Job Description:
"Welcome, Brothers and Sisters, to the Black Blood Brotherhood. We are an organization who are fed up with the lies and oppression from the higher powers in this country. The Magic Council have been been oppressing us by breeding mutants and abominations called Mages. They feed upon the meager; those who cannot use magic the same way they do. The Magic Council doesn't care about the little men and women who cannot defend themselves with magic. How could a company of criminals be allowed to continue existence, you may ask?
Simple! They are given power by the people. They are given power out of fear of what the mages could do. If the mages in their sanctioned guilds cannot perform atrocities, they can always ask those they have outlawed to do the job for them; only to discard them afterward and treat the very people they ask to do their dirty work like the criminals that the Magic Council are!
But thank you for answering this call, Brothers and Sisters. I have a job for you," the leader of this group called the Black Blood Brotherhood points at you. "You, I have a job for you."

This job has 3 objectives:
1) There will be a televised announcement happening from the Magic Council's press conference room. Your job here is to infiltrate your way into the Magic Council headquarters by any way you deem fit and plant a bomb near the podium where Representative Cory will be speaking. That is your target. Plant the bomb (the size of a briefcase) near the podium. Make sure it's planted somewhere discrete; somewhere that won't be noticed.
2) Once the announcement goes on-air, allow Representative Cory to speak for a moment. Allow him to speak about allowing the Dark Mages a chance at rehabilitation instead of being killed on sight. Once he starts speaking about that, remotely detonate the bomb. The trigger's detonation range is 50 meters. Don't worry, the bomb, itself, only has an explosive radius of 5 meters, so you will be safe. However, this means you must attend the announcement in person.
3) Afterward, your job will be to slaughter everyone in attendance. Leave no one alive. I will have my men taking over the broadcast control room. We will keep the cameras rolling while you start the slaughter. However, we want you to make some derogatory comments towards the Magic Council during your slaughter.
Once you have completed all three objectives, feel free to scatter. We will call upon you when the time comes. Good luck, Brothers and Sisters of the Brotherhood! Fight the good fight!
