"..." Silence. Blue was hovering just inside the city limits, held up by his Exceed partner and defying gravity with the use of Aera. But when it came to words, he was speechless. Quiet as a crypt. All while he watched the absolute madness that was unfolding within the city. Magical Power was running rampant, which could be felt for miles around. Lightning exploded out of the Magic Council Headquarters, compromising the building's integrity and ultimately causing it to slide off of the mountain it stood upon. A blinding light and what looked to be a constellation illuminated the entire sky. And seconds later? A meteor broke through the clouds, heading straight for the city. Oh! Not to mention the airship that entered the vicinity, shot some sort of magical cannon at the enormous falling space rock, and then left. Y'know...normal stuff that happens every da-"WHAT THE HELL?!"
Okay..so maybe he wasn't so speechless after all. It probably longer than it should have, but the duo learned of Fairy Tail being branded as a Dark Guild. As you can imagine they took exception to that. Immediately they set out for Era, with plans of making the Council understand. And if they wouldn't listen? Well...Blue was pretty creative with his Ice-Make, so he had plenty of ways of making them see reason. He was never fond of the Council anyway, even when they were still among the Legal Guilds. Too much deliberating and mediating instead of focusing on the actual problems. So you can bet that once they declared the Guild, his family as criminal, he was going to do something about it. But from the chaos ensuing in the city, it looked like someone beat him to it. And it looked like...Heero's Magic?! Either he was here making a scene or there was a war on. Didn't matter. Now wasn't the time to be floating nonchalantly in the sky, so the young Fairy Tail Mage shouted, "C'mon, Luck!" and with that? They shot through the sky towards the plummeting headquarters, the winged black Exceed giving a, "Yosh!~" in response. Lucky and Blue zipped back and forth, narrowly dodging huge chunks of flaming rock from the busted meteor. It might not destroy the entire town now, but Era wasn't going to escape this battle without a few new scars.
Blue and Lucky streaked through the air, somehow managing to not get crushed by the falling pieces of Sema. Eventually they needed to enter the headquarters, but for now Blue's number one priority was stopping that thing from hitting the ground and killing everyone below and inside of it. The members of the Magic Council might've been a bunch of stodgy old stagnant killjoys...but they didn't deserve to go out like that. No one did. So Blue pointed to the area where the headquarters would land and Lucky poured all the Magic he had into giving his Aera a boost so they'd arrive before the building. It was gonna be a close call...but they at least had to try! The brash youth smashed a fist into his open palm, forming the Ice-Make seal as he approached his destination. The headquarters continued to fall, nearing closer and closer. Just before they reached the ground Lucky's Aera expired, his wings disappearing with a poof! as the two raced towards impact. It was now or never!
"ICE-MAKE: CUSHION!"
Doubtless his shout could be heard from even within the headquarters as a large blue light shone in from underneath the structure, pouring into the building through it's many breaches. Blue expended most of his Magic Power out through his outstretched hands, doing his best to concentrate and mold the Ice as fast as he could into something that wouldn't just pierce the headquarters and make things even worse. Basically? It was a huge, sloped mass of ice that would serve as a makeshift ramp/airbag for the plummeting building. Would it be completely safe? No. Would it feel soft? Hell no! But at least the structure wouldn't flatten even more of the city, and everyone inside wouldn't be tossed around like a ragdoll from a sudden stop of momentum. Was it an official Spell of his? No. But that was the great thing about Maker Magic. As long as he could imagine it and had the MP to back it up? He could create it (Unlimited Make). Blue's ice cracked and groaned when the headquarters hit it, sending shards of ice flying in every direction and deforming the mass slightly. Everyone inside would likely feel a jolt from the impact, but it was severely less than what it would've been. Blue lay sprawled out on the ground next to his creation, breathing heavily. And Lucky was crumpled up next to him, dazed and confused from the whole experience. Some quick thinking on the young Mage's part in the form of a second, smaller ramp ensured they didn't end up as smears on the ground. Now they just needed to reach the others...but maybe a little breather wouldn't hurt first?
A staircase made of ice materialized, leading up to the upturned headquarters. Ice-Make: Stairs...easily his most underrated Spell (Unlimited Make)! Moments later the mage/cat duo rushed up them and leapt through one of the blown out windows, landing on thefloor (wall?). With all this insane Magical Power around, it wasn't hard to locate the source. So without wasting anymore time they hastily rushed out of the room and towards the council chambers. Blue shouted, "Heero!" as he sprinted into the room, but after looking around he didn't see the blue-haired Mage anywhere. He did however see his daughter. "Hera?" And then it clicked. THAT'S who was using the same Magic! Of course he would've passed it on to her too...strange it didn't occur to him earlier. Several others were in the room, none of which either of them knew. Lucky caught a glimpse of someone who looked familiar but he seemingly disappeared. Almost immediately after several sonic booms went off, knocking the two off of their feet and sending them crashing into the chamber walls. There was only one person they knew who could move that fast..."Simon!" the cat spoke, his voice strained. Their eyes couldn't even keep up with the former Guild Master's speed...but once Lucky mentioned it..."Simon?!" Just what the hell was going on here? And why was one of their former Guild Masters fighting the daughter of one of their former Guild Masters? "What the hell're you two doing?!" If they kept fighting like this, it wasn't just them that'd get busted up. Blue didn't know exactly what was happening...but either this was one big misunderstanding, or Fairy Tail's situation was even worse than he thought...
