Description: In one of the prisons of Desierto, the vultures enjoyed sitting in the windows of inmates as if they were waiting for them to die. One of these vultures, one that had a beat-up face, happened to sit on Basima's window one day. Feeling pity for the poor creature's deformity, she gave the creature a portion of her food and bid it good luck in the harsh desert. When Basima was later forced out of the prison into the desert, flocks of vultures poked and played with her. The vulture with the face deformity ("Jail Bird," as she called him) arrived at that time and chased the vultures off. From that moment, she and him were companions.

Description: Jail Bird swoops down from the sky (at 8 m/s) and clings its talons into the target's shoulders or head while flapping its wings in the target's face. The target will be unable to see properly for up to 2 Posts unless Jail Bird takes 1 D-rank damage.
Strengths:- Makes it difficult for the target to see.
Weaknesses:- Puts Jail Bird in considerable danger.

Description: Jail Bird picks a vital spot on the opponent, swoops down (at 13 m/s), and strikes the spot with his talons to cause intense bleeding. The initial attack does 50% C-rank damage. The opponent will then begin bleeding out if the initial attack was successful and take the equivilant of 25% C-rank damage each post.
Strengths:- Causes the opponent to suffer heavy bleeding.
Weaknesses:- The initial attack must land for the bleeding damage to take effect.
