    Schematic: Jaeger Industries 01X Behemoth

    832 / 17250 Words Overall - 303 Words

Lucerne waters of sterling blue crystal washed ashore the burnished golden sands of the Phoenix Island shore line, providing a wondrous sight to those who watched it from the height of the metallic tower which served as the base of Jaeger Industries and their shipyard. Above, the arc of the yard held one ship in it's place currently, nothing more than a skeletal structure of metal. It would take time, however eventually this rough skeleton would become the Behemoth. Thoughts of such floated through the mind of Luna as she looked out from the inside of the tower's highest floor - the control center. It was from here that she had sent the word for several individuals to gather at the shipyard to aid in the undertaking of Jaeger Industries' first vessel. The Control Center held a full suite of nautical and aerial sensors with command consoles which allowed for ship-to-center communications. Satisfied, the woman stepped out to the outer railing and to the skeleton of her ship, almost as if walking on air as she steps up and begins the process of hauling ceramic middle-hull sections onto the skeleton to form the base shape of the underbelly and using air pressure to remove holes where it was needed. Ceramic plates then formed the top of the ship's base with more cuts made as needed. The process took about half an hour, but was easy enough to accomplish on her own while waiting for others to arrive. There was much that would need to be done, however at the very least Luna had dealt with the mid-hull herself. Below, the interior was being crafted by several skilled woodworkers and craftsmen while Luna accomplished the first of her goals. Now, about twenty pieces were awaiting to be moved inside and riveted into the mid-hull.

Chiyo arrived with her bloodwings fully active, ready to help in any way she could. The blood mage was wearing simple drawstring pants and a white tank top, finally wearing something appropriate for once. "so what do you need me to do?" she asked as she landed, icy blue eyes already focused on the task at hand. And boy was it a big task. Not that Chiyo cared. She liked doing anything that let her hone her skills. Especially tasks requiring strength or brains. Chiyo liked to show off. The elegant young woman adjusted her shirt and walked to stand next to Luna with a small smile. She bit her lip, something she did when she was either thinking or bored. "This will be quite the ship when it's finished. I'm almost jealous. Though ive got wings." Said the young woman with another smile. She was ready to build. She may not look it but she actually had immense strength lurking beneath that delicate skin.

Wolfe had recently heard from Luna again, this time she was looking for some help building an airship. She was hoping to enlist his help with some of the more electircal aspects as well as anything else he could help with. Lucky for her Wolfe had been fiddling with some ideas for new power sources and had a good idea of one that might be perfect foe her new air ship. Wolfe packed up the little bit he needed and threw it in his shoulder bag and threw it over his shoulder as he left is work shop.

Some time later he was standing in the room with the partial hull built and Luna and a few others walking around doing their own thing. Wolfe went to the corner of the room and placed his bag on the table, opened it up and pulled a box out of it. He then proceeded to open the box and unfold the bottom until it looked like a silver table with a small silver box at the edge of the silver table. He then took off his watch and attached it to box and a few seconds later a foot tall 3D projection of RAINE projected itself from the box and awaited instructions from Wolfe.

After a few minutes he had all his #D projected blueprints up and was ready to start.

Wolfe began by creating a full 360 degree set of magnets and placing a small metal ball in the middle. He then started placing the wiring and the coils needed to harness the friction and turn it into electrical current. Wolfe spent about 2 hours or so as he created the center piece core to the engine. He built and rebuilt every piece one by one as as he put the core together making sure to use his finger as a welder. He began wiring the the outside core container, making sure to use converters and even wiring up for a storage back up that he would have to create a little later.

Wolfe was going to town on his newest creation. A zero gravity core, that harnessed the friction created by the magnetic core.
