Summary
The will of the tribe is a magic that relies on Niyol's possession of "Toketsu Tamashi" a weapon that contains the raw power of winter itself, and his Tribal Tattoo. These two combined are able to create a level of magic that's able to alter the world around him, and even effect the cosmos in minor way. While they could have the ability to alter the physical world, Niyol uses them to alter his magic instead. Due to the weapons both unlocking a tribal aspect of Niyol, and unleashing it to the fullest potential; Niyol gains a fair bit of abilities that are non-combat oriented.
Non-Combat abilities this magic allows:
Niyol is able to walk on non-magical water such as those found in lakes, rivers, and the ocean.
Niyol is able to speak with animals, and understand them.
Niyol has no scent at all.
Niyol's soul is undetectable to those that can sense souls.
Niyol doesn't require oxygen to survive.
Niyol is able to alter spirit energy in the surrounding world to create an entertaining light show.

Many of the spells, if not all of them, are non-elemental in nature; thus cannot be consumed by any sort of slayer. Because of their non-elemental nature, none of the spells are able to cause element based effects. The Unique Ability is an extension of the weapon's individual powers, therefore they are element based. If an individual pay close attention to the spells, they could learn how each is formed, and can use that information to figure which spell Niyol is using.

Many spells are quite obvious in their casting, making its use for stealth completely out of the option.
Spells are mostly support based, with the A and S Rank spells being the exception.
Requires Niyol to be wielding both of his weapons to work, while holder items cannot be destroyed, they can be knocked out of his hand. Well... one of them can.

Once per thread Niyol is able to release to inner power of either his Tamashi Reitoko, or his Tribal Tattoo to create a 3 meter radius magic circle that strikes everything on the ground and in its air space. If the Tribal Tattoo(Mirror's Edge) is used, the pillar will be made of Ethereal Flames that hardens to a black and blue crystal. If '魂冷凍庫(Tamashī Reitōko), the Protector' is used, then the pillar created will be made of solid ice. This attack is an instant attack and costs 10MP to use. In both cases, the pillar will freeze the opponent for 1 post, and shatter releasing them on his next post. Opponents 1 rank or higher than Niyol can instantly break the pillar with sheer strength, negating the freeze effect.
Inner Strength:
Depending on which weapon is being used, one of two effects can take place. If an opponent is hit with one weapon, and then the other; the effect of the latter will stop and replace the former.
- All attacks made with '魂冷凍庫(Tamashī Reitōko), the Protector' cause a Freeze Effect on non-player controlled NPC's (non PvP), where the opponent will begin to freeze over slowly when cut. The effect begins at the site of the cut, and spreads across to engulf their entire bodies. Removing the effected area entirely will prevent further spreading. As mentioned, this is not a PvP-enabled effect, used mostly to reinforce the lore behind the weapon itself. This only occurs when the weapon is in Blade form, and not while 'Dance' is in effect.
- All attacks made with 'Mirror's Edge' cause the impacted opponent to be lit on Ethereal Fire. This does no damage, but it fools the target into thinking they're legitimately on fire. During PvP, this flame is a -25% defense debuff that lasts 1 post, and is extended by 1 post each time the target is hit.

Summary
Either pure sunlight (if at night), or pure moonlight (if during the day) is formed around Niyol when this spell is cast and is shot into the sky. The result of this is that at the end of the post, Night is converted to day, or Day is converted to Night. This has no other effect.

For the next 5 posts, Niyol regenerates ƧƧ at a rate of +5% per post. Niyol may pay 10% of his maximum HP to increase this to 7.5%ƧƧ per post.

Weaknesses:If cast without using HP sacrifice, the ƧƧ gained is a bit low...

The next offensive spell cast will be like a guided missile in that it will attempt to track the target, though it won't be a flawless attack. The attack has its chance of it hitting its designated target increased by 50%, and the damage increased by 25%. The damage can be increased a further 25% if Niyol OPTIONALLY pays an additional 5ƧƧ. During PvP, these number are modified based on the rank of the spell being enhanced.

