Description: Justin is able to manipulate his wires no matter his size and restrict his enemies or objects so keep them from moving or at the very least slow them down. Any enemy hit but this attack is stunned for 1 post then are slowed by 75 percent decreasing every post up to A rank due to being tangled by wires all around there body (At A rank once the stun is done they move at 75% speed the next post, then 50 %, then 25% speed then they are untangled)

Description: Justin channels his energy into his wires and subtly for a defensive strike since they are infused with magic he can have them lash out at incoming ranged based attacks, they then wrap around the attack and hurl it back at them with a quarter more of speed, if it is a line attack (like a dragon slaying roar) the wires clump up and redirect it back at them. He can only do this for spells or abilities of his current rank or lower. Justin can do this attack no matter what size he is.
