Kaisto and Astrid had been riding in a caravans wagon for at least a few days now on the trade route making their way to the Mysterious canyon area. They were on their way to go fight these Imps that the job requester asked them, they were told about them already and that they had apparently stolen some of their merchandise to get it back to them...but what it was they weren't told about that they just said for them to 'look for their seal on the boxes the imps stole' which made Kaisto get very very suspicious about the people that requested their help.
He looked up to Astrid as she sat near him and then said "You know....i wonder what those guys had in those shipments they lost to the imps? Maybe the imps are the good guys in this situation?" Kaisto asked Astrid for her opinion on the situation before them, on one note they took their job, on the second note they seemed very suspicious of the employer that they had been contracted by and this sorta had a conflict of interest within him, he wanted to do the job but at the same time he wanted to know what was so secretive that the employer wouldn't tell them about it.

I'M A CREATURE of a culture that I create Honestly Astrid didn't have an answer for Kaisto's question. She would have to agree with the shadiness of the requester in question. They were rather vague on the details of everything, though of course maybe they had to be. Who knew what were in those crates. Maybe they were valuable to them in some way. If that were the case she could understand them wanting to get rid of the creatures. If someone stole her precious violin she too would want to stop the beings who had stolen it. But at the same time, maybe the imps had a reason for stealing in the first place. Trying to keep her balance as the wagon bumped along the rugged path, tossing her small figure around when the wheels finally settled down once again the musician gave a half-hearted shrug, a sheepish smile forming on her lips. "A job is a job though... I guess..." Though she would have rather avoid having to kill them, the job states they do indeed have to get their hands a little dirty. She joined a guild based mostly around killing monsters after all, it was what they had to do. She just hoped when the time came she could make their deaths quick and painless. 212 words |

Astrid was right it was a job...a suspcious one at that though, he sighed and then got a mischevious look on his face and then looked at Astrid and nodded "I have an idea...we go there, do our job and such, but before we go back to tell these people where this stash is at with the imps, we look in those crates, we see why they are acting so sneaky and everything, we have a right to know since we are going in and trying to fix their problem anyway" Kaisto's words rung true, they were putting their life on the line after all, it would be best if they know what it was that they were going after anyways.
Kaisto felt the wagon bump even more then usual which meant the road they were on was the right one, he grunted as one bounced really hard, making him bouce and fall face first on to the bag of flour in the back making a whit cloud of flour poof up, there was some coughing on Kaisto's expense as he turned over his face was covered in powder as he coughed and chuckled *cough cough* Well...i always did wanna know what a ghost felt like with being white faced" he laughed even more, at how ridiculous he looked which probably was even more funnier looking to Astrid.

I'M A CREATURE of a culture that I create Look inside the creates? She hadn't thought about doing that. This was their client, how could they do something like that? It seemed so... Wrong, like doing so would be breaking their job rules. But at the same time curiosity was taking over the girl. What were in those boxes that were morally questionable? Why were the imps so intent on stealing them? "... But..." Astrid let out a single word, her mind making her stop before she could finish any other phrases as it calculated the situation. It's not like the client had said they couldn't look in them anyway... They just said to get them back. Besides, they did in fact have a right to know. She hated to admit it, but Kaisto was right. Fingers fiddling with the ends of her skirt as her gaze fell to the floor of the wagon she tensed slightly as she heard a loud thump in front of her, looking up quickly to see what had fallen. It was Kai, mostly covered in the white flour that had been beside them this entire trip. Surprised at first, watching the flour fall from the air and settle on the powdered boy Astrid blinked rapidly, letting out a sneeze as some of the substance had feathered her face lightly. Before long however the confusion turned to laughter, giggling loudly, trying to cover her face as snort erupted from the girl, any sign of her worries about the mission seeming to fade instantly, such actions usual with her one track mind. "Your face is covered" she exhaled, her words muffled from her fingers, trying to stop laughing. But she couldn't. For some reason his flour covered face was just too funny for the girl to try and hide it. 299 words |

Kaisto laughed as Astrid laughed as well, he felt loads better at how they were laughing now, even if the mission did weigh on his mind, he didnt mind it now cause him and Astrid was laughing and having a good time as it is, that was untill the wagon hit another bump and made him hit the already spilt flour which covered his face and chest now "Ok these bumps are gonna be the death of me" he laughed and then looked at Astrid and then got a devious smile across his face
Soon Kaisto got a handful of flour and quickly scurried over to Astrid and playfully tackle her and tried to get her in a hold to put the flower on her face all the time laughing "Oh i think maybe you should join me in the flour face makeup" he laughed as he and her struggled, honestly this was in a way him trying to help her more get relaxed with the mission, even though he knew when she snorted that it was a sealed deal that she was feeling way better then before the mission and lets be honest Kaisto was feeling way better too.

