Job Location: Generalized. A "Breeding Pit" can be anywhere you please, even in a city. They can be in Fiore or in any other country. They are deep underground if anywhere near civilization, but can also be above ground like big craters.
Job Description:
A Breeding Pit is a massive core in the earth, or crater on the surface with any number of caves running deeper underground, in which earthen and plant matter have become twisted into a flesh counterpart. The ground becomes red and softer, becoming a meaty mass of muscle and skin in various configurations. Fat running through like white marbling in some places. Though soft it can still be tough, as it's a single mass, compared to normal ground. Digging would be like trying to carve through a massive tough steak.
Plant life can take on either a skeletal or flesh based appearance. A tree could appear formed of bone, with roots like claws. Or it might have flesh and it's roots are like long intestines, baring fruits like hearts or eyeballs.
Blood runs like water here.
Below ground the area would be a colossal cavern system with the same themes. The central chamber would be large and have localized gravity relative to any given surface, with "Vegetation" growing all around it. Occasionally blood can drip, becoming caught by the gravity of an opposing surface to "fall".
It's possible for a Breeding Pit to even have or be primarily composed of large underground lakes of blood.
A Breeding Pit will continue to expand, more and more of the surrounding earth and vegetation becoming corrupt. A Breeding Pit can be noticed as small plant and animals on the surface above will become corrupted before it becomes obvious. You might find a dandylion with a red stem that has hard white petals- formed of thin bones- that bleeds when plucked or stepped on- Perhaps even screaming in pain, or biting your hand if you go to pick it with a small fanged mouth or not.
Monsters would be drawn slowly to the area as well, upping sightings of them, as well as occasionally releasing monsters from the pit itself or random corruption of local animal life. Meanwhile the Breeding Pit itself and the corrupted land surrounding it / in its caverns, are a blend of Undead and Demon. The Demons are the ones doing the breeding and creating undead abominations and the undead serve as an added layer of defense.
DARK: You are visiting a Breeding Pit, either to take stock or deliberately with the intention of claiming a creature to serve you.
LIGHT: You discover the existence of a Breeding Pit, and need to cleanse it and destroy the monsters within before the corruption runs rampant.
Enemies:
Weak:
Normal:
Strong:
Boss:
Reward:
Dark: Strong pet based off one of the creatures here in an newborn state, that can grow as you get stronger pet slots to put it in.

Enemies:
Weak:
- Spoiler:
Pick one per roll.
Undead:- Spoiler:
Cannibal Child:
An innocent looking child without visible features identifying it as undead or demonic. Gives off an aura of trust and charm.
150hp | No basic attack (Uses Devour) | 20m/s move speed. | 2-4ft tall
Devour Flesh: The Cannibal Child is capable of opening its mouth to unnatural extremes capable of delivering bite attacks for 60 damage, capable of taking whole arms in one bite or swallowing a full sized man whole.
Hunger: The Cannibal Child when its true nature is revealed and it attempts a bite from then on possesses an aura effect that passively causes 20 damage to all within 30 meters of it, as flesh visibly gets ripped off from one's surface causing it to look raw quickly as microscopic bits of you are being ripped away to fuel the Cannibal Child, causing it to heal equal to the damage it deals with Hunger or Devour Flesh.
Charming Aura: The Cannibal Child has an aura that makes it appear more innocent and unnaturally tugs at the heart as though yearning for love and care. This makes it more difficult to attack it and reduces suspicion of the Cannibal Child at first.
Carrionstorm:
An undead swarm of flying insects accompanied by a sickly green mist that surrounds them.
100hp. | No basic attack. | 35m/s move speed. | 5 meter radius.
Biting Cloud: The Carrionstorm deals 20 damage every few seconds to anything within it up to 150 damage per post per Carrionstorm dependent on reaction to the storm and evasiveness.
Swarm: Takes only 10% of all damage that is not AoE (A burst of projectiles does not count, as it's just a bunch of non-AoE hits)
Plague Vapor: Living creatures lose 10% strength and speed per post per Carrionstorm they are within. Reduction to 0% renders then paralyzed. Accompanied by dizziness and nausea, even vomiting.
Hanged Man (Or Woman):
A zombie-like tangible undead human with a crooked neck and dead lifeless eyes. It hovers a few feet off the ground as though still hanging by a noose, a noose which hangs around its neck when still or trails behind it as it moves, until used as a prehensile weapon on attack.
