construct a trick of sorts. And so it was with that idea forming in her head that Euphemia made her way around the front of the tree and to the very back, quickly jumping up to climb it by using its branches as the three guards followed her direction almost exactly. Except they kept going past the back. And going. And going... Off into the distance, the blonde watched them with a snicker as she pulled the hoodie of her overcoat down, unaware of anyone that may have watched the entire fiasco occur or individuals that may have been staring in her general direction. After all, she just got rid of three very familiar individuals that had been tracking her for weeks. And it was always a sight to see them run off far from her, and lose whatever trace they had of her. Now, what happens now, is a mystery. "This never gets old..." |