The wagon would look like a war zone, though covered in white flour rather than crimson blood. Now that the two had gotten carried away with trying to get as bunch of the powdery substance on each other as they possibly could Astrid had almost forgotten what they were here for in the first place, laughing and trying to escape from Kaisto's grasp as he pushed her face into the flour.
It was dry, and yet soft.
Some of it managed to get into her mouth, causing her to sit up and wipe her tongue with her hands in hopes it would come off. It didn't. It just stayed there, drying up her mouth.
"Bleh..." She pouted, sticking her tongue out.
The wagon came to a sudden halt, almost causing the girl to fall over into even more of the flour, pressing her hands into the floor to stop herself from doing so.
"This is as far as i can take ya" the driver called to them from the front, his southern accent thick.
Oh, right, they were here on a job. Oops.
Jumping out of the wagon and landing upon her feet Astrid patted herself down and sending little white clouds into the air, spitting out some of the flour still in her mouth. Ugh, she needed some water or something. It just wasn't coming out, it stuck all around her mouth.
"Thank you!" She called after the driver, waving as the wagon trotted off. She wouldn't miss the bumping anytime soon... Though she did feel a bit bad about leaving all the flour in there. They really should have cleaned it up. However they were already late getting to the job as it was, they needed to start soon.

Kaisto hopped out of the wagon and followed the flower covered Astrid, he chuckled seeing her skip ahead of them without a care in the world but thatw as her way of getting on with her jobs or quests whichever you wanna say. Kaisto walked with Astrid for what seemed like a good half hour, the sun was hot on them but luckily there was some shady spots where they rested at, before reaching a cavish system, he looked at the entrance before looking at the top where he heard two different screeches and saw two small Chibi imps described in the job that those guys had posted
"I take it these are the lookouts and such, and from the sounds of it...i think they alerted the imp colony" He sighed and placed a hand on his sword hilt and watched out for the Imps and soon they jumped down and went after Kaisto and Astrid, one for each, Kaisto pulled out his sword to deflect a slash from the imps claws, he then took his sword and slashed at it cutting its chest as it scurried back and Kaisto and it stared down before it lunged at it and then in a swift move Kaisto skewered it on his sword and then flung it to the ground as it was dead and its blood stain his sword, promptly named The Red Queen, He then turned to see if Astrid would need help with the imp that attacked her.

It had gotten to the part Astrid was dreading the entire way here. She wasn't completely against killing, for she knew it was a natural thing and not something anyone should be afraid to do in these types of situations. But still, not knowing why these imps did what they did weighted on her mind. They weren't evil, at least she didn't like to think they were.
So why? There had to be a reason...
As one of the two chibi imps flew towards her, claws pointed outward, Astrid used her sticker-filled violin case to slam against it, sending the small creature backwards.
Having made some time for herself before the imp would regain it's composure she used her thumb to click open the case, revealing her precious violin, Vieille. Dropping her case to the ground with a thud she placed the instrument in the correct place, the bottom piece snug under her chin, shouldering the middle, and hand upon the neck.
Raising the bow and breathing a small breath in she stroked it once against the thin strings, rubbing them and creating music that filled the air.
Light gathered before the girl, swirling and dancing as it all poured into itself to create a snake-like figure. The snake glowed, curling and wiggling with every stroke of the violin.
With a hiss the light-made creature sprung forward towards the still dazed imp, making it squeal. It coiled its body around the chibi, squeezing it as the music got faster until, Astrid rubbed against the strings one single and final time, causing the snake to bite into the imp.
Dead.
The snake vanished in a puff of golden light, leaving nothing behind but the imp's damaged body.
Astrid stood back, bringing her violin back down to her side with a sigh.
One down... A lot more to go.