150hp. | 30 basic attack damage. | 35m/s move speed. | Average human adult height, hovering a few feet off the ground.
Lash: Attacking very rapidly with the noose around its neck almost like an animated whip, the Hanged Man can deal 30 damage strikes very rapidly at enemies within 15 meters, striking at 30m/s speeds.
Entangle: If the Hanged Man hits with Lash it can seize a moment of weakness to Strangle the target, wrapping the noose around their neck tightly, suffocating them immediately and dealing an added 60 damage (Which may crush their neck / spine). It'd take at least most a post's worth of effort to free an ally from the noose. It'd take an entire post to do so on your own / without allies, this doesn't account for abilities that may be of use. Such as an air form, or the ability to sprout blades from your body to cut the noose more easily without fear of slicing your own throat.
Will continue to do 60 crushing damage straight to the throat/neck per post.
Noose: If the Hanged Man kills anything with Entangle or Lash, the Noose will elongate and split like a cell dividing. The second noose will animate the dead body, becoming a second Hanged Man at full health.
Normal:
- Spoiler:
Pick one per roll.
Undead:- Spoiler:
Bloody Bones:
Bloody Bones are small skeletons of infants and children, drenched in blood that drips endlessly. They are incredibly resilient and are focus points of intense psychological trauma from supernatural fear and mind-warping confusion.
500hp | No Basic Attack. | 20m/s move speed | 1-4ft tall
Necrotic Life: Bloody Bones self-reanimate three times if not killed by holy or necromantic spells, and have in general a 50% resistance to all physical attacks. Bloody Bones are capable of instantly teleporting with no visual effect or sound anywhere within 20 meters, and are capable of walking or crawling on any surface or orientation.
Torment: Bloody Bones cause mental damage on all who see or hear them, or are within 15 meters. This damage is 5% per post. Bloody Bones heals by 5% per 5% mental damage inflicted on a victim by Torment.
Wail: Bloody Bones shrieks, rippling the air itself with a twisted warping of reality and causes one's heart to sink and blood to drain, chilling them to their core and inflicting 15% mental damage on those who hear it.
Mental Damage: Mental damage reduces the overall cognitive capabilities, reflexes, and sanity. High mental damage induces various mental traumas.
Burning Child:
A form of a small child, easily mistaken at a distance. Upon closer inspection it is formed of smoldering ash in the form of a child with heat cracks across its surface.
200hp | No basic attack. | 20m/s move speed | 2-4ft tall.
Ash Flight: The Burning Child can fly, trailing ash and embers behind it. Flying boosts its speed to 60m/s.
Burning Touch: Touch contact with the Burning Child deals 70 damage.
Choking Cloud: The thick scent of burnt flesh and ash in the air when the Burning Child enters combat chokes and suffocates. Living creatures cannot breath within 5 meters of the Burning Child with a violent heaving reaction and a "Catch" in the throat that lasts for up to a full minute (In combat, 3 posts) after leaving the aura, refreshing if within the aura again. This causes 20 nonlethal damage per post and has a significant impact on Accuracy, Evasion, and Focus/Concentration.
Skinwraith:
A Skinwraith is a floating ethereal form of spectral undead similar to the cloaked appearance of a traditional wraith. A Skinwraith however, is not cloaked. It is instead adorned with the loose skin taken from victims. It's form is shapeable and it can move freely to wear different faces like masks, though still clearly a monster it is only for effect, or to taunt those whose loved ones or friends were claimed by this monster.
200hp | No basic attack. | 40m/s move speed (flight) | Variable size.
Flight: Skinwraiths fly freely at 40m/s. It is capable of molding its body in response to attacks, even splitting into halves to avoid slashes. This makes it highly evasive.
Skin Tear: When within 15 meters of a living creature, the creature in question feels as though their skin is trying to rip itself from their body and fly towards the Skinwraith, like a powerful magnet. They take 50 damage per post in which they near a Skinwraith. If they spend a significant amount of time near one, this damage increases to 100. Upon taking damage equal to 3/4ths their HP, their skin is entirely ripped from their body and it flies towards the Skinwraith, becoming one with it. Increasing its HP by 15%, and the victim takes +50% damage from all sources while having a -50% to strength, speed, and reflex due to raw muscles exposed to the elements and the intense pain it brings.
Wrap: The Skinwraith tries to Wrap around a victim, enveloping them in their folds. When attempting to and during a Wrap they lose their Evasiveness, but their Skin Tear does an additional 50% damage.
