Death's Consumption:
The expenditure of mana is linked to the activity of a mans soul; whenever Vlad uses a spell, and it deal damage, he regains energy; this energy is drained from the victim. It regenerates 3% MP. This reads as a mana drain, and because of that, I'm going to have to say no on this. If you want mana drains, make them as a part of your spells. However, if it was something like regening 1% MP upon hurting someone, without taking the MP from them, then it would be all right.
Strengths:
Can kill Weak enemies in one strike.
Weaknesses:
No benefit to allies.
Can kill weak NPC's.
Cannot be turned off.

Vlad's Conditions:
This contract allowed for Vlad to make some requests; this request was to grant him access to the river styx. This may only be used to travel back and forth once in a PvP thread.(Unlocked after secondary training) Since this is a magic item, this is written as an active teleport; thus, it cannot be used as an ability on the magic item, as magic items are only allowed passive supports.

Can be used to evade attacks.
Weaknesses:
Can only be used once in PvP.
Cannot be used to revive others.
Cannot bring anything that originated in the other dimension back with him.

Does not allow MP levels above the users max.

Vlad's Conditions:
The contract allowed for one provision in Vlads favor; this is an ethereal form which allows him to planes walk. This is the ability of passing through this dimension to the next, the undead. This is something that must be mastered, or the user will be stuck in the world of the dead. With the souls of the dead warriors being so active in combat it causes an interference that does not allow for this travel in combat.(Unlocked During secondary training)

Death's Discount:
Seeing as all the spells he casts have to do with some form of death, and seeing as how he is now a man who is dead it only makes sense that they cost less! His spells cost 3% less!
Strengths:
Spells cost 3% less.
Weaknesses:
Cannot drop a spells cost below 0%. Same weakness as the second one. The second one is more comprehensive, however, so replace this strength.
Cannot make a spell cost 0 MP, at the least a spell must cost 1% MP.