Kaisto sighed in relief, he came over and patted her head, he was impressed with her magical skills, they were very cool yet so bizzare at the same time it was pretty neat, he then smiled and nodded to her "Good job Astrid, glad you aint hurt" and it was true, he was very happy she was ok, so after those chibi imps were done he and Astrid made their way deeper into the cave, they barely got maybe a quarter of the way into the cave before they stumbled upon an opening a wider opening really and they saw 5 imps there dancing and just dancing and snorting like they were celebrating, Kaistio with his sword still drawn and ready incase the 5 imps attack, this would be a bit harder on them do to them being outnumbered.
The imps turned their heads back to the two and then snarled as they made their way to Kaisto and Astrid in a hard running motion at them and instantly tackled Kaisto away from Astrid, it was a bad situation already, Kaisto had two of the five while Astrid was alone with the other 3, Kaisto Growled as one of them cut his arm with their claw, it wasn't bad but it stung like hell on his skin before he was finally able to move his sword arm and then stabbed the two quickly, one in the ribs and then the other one in the shoulder making them screech and then scurry back as they circled Kaisto as he held his sword up watching them closely but not only that he tried to keep an eye on Astrid and the other three, he didn't want her hurt more so cause he could never forgive himself for it if she did get hurt.

Astrid had let the feeling of the boy's warm hand pressed against her head linger, raising a small hand to feel where it had been. The girl had always adored being praised. She was far from what people would refer to as a 'teacher's pet' or a 'show off', as she didn't do it for her own self, but rather she enjoyed it because it meant she was getting better as a person. Better, wiser, maybe a little stronger. She was reaching her goal.
Well, and it was always nice to feel like you did something right.
Having followed Kaisto into the cave she flinched back as she saw the imps almost instantly fling their claws towards her, only to be blocked by the sword-wielder.
Seeing how Kai had taken on the two of them on she decided to take the other three towards the back, who know start to surround her in a circle.
Narrowing blue optics she once again brought up her violin and started to play. This time, the song was a bit faster than her previous calm and slow version. Light surrounded the violinist in a circle, rushing around her. It grew and grew until it begun to sweep up the imps, tossing them about, making them squeak and flail their small limps about.
The song represented the avid rushing of the stormy sea with it's quick tone and constant plucking. It was a rather fun song to play, at least for her.

Kaisto felt the water hit the ground around him and the imps but noticed that all the imps including himself were splashed with water, it was the perfect set up, Astrid was safe and this spell would only freeze the imps and not him, but he had one shot at it "Here goes nothing!!" He then took in a nice deep breath of air into his lungs and smirked a bit athe figgiting "Hydra Breath Ice Roar!!" He then let out a massive roar of Ice from his lungs and through his mouth to the ground purposely missing the imps which may have looked confusing to Astrid till the water around them started freezing, Kaisto started putting more effort to blasting the ice breath on the ground and soon the Imps weregrowling and snarling to the point that they all started freezing in place as ice imp statues, and the room suddenly fell about a good 15 degrees maybe even 20 from how hard Kaisto was blowing the ice roar in the room and on top of that it was loud too.
Kaisto soon quit and panted looking around in the room, there stood 5 frozen ice imps in place thanks to Astrids wonderful water attack..well light...ok she turned light to water, not an easy feat mind you. if they had been sweating before, now they would be cooled off in the room with all of the statues that were frozen, he slightly chuckled and looked at Astrid "Hey look i made art. I call it...Dance of the ice covered Imps" he soon laughed and sheathed his sword and smirked "That was good thinking on your part with the light..water, spell thing you did, allowed for a nice freezing combo that put these guys down for a bit, but the question now is that should we break the ice statues of them ooooor leave them?

The ice was nothing new to Astrid. Kaisto had shown her and Lucius his strange magic on the train a few months back. However she had to admit it was pretty genius, what he managed to pull off. While the spell hadn't actually been water it was supposed to act like a swirling wave, using the now solid light to crash onto the imps and deal the normal damage. But what he managed to do was freeze them completely.
Though Astrid wasn't sure if the imps were technically alive, they had still managed to stop them. That counted, right? Ah, it's not like their client would know. It'd be nice to just leave them here and hope for the best.
Retracting the violin from her shoulder Astrid gazed at the icy wall circling around her, opening her mouth in a gasp. It was beautiful. The frozen light shone inside of the clear ice, glowing and sparkling, reflecting the light in her eyes. He was right, it really wan an art piece. "Whoa..."
Eyes lingering upon their newly formed wall it took the musician a minute to realize that though this was in fact pretty, she was now stuck in the center of it. And it was starting to get really cold in here. Clutching her hands to her arms she shivered, feeling goosebumps start to pluck at her skin. "Um... Kai?"
Stepping back she frowned, head tilted to the side, looking upwards to try and see how she could escape.
"I'm... Kind of stuck..."

