Description: Mystletainn is an item forged by Loki, from the vines of a mistletoe growing from Yggdrasil, in hopes he could surpass the power of Laevateinn. As the weapon couldn't surpass its counterpart without a test, Loki decided to give the sword to Hodur, for him to kill his brother Baldur in a noble fight. Odin, after the killing of Baldur, ordered the assassination of Hodur by his son, Válir, giving time for Loki to retrieve the weapon and threw it into the human world to dispose of all evidence. With the spirits of Baldur and Hodur going through the process of transmigration forever, as the struggle and the use of such a weapon continued even with their ascendants. Another struggle once more cursed this sword; the fight between a human called Hotherus and the demi-god named Balderus, the last and final descendant of Baldur. After Balderus was slain by Hotherus. using the Mystletainn given by him from Mim. The demigod sealed himself into the sword, hoping he could use a host in order to kill the future descendant of Hotherus, victor of the fight, for once and all.

Codex Regius (Scaling)
Named after the first use of this item in the battle between Hodur and Baldur. It has the appearance of a red blade. This sword is actually ethereal, as it can phase through people without hurting them. Its true purpose is to support and bind the mistletoe with the item. By inducing magical power (10 MP) in the sword, the blade can produce a magical vine (to produce more, the user pays more 10 MP). This vine can be used either as a whip or as a segmented sword, due to the spikes erupting from the roots of mistletoe. This ability deals the same amount of damage as weapons, counting as such.
Strength:
It can be multiplied as long the user pays MP for it.
Weaknesses:
If the MP hits zero, it will start to use HP instead.
The vines are weak against fire-type magic.
Gesta Danorum (S-Rank)
The last known use of this item, when Hotherus killed his rival Balderus. He sealed his own soul inside it, and this is the reason for the loss of its original function as a cutting sword; the red blade is the soul and body of the demigod. By piercing themselves with the blade, the user's body is invaded by all vines from mistletoe, as they begin to enter the entire circulation of the body, veins, and arteries; after this, only the handle remains intact. As a result of this unholy fusion, the users acquires enhanced status/buffs for a limited period: 50% of water resistance, 50% of speed boost, and 05% of HP regeneration.
Strenghts:
Allows double elemental resistance of 50% (water).
It gives a boost increase of 50% speed.
Can heal 05% HP per turn.
Weaknesses:
After the boost is over, the user has a debuff of -50% in physical resistance.
The user becomes unable to control their own actions.
Can only be used if the user is an S-Rank mage.
It can't be used twice per one thread.
The effects fade after 5 turns.
