Well, by this point, you should be prepared to take some real treasure hunts, eh? Well, not quite yet. There are some bigger things to collect, though not quite the things that pirates sail across the sea for. However, mages of your ranking most likely will chase after them as well. So prepare for the chase, because this hunt is going to be harder than the last. This treasure allows the users to split one jewel into to exact copies of the same jewel! It will only be a matter of time before too many jewels go through it and exhaust the magic, but anything to earn some extra pay, eh?
Enemies:
Weak: Walking Bombs (5x): They are bombs that walk and explode when coming in contact with something or someone. They just follow anyone that passes by, and will stop at nothing to get to you. Each explosion inflicts C rank damage.
Normal: Fire thief (3x): This thief is a mage that wields fire. Hopefully enough has been said. They take 5 C rank hits to take down, and inflict C rank damage per strike.
Strong: Treasure Training Hunter: Back from Elyx's training, he wants that jewel multiplier! It seems more like a grudge match from last time, and he seems to have gotten... Nah, not really stronger. Just beat this guy and continue on. He takes 15 D rank hits to defeat and inflicts C rank damage per hit. Oh, and he uses Water magic.
Boss: Chase: Ohhhhhh, right. Okay, so this treasure hunters name is Chase. Chase is very well known for taking on the biggest of enemies, but mainly due to using dirty tactics with his magic. One of his most popular being the Piercing Paralysis spell. Basically, he fires a beam of green light magic from his palm, normally when you are not suspecting it, and it pierces through all magic that would defend from the spell before putting the enemy in paralysis for a post. Good times. This however seems to be the only spell he has, in which he'll otherwise attack with a sword. Each slice inflicts B rank damage onto a player. He takes 15 C rank hits to defeat.
Reward:
-7,000 Jewels
-Jewel Spreader: Works on jobs of C rank or below. This allows the user to triple the amount of jewels they earn on a job at the cost the exp, meaning that the user gets no exp for that job.
