Personality: Notaek is usually relaxed and calm and rather not enter a fight unless it is for his friends, family, or self defense except if he has to do it for a job. He usually analyzes a person or animal out of habit and smiles even if it is painful to do so. He doesnt drink any alcoholic beverages but instead drinks a lot of lemonade or water. Notaek may even apologize out of the blue when in a discussion that involves somebody being upset or angry as he doesnt like to see people upset.Notaek likes to sing and play his ocarina as it doesn't just calm him down but it also reminds him of home. When not doing the two you can find Notaek reading a book from a cooking recipe to a fictional novel. He likes to see smiles on people's faces as it brings him joy. He can take criticism well and will try to improve his ability. you can't really tell by his appearance if he is angry he will usually keep the smile expression but can tell by the energy change from positive happy to negative mad, unless someone really ticked him off, that is when you see his face express angry unless it's for an act that requires him to be angry. He likes to give some entertainment to people when he has the time to help make their days a bit happier. And will some times explore nature to listen to their music and may even find some inspiration for his own music, while also learning different plants that that be good for cooking, in which makes him test which cooking style would be the best style of cooking for the plants with other food. In continuance with cooking notaek will do four random ingredients in which he has to cook with for a dish to make it random for himself or have someone choose the ingredients for him.
In battle however, he will usually try to analyze the environment and the opponents to see what he can use for an advantage to help him or his allies. But may also lean towards distracting the opponents for his team if they desired to do a sneak attack. Notaek prefers to be in teams as he can't do much with his magic as of yet but will do jobs that involve very little magic at first by himself so he can be use to working on his own. While in a team he will follow orders from the leader for the most part but may possibly ignore some if it's against his morals.In overall he will do the best to his ability in battle if he can be of help.While distracting his opponents he will usually entice them to watch his entertainment show either by using magic, singing, playing his ocarina, coin tricks, and card tricks. When this distraction doesn't work he may try pretending to be a swordsman bounty hunter with bad sense of direction and may ask for help, or even challenging to a fight right then and there, he will try and adapt to the situation for which distraction may work to knowing when to fight.
Likes:
● Lemonade: he likes the combination of the sweet and the sour, warm or cold, as it hits his tastebuds and makes him feel so refreshed.
●Playing the ocarina: after hearing a friend play it for him, he decided to practice playing it and fell in love with it even more.
● hanging out in nature: Notaek sometimes likes to just sit down and relax in nature and let it play it's music as he naps.
Dislikes:
●Sea cucumbers: After trying to cook it and eat it as a kid, his tastebuds just hated the flavor and texture combo it gave.
● Kids being rude: he mainly dislikes kids who don't respect there elders as in a family way unless the parents are obviously rude themselves.
●Spiders: though only some spiders he dislikes, it is mainly due to his past that he doesn't like some breeds of arachnids
Motivations:
● to be a great mage like his father: after seeing how his father was able to use magic for fighting and for entertainment really inspired Notaek to become a good mage like him but deciding to do a different magic to make his own entertainment style.
● Rivalry: just like how he was inspired to be an entertainment mage he has friends that helps enforce that inspiration as they work on their entertainment magic aswell.
● To be part of a family made by a guild: after hearing stories from his father and from passerbys, notaek wanted to be part of a guild family and see what will happen.
Fears:
● Death by fighting: mainly if he wasn't able to give it his all in a fight either entertainment fighting (aka accident occured/acting) or a real fight
● minor arachnaphoebia: afraid towards the poisonous spiders.
●Water torture: after his older sister did it to him with her water magic, notaek has gain a slight fear if his hands and feat are bound has drops of water slowly dripped on his face not knowing what time it was.
