The first Ability is that the helmet allows him to not only climb and stay on practically any surface and stay on it but it also means he can not be felt either. if he was wearing this helmet he could pickpocket someone and never notice it happened or in the case of his magic when he is small he could walk up someones arm and they'd have no clue it was happening
The second ability allows him to when ever he changes sizes he draws in extra mana then is required from the air around him. Justin can each turn regain 1 mana per up to S rank for a total 5 mana each turn.
