The newest name on the Black Rose announcement board today was Jiyu Kazehime. Honestly? It would shock numerous people, given that the wind mage looked as if she’d break when someone breathed to hard on her, far too skinny and still healing from injuries caused by two years of captivity. However the sorceress had her name printed up there, very neatly and clearly, also with the location of her name it certainly was not simply announcing her return or such! Instead, the announcement concerning the wind caster was a very simple one, Jiyu had been permitted to move up from D rank into C rank. Thought the female had not been given a formal exam, considering what she had just been through and the condition the experience had left her in, she was rather thought of as strong enough to have survived, or too weak to take a formal exam, in the end though the female was just happy her work was not ignored or pushed to the side just because she’d had a hard time as of late. Even if she couldn’t run around and use as much power as she’d once been able to? The female was anything but weak, and she’d put in the work to prove it every single chance she could slip away from Black Rose with a job request, completing the mission, most times, without any flaw and swiftly. Now with this morning’s update in event’s, the weakened mage would be able to do even more thing’s, thought there was another mage or maybe or a few magi, who did not trust the odd eyed girl to stay within her currently frail seeming bodies limits.
Marschal Leigh to be exact, Jiyu doubted he was going to be happy she now had more room to move and things to do!
Honestly? The young mage was concerned as to how he would react when he woke to find she was now a C ranked mage, and she hadn’t seen him the whole day! Actually the wind user was beginning to think he’d woken up before her and gotten utterly enraged, stormed out for the day or something, or was avoiding her due to spite over her applying for the rank up and receiving it. When she began to think those things? The wind user had needed to throw herself into work at the SilverMoon to forget about it, the haunting possibility he was upset enough about it all to just be done with her! Leigh had been so protective of her after coming to her rescue, the man had done more than he ever really needed to for her, Jiyu knew he cared about her and ranking up, opening the possibility she’d get into more dangerous situations; She’d basically thrown everything back into his face. What else was she suppose to do?! He only wanted to protect her, but Jiyu thought the only way she’d stay safe was to get strong enough that she wouldn’t need him, she wanted to rely on him, knew she could, but in the end Kazehime just couldn’t rely on someone else like that, no matter how much she wanted to! Marsch always proved to be reliable, her eyes casting over to the booth he was always sitting at, before her gaze fell to the bar seat she was standing in front of, the one he normally would be sitting at, if he was in the guild. The panic slowly rose through her again, eyes flashing back to how sudden her mother’s demise and departure from her life had been. Was it possible for something like that to happen to Marshcal, she shouldn't have let herself get so attached to him, now she wouldn’t be able to continue being independent, especially if he didn’t come back!
”I guess it’s getting to that time, no more customers today.” the dainty female spoke the words, removing the apron from over Marschal’s jacket, pushing one hand against the bar to push herself over it, landing bottom first in one of the stools. Now, she only had to decide if she was going to drink or not, the female knew she hated hang over’s, but, no she was not going to become her father, drowning a problem she did not know how to solve in beer! While she liked the scent of a drunk on Leigh, she doubted it would be enjoyable coming from her own body.