"Oh crap! Sorry astrid!" he didnt even notice that the girl was stuck behind some frozen walls now, he redrew his sword and and reved it slightly as the sound of a loud motor reved before he stabbed the ice wall and reved it again as the blade started turning red and melting the ice before Kaisto carved out a nice hole in the wall and reached in pulling out Astrid slowly out of the walled off area, to the much warmer side of the wall, Astrid would more then likely start feeling warmer immediately from the differences he chuckled slightly as he sheathed his sword before he rubbed the back of his head and then said ""Oops...ahehe i didnt think you would get trapped in there that didnt go to well on that end" he stopped and looked around and then pointed his finger forward to the exit of the room as they both heard more screeching more then likely the rest of the imps were in the next area or possibly more even after that "Oh i swear to the ancients that this client of ours will give us our money and we never see him again for the trouble we are going through for whatever he was missing from these Imps or i promise you that it will not be pretty at all for him." Kaisto said as he face palmed and groaned out quite a bit.

As she stepped out from the frozen wall she let out a misty sigh, holding a careful hand onto Kaisto's as she stepped over some of the melted ice that had landed upon the ground.
Once out she let go, dropping her hand back to her side.
"It's fine, i didn't know i would get stuck either" she let a nervous sort of smile etch onto her lips, giving a sheepish expression. It wasn't his fault. They had gotten the job done, and she was sure if she looked hard enough she could have found her own way out.
Nodding at his words they walked into the second cavern that Kaisto had pointed out, Astrid falling a little behind the older man.
Poking her head around the corner she gazed inside the small, rocky cavern. The orange sunset poured into the room from large holes in the roof, the color mixing with the pale color of the rocks, giving the mood that the sun was just about to set. Atop some of the taller rocks black, emaciated imps growled and chattered, letting out shrills of laughter as they held large magazines in their claws. A single silver eyebrow rose, curious. Magazines? Astrid couldn't get a good look to see what exactly it was due to being too far away. She did however spot a scantily clad looking woman upon the cover, wearing nothing but a swim suit. Even weirder.
She looked back to Kaisto, blinking.
"Wonder why they have magazines all the way out here..."
Surely they couldn't have bought it themselves... Though the thought of a small imp flying up to a cashier and buying a magazine did put a funny picture into her mind.
She let out a quiet snort.

When then stopped and watched the imps from afar he heard the imps just having a ball, he looked at what they were holding....magazines?? what the hell were they doing with the magazines...not only that it was the swimsuit edition of some type of magazine but it was't any magazine that they have know to have everywhere else. "how in the heck did they manage to get this unless..." Kaisto whispered then stopped when he saw the same image that Astrid and the imps saw, which was that pretty blonde haired girl in a nice blue bikini...dang it what was he talking about again??
Kaisto shook his head erasing the blush he had on his face before he continued "Astrid...i think i know what we were asked to get...but id rather not say till we find the crate...so whats the plan here? back to back crane style freezing or what" Kaisto looked at the imps, normally imps would be patrolling but these guys had their noses so far up the magazine that it wasn't even funny now, they could sneak past or take them out here, but that would be more or less up to Astrid since she has that awesome light show, she really should have her own concert with her skills but he digressed right now they needed to find the stash of crates they were being paid to find and the imps were in their way.

She looked back up to the older boy, blinking once before her eyes narrowed in thought, lips pursed. What was a good plan? In all honesty she hadn't thought of one. She had hoped winging it the entire way through as each situation rose would be good enough, or that maybe Kaisto would have a couple of plans since he was more experienced at fighting. However now that they had a chance to use a sneak attack it'd be better if they took advantage of it. It'd be quicker and less deadly.
Taking a moment to take into consideration both of their kinds of magic she placed a finger on the bottom of her lip, silver eyebrows furrowed as she tried to come up with the best plan that worked for both of them.
"I can flashbang them, and then we both go in and take them out while they're confused?"
Maybe it wasn't the best plan, but it was the fastest one she could come up with. She was no born leader, and if Kaisto had a better plan he was free to offer one himself.
She just didn't want to be here after dark... This place could be rather creepy at night with these imps flying around. As if they weren't creepy and demon-looking enough already if they were cloaked in the thick velvet of night they would look straight up terrifying.
Taking a moment to take into consideration both of their kinds of magic she placed a finger on the bottom of her lip, silver eyebrows furrowed as she tried to come up with the best plan that worked for both of them.

