    Secondary Magic Name: The Ferryman
    Evidence of Accomplishment: To the River Styx and Back
    Description: The Ferryman is used to describe the position of Charon. Being tasked with guiding the souls of the dead across the rivers Styx and Acheron, granting them access to the underworld. This, however, was not the fate of all souls. Those who could not pat the toll, or those who were left unburied, were forced to roam the shores for one hundred years. Such is the fate of man.

    By becoming attuned with the souls of the dead, those who have been given the amount needed for the toll, those who did not have the toll, and those left unburied, Vlad has began to understand the feats these creatures are capable of. The energy held within each soul was equivalent to that of their lifespan. Some were as bright as the sun, and others as dark as the midnight sky. Each of these souls were able to perform certain tasks.

    While this magic is named The Ferryman do not let it fool you. It does not simply deal with the guidance of souls; this magic allows for the complete interaction and command of souls. While it may seem to be a rather shallow magic it's applications are innumerable.

    In a rather brief attempt to explain some of these applications it is to be noted that the magic could be used for any sort of purpose. To further discuss this one could command the soul of an opponent to leave it's body, use the energy from nearby souls to strengthen his own spells, or his own health, to drain the opponents soulful of energy, thus decreasing their spells strength, and/or their MP/HP. There are many more plausible uses, but this was a simple example of the most basic level of this magic.

    To further discuss these topics let's begin with removing the soul from a person's body. This allows the user to save a person from death, or to kill them. The removal of souls from a body allows for the implant of said soul in another. Given that there is no soul in the new body, and that it is relatively fresh. The removal of one's soul, without placing it in a body, simply kills the person; their soul travels to the shores of the river Styx, to wander for one hundred years. It is possible to only remove portions of a soul, this results in damage to the person, though not fatal. It may, however, strip them of a spell, ability, buff or debuff.

    Draining the soul of energy is much like a bank account; it can remove the funds, however, they may be added as well. This is to say that the draining is not permanent, and will only last a for a certain length. While the length may be prolonged by continued draining it may not be wise to do so.

    While the above listed uses of this magic seem to be shallow they offer a large, and often misused, pool of spell selection. These are not all of the plausible uses of this magic, it is merely the most common.

    Strengths:

    • It if very flexible, and can be used in many situations.
    • +25% damage against those with souls.(C:25% B:35%: A: 45% S/SS:55% H:65%)
    • It allows for, albeit theoretical, immortality. 
    • The users soul cannot be harmed, or transported, in anyway.

    Weaknesses:

    • Immortality of the soul, not the body.
    • While complimenting Hollowed Summons well it does not add a new sort of elemental attack.
    • None of these spells damages the body of opponents, only the souls.
    • Those without souls only have one spell that may damage them. 
    • No elemental damage.

    Spells:

    D-Rank Spell Name: Soul Crush
    Rank: D
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: 2
    Type: Offensive/Support/Chain
    Description: By simply commanding the soul to collapse in on itself the user is able to deal D-rank damage to the opponent; this causes the soul to lose a bit of its energy, allowing the casters soul to take in this energy. If the energy cannot be absorbed by the caster it simply attempts to return to the targets body, causing an additional D-rank work of damage. This works on any being with a soul within 20 m of the caster.
    Strengths:
    Allows the user to steal energy from the opponent. (This is equal to the amount of MP used to cast D-rank spells, however, if that is Zero then it simple deals 2 D-rank worth of damage.)
    Weaknesses:
    The range is confined to 20 m from the caster.
    The user gains no energy from SS and H rank users.
    Decreasing worth as the opponents rank grows.

    C-Rank Spell Name: Defiance from Within
    Rank: C
    Duration: 3
    Cooldown: 4
    Type: D.O.T/Support/Chain
    Description: By commanding the soul to rebel against its vessel the caster is able to cause the soul to damage itself; by fighting against its own will it, effectively, stuns itself. By crashing against the walls of its own vessel it deals C-rank damage to itself and increases the cool down of the targets spells by one post. This has a range limited to being within 40 m of the caster.
    Strengths:
    Increases opponents CD by one for all spell.
    Weaknesses:
    If the opponent does not have a soul it deals no damage.
    If the spell is is not in use/on cool down, then it is not effected.

    B-Rank Spell Name: Soul Replacement 
    Rank: B
    Duration: 6
    Cooldown: 7
    Type: DoT/Chain
    Description: By using the souls of the recently deceased Vlad is able to forcefully push the souls of these dead into the bodies of any who do not have a soul. With this being a vessel it would attempt to escape this vessel. This is only capable of having an effect on those within 60 m. 
    Strengths:
    Allows for other spell's to hit said opponents.
    Weaknesses:
    If they are using any sort of regeneration effect/spell it gains an additional 2%.
    It has no effect on those with souls.

    A-Rank Spell Name: Deaths Allure
    Rank:  A
    Duration:  Instant
    Cooldown: 9
    Type: Stun
    Description: By looking at the target in the eyes Vlad is able to project every misdeed that anyone they knew may have committed; by doing this they are unable to move, and are dealt A rank damage.
    Strengths:
    It makes the target unable to move.
    Weaknesses:
    Long ass cool down.
    Deal's a rank lower in damage.

    S-Rank Spell Name: Damnation 
    Rank: S
    Duration: 10
    Cooldown: 12
    Type: Instant/D.o.T/Support
    Description: The damned are those who are deemed unworthy of entrance into heave, or whatever they saw as paradise. This was the complete and utter dominance of the souls of others; by enforcing his own will he was able to damn the souls of anyone within 100 m. Vlad releases the darkness within his own soul, and begins to corrupt those around him. This, however, may only be done after the souls of the others have been weakened. By doing this the darkness that hits the enemies deals 1.5 S-rank damage, as it is true damage, and for each post afterward it removes 10% HP & MP, returning 5% of HP & MP to Vlad per post. This is due to the darkness, eventually, returning to its owner. Those without souls merely feel the darkness hit them, they do not lose any HP or MP, and only suffer S rank damage. However, if Soul Replacement was used before this, and is still in effect, then it deals 2 S-rank damage to all.
    Strengths:
    Only spell to damage those without souls. 

    Weaknesses:
    Healing spells can stagnate the damage dealt.
    Although it is called Darkness it is not completely that; with this said Shadow Dragon Slayers can consume half of this darkness, preventing 5% of the HP & MP from leaving their body.
    May only be used after two prior spells have been successfully used:

    • Soul Crush
    • Defiance from Within


    S-Rank Signature Spell Name:  The Value of Life
    Rank: S
    Duration: 5
    Cooldown:  12 (one time per thread in PvP)
    Type: DoT/Support
    Description: By taking in every nearby soul, sans those that are in a vessel, Vlad is able to channel a massive amount of energy; This allows for all spells on cool down to be taken off of cool down. On top of this for the damage of any attack launched by Vlad is increased by 150% for five posts.
    Strengths:
    Massive boost to damage.
    Weaknesses:
    Souls being drawn can be eaten by Soul slayers; granting them a 35% MP boost.
    Can only be used once in PvP.
    Vlad takes 25% additional damage during the boosted period.
    Takes two posts to channel, and it may be interrupted, putting it on cool down.