Summary
Niyol slams the ground with his Tribal Seal(Mirror's Edge) in its claw form causing a wave of blue and black ethereal flame to expand outward. The flame travels for 70 meters maximum and stops either when it reaches its maximum size, or hits the edges of the room or side of a building. In this area, a mass of tentacles rise and will assist Niyol in combat. The tentacles are 6 inches thick, and arranged 2 feet apart, each being 10 feet long. They deal Grand Summon Rank Melee damage, and can only attack 6 times per post in PvP. The tentacles are able to change what their tips look like at Niyol's will, though will normally just look like a normal tentacle. The tentacles are endless in number, cutting one down causes another to grow in its place. During PvP, the only way to stop the tentacles is by dealing enough damage to drop its HP to 0, naturally this does not have to be done all at once.

Summary
The tentacles all attack whatever enemy they can, dealing spell rank damage to all within their range. If that target is a Magica Girl, Priestess, Nun, Female under age 18, or in a School Girl uniform; they will take an extra 25% damage and be mortified for a post, whether or not that amounts to anything in PvP is up to that poor... poor person...
Passive - Squishy, Slimy, Tough...
Magic from Priestesses, School Girls, Magical Girls, Females under age 18, and Nuns deals 25% less damage against them; tentacles deal 25% more damage to the above listed girls. Men physically dressed as a knight (heavy plate armour, shield, sword gotta have it all) deals 25% more damage to the tentacles.
Strengths:Lots and lots of tentacles, no actual view of the creature attached to them however...
Weaknesses:Despite being a mass of tentacles, the sheer quantity makes it so it's almost impossible to miss attacking them
Tentacles don't know how to dodge... nor can they move from their spots, so hitting them is even easier.

Summary
Cast by Niyol releasing 75ƧƧ as well as 400HP at once, a brilliant bright light engulfs a 250 meter radius to deal 2x Spell Rank damage as the light expands, engulfing all the souls inside. After this, all targets in that range will find their magic to be entirely shut off except for spells the rank above this one. Passive abilities, Active Abilities, Spells, Weapons, Unique Abilities; all forms of magic are 100% shut off and no effect Equal in Rank or below can change it. Any effect Equal in Rank and below that would provide immunity to this effect is over ridden, and the individual is still effected. Furthermore, all spells previously in effect when this was cast are instantly ended. All buildings standing in the radius will be toppled, with the only surviving NPC's being those that manage to get trapped in crevices between rubble, or miraculously avoid being crushed by whatever buildings may have fallen. If the casting of this spell would UNINTENTIONALLY kill a PC, that PC is left with 1HP and 0MP instead. Spells/Abilities 1 rank above cost 50% more.

Summary
Increases the next offensive/defensive spell cast by 1 rank. This can only increase the rank of an S Rank spell to H Rank if another S Rank spell that enhances a spell by a rank is used in conjunction with this one.

Once every two posts Niyol is able to teleport a maximum of 15 meters away instantly. This uses up D Rank spell cost each time.
C Rank Telepathy:
Niyol is able to communicate with others through their minds. He is able to speak into their mind, but not influence their actions in the case of Player on Player interaction (unless otherwise agreed upon), and they are able to do the same. In the case of players, they have the option OOC and IC to not hear Niyol at all if they so desire.
B Rank Telekinesis:
Niyol is able to lift and move objects with his mind. These cannot be used to deal damage in PvP, and if used for that purpose in PvE the damage dealt is still 0. There is no limit to how many objects Niyol can lift. The range he must be in proximity to the object is 50 meters, and the weight Niyol can lift is only limited by the strength of his mind.
A Rank Remote Clairvoyance:
Niyol is able to see the past, present, and future in third person perspective of any location in whatever country he is in, but requires an item that existed in that time period to act as a type of tether to the memory. This cannot be used for "I TOTALLY SAW THAT COMING SO I DODGED IT!" reasons [PvP/PvE], and only as a plot based, non-thread annihilating manner.
S Rank Sensory Expansion
Niyol's magical presence is spread out to be the same across the entire length. No matter how near or far from Niyol a person is, it feels like he's standing directly next to them. Niyol has the ability to change his spiritual presence into magical presence, allowing others to sense him, and can change that to match anyone he desires. This does not let him use their magic. Lastly, Niyol has gains the ability to sense other people's magical presence.