Kaisto blinked listening to Astrid and smirked as he nudged her shoulder "hehe alright thats a great plan there Astrid" he whispered to her and then grabbed his sword looking at them, he then waited for when the imps were more preoccupied with what they were doing now, so he then winked at her to let her know that this plan would work no matter what, he just now awaited the flashbang from Astrid before they could go in, though at the same time he thought to himself 'This plan will work, Astrids power would be very powerful here especially the way she uses it, it is the perfect and well heres hoping' he then moved over to a nearby rock to hide himself and be able to sheild his eyes from her flash bang now was the moment of truth and he felt confident as all can be.

She could do this. She couldn't mess up. If she did, the imps would attack and they'd have to fend them off without an advantage. The harder way.
She breathed in, then out, holding her composure.
"Cover your eyes and ears, Kai" She warned the slayer. Her flash bang attack was meant to blind and deafen the enemy all at once. But if they also took the side effects of the spell there wouldn't be any point in doing it in the first place.
Astrid herself however, was okay. All she had to do was close her eyes.
After all, what was a loud sound to someone who was deaf?
Placing her chin upon the bottom of the violin she lifted the bow, rubbing it against the strings once, creating a plucking sound.
A glowing ball of light started to form in the center of the room, causing the imps to become alert, dropping the magazines and jumping upward, pointing at it with tiny claws as they screeched among them, clearly curious about what it was. No very smart, were they?
Now.
Lifting her bow from the neck of the instrument the giant ball dropped to the floor, creating a large flash of light and a ear piercing banging sound, similar to that of a bomb.
The imps screamed in agony as they covered their eyes, taking damage as well as being temporarily deafened and blind.
This was their chance.
"Now!"
Her violin bow covering itself in light it transformed into a sword. She clutched the jeweled hilt in her grasp tightly, taking no time to use the flashbang to their advantage.
Jumping out from the rock her eyes locked upon three imps, cringing in pain to the side.
"You or them.... you or them... you or them..." The violinist had to keep reminding herself, still getting use to the idea of killing with these types of jobs. She hated to do it, but it was asked of her. At this point it was either kill or be killed
She took in another deep breath.
"La Vitesse..."
The blade of the sword began to glow a bright blue. The ability of speed. With this, she could end their lives as quickly as possible.
Gritting her teeth together and closing her eyes she pushed the blade forward, feeling the hit as it pushed through the three small imps all at once before retracting it.
She did not look at what she had done. She turned her gaze to the side as she reacted her sword, feeling the weight slide as they fell off one by one, hearing the thumps of their lifeless, small bodies hit the ground. Her heart grew heavy.
It was done...

Kaisto covered his eyes and ears as he then heard a muffled boom in his ear he grunted feeling a bit oif the shock wave of it, but what seemed like minutes was more like seconds as he then stood up slowly seeing Astrid kill 3 imps in a single go this shocked him a buit but he realized she wasnt looking at the, showing her innocence still but he then realized that two more were still there as they were covering their ears he stood up and reved his sword as it made a loud wrooming sound, as it heated up as he rushed at the two, they growled as they saw him and the screeched before jumping at him, he used the blade to deflect them off burning whatever part landed on the blade, one got really close but soon after it swiped it hit nothing but air as Kaisto soon slid the blad cleanly through the imp as blood started oozing on it, the other imp saw and screeched in an angry tone but soon nothing but a loud gunshot was heard as a bullet flew and collided with the imps skull piercing it and killing it instantly from the headshot, all the imps now were dead near some of the items they took and Kaisto sighed as he slid the dead imp off his blade and went over to Astrid and checked her over "shew, thank goodness they didnt hurt ya, seems your plan was a success Astrid" he smiled happily and petted her head.

Her blue gaze landed upon the floor of the cavern, standing still as the boy patted her head. Though she usually liked the recognition for doing a good job, this time, she didn't feel as though she deserved it. Astrid absolutely hated killing any kinds of creatures, even if they were the baddest of the bad. She always did her best to find the good in everyone. This made the girl overly humanize everything, giving them feelings and emotions they may not actually have. She wouldn't even kill a bug on her wall, knowing it didn't mean any harm to her and that it was only trying to live its life... Even if the fly was ten feet tall and had giant fangs. Ending a life by her own hands was tough and something she never wished to do so frequently again after today... How Lucius found joy in such a thing was beyond her comprehension. What if the imps had family? How would the family do without a member? What had she done? Her or them? More like it was just her... Only caring about how she herself got out of this situation. That wasn't fair... She had become selfish...
Her lips pressed together and her eyelids lowered slightly, as though she was pushing back tears. The violinist gripped the handle of her sword, turning away from Kaisto before continuing to walk further into the cave slowly, dragging her feet. Saying nothing she left a depressing aura in her wake, ready to be done the job already and go home. She didn't except to feel so sad when she look this job. If anything she thought she would be happy, going on her first mission with her dear friend. She thought killing would be an easy thing.
It was not.

Kaisto looked at Astrid thinking she might be happy with the result, but he only saw that she was depressed, he looked back to the dead imps and sighed, she was upset over killing them, she was exactly the complete opposite of Lucius and he felt bad that this had to happen like this to such an innocent child. Sheathing his sword he walked behind her as she continued to walk looking at the ground but then Kaisto had an idea to cheer her up.
Kaisto walked up beside her and initiated the conversation "Hey umm you ok Astrid?" he asked politely and then continued "i actually have an idea that you might like, how about this, what if we sneak in and take the cargo that we are looking for while the Imps arent looking that way, we dont have to kill no more if you want to" he wanted to make this job less painful for Astrid in anyway possible if he could that way him and her could finish the job and that way they didnt have to try and kill anymore monsters and get that supposedly precious cargo that the merchant had lost to the imps when they took it from him...or more so liberated him of it. And for all its worth this merchant better have had gold, silver or precious jewels cause if they had to do this for something that the idiot could have bought for nothing Kaisto was gonna have a good talk to him for making Astrid kill for something needless.

The girl stopped in her tracks as the boy tried reasoning, keeping her eyes upon the ground, refusing to look at him, the guilt weighing heavily on her mind.
"The mission said we have to kill them" Astrid mumbled out, her voice strangely monotone, almost like all of her emotions had been sucked out of her.
The job had very clearly stated that they did in fact have to kill the imps. If they didn't kill them that would be failing the job, correct? This was the first mission she had done with Kaisto. She wanted to pass it easily and impress him. Messing up in anyway would ruin her pride. And pride was not something she was willing to lose.
"So kill them we will... Then we go home and collect our reward. That's how these things work. Otherwise we're not meeting the requirements."
Killing the imps was taking a lot out of her mentally, constantly tackling her opposing positions on murder. She would have to kill sometimes. She knew it to be true. It came with being a mage, or at least a mage that wanted to help people. If it wasn't killing some thief that stole jewels from a bank it was killing a monster ramping through a village. There were times when killing was necessary, and this job was one of them.
The musician wanted to train herself so she could kill without feeling so horrible, but it was harder than she thought... Every time she thought back to how the tiny body's of the imps felt as they landed upon the ground it brought shivers down her body.
She didn't know what to think anymore.

Looking at her he sighed and looked down, she was right but he would risk not having the money if she was able to keep her innocence about her and not have to kill nothing "I know Astrid...i just wished we didnt have to, i know you absolutely hate killing creatures including monsters and such, ancestors knows i wanna do my best to make sure you dont have to participate in that at all" he spoke with sincerity in his voice as they walked but found himself hoping that this job would be over quickly now.
As they continued on they soon came up to a more opened area it had to be the end of the cave, it soon became prevalent that this is where the shipment was there as there was about 3 crates of the shipment, they had finlly found it...but where was the Imps? they should have been here protecting it or even looking at it and acting like...well imps wouldnt they, unless they left and were here when they werent there, these imps, a bit more crafty then he would like to admit it.
As they went over to the crate Kaisto's curiosity got the better of him as he looked to Astrid "Well should we open it? to see what in the world we have been risking our necks for this whole time we've been here?" he asked the young wizard, they already had spoke about this in the caravan but now that they were there it would probably be important to see, it might actually be a very important shipment if that was the case and plus he wanted her permission to open it since she had went through a lot that day.
