Taliya continued to carry Anastasia up the winding stairs until she found herself on the floor they had to go through when they first got here. The door seemed to be closed, not remembering that they closed the door behind them at first. Sucking air between her teeth, she turned around and delivered a push-kick to one of the witches, slamming it back into the Weeping Angel. The Witch flew through the air before it's back smashed into the statue, causing the two of them to stumble and fall down the stairs. He heard Ana's name echo throughout the large winding tunnel. That was Naonao's voice! Clearing her throat, Taliya turned her head downstairs for a moment seeing Nao running up with them. "Hurry up, Naonao!" she shouted with her voice bouncing off of the walls down the hollow shaft that is the stairwell. "You're almost there! Don't worry! Ana is safe!" she shouted out, hopefully easing his mind about Anastasia's condition. "We're right at the floor we came in on!" Taliya stated, waiting for Nao and Charlie to catch up. The moment they did, Taliya looked the two of them over and smiled with a nod. "Don't worry about her, she's fine. Protecting her while she lets her emotions run wild isn't easy," she said puffing out her cheeks with a grumble. "Alright, we're almost out of this place. Through that door was the office we walked through," she said before laying Anastasia down for a moment. Her chest was sweaty and quite revealing due to having to move around a lot. Clearing her throat, she re-adjusted her clothing and reached back down to grab ahold of The Fire Moth. With the weapon firmly in her hands, she handed it off to Nao. "Since we don't need acrobatics for the rest of the way, I need you to hold this. Holding the two of them is getting a bit heavy, ya know," she said with a little laugh. "After this, what do you say the two of us take a bath together, huh? <3" she said in a firtatious manner, giving him a wink before turning back around to pick Anastasia back up, placing her over her shoulder with her rear facing towards Nao. Taliya smacked it lightly before winking back at Nao once more. Taliya turned her shoulders towards the door that they needed to open to reach the final floor before opening it slowly. The door slowly opened to see one of the Weeping angles only a mere 10 meters from where they were at. This caused Taliya to freeze in place for a moment. "Naonao. When you walk in, we're going to have to take turns keeping our eyes on this thing," she said without moving her head or eyes towards Nao. Taliya slowly walked in, noticing a Witch crouching in one of the corners next to them. Her peripheral vision may be skewed, but she was certain one of those Witches were there out of the corner of her right eye. Taliya walked inside, giving Nao a bit of room to fit in, keeping her eyes on the living statue. "Keep your eyes on this thing at all times. Otherwise, it will lash out at you," she said as she started to make her way towards the statue. Taliya's heart began to race. This was the first time she had encountered a group of creatures that seemed unkillable. Her breathing began to increase as fear starting to grip at her. Thankfully, Anastasia wasn't awake for any of this. Taliya began to approach the statue, putting some space between herself and the door they came through. A scratching could be heard from the floor above them. This scratching, however, was MUCH different than the scratching that Anastasia heard before. This one seemed to be much heavier than those statues and coming from multiple sources instead of a single source. Her eyes began to dry out for a moment as she continued to approach the statue, getting within 5 meters from the creature and slowly moving her way around it while keeping her eyes on it. Suddenly, as if on queue, the ceiling below near the door crashed down with a massive reptilian creature landing on the floor and roaring loudly. The roar was enough to startle the witch. Another high pitched scream could be heard from the witch before Taliya blinked. "Fuck! Run!" Taliya shouted out before she broke the silent movement she had before to give her a chance at making a mad-dash towards the door. She had to reach this door, being the final room they had to run through. There was a stairwell at the other end of this place which leads directly to the roof. The thought was terrifying that this creature was either somewhere on the roof already or within the ceiling. Taliya gritted her teeth, realizing that Nao may have been left behind. Crap! Turning around, Taliya shouted. "Hey, stupid! Come at me instead!" she said before drawing the attention of the massive reptilian creature and the statue. The reptilian roared at Taliya while the statue stayed in place. "I just made a mistake, didn't I?" she asked herself before turning her back and ran towards the wall of the office, clearing the way for Nao to run through. As she ran across the wall, she found herself at the corner of the room. Oh, crap! Taliya was stuck. Taliya turned her back to the corner. Taliya gritted her teeth, not liking the situation she was in right now. And with the blessings of Deus Ex Machina, The Fire Moth activated, wiggling itself free from Nao's grips and delivered a shot to the creature's back. This was enough to get the creature's attention for a brief moment before George could be seen out the massive windowed wall that Taliya was pressed up against. "Nao! Jump!" Taliya said before taking a moment to kick the massive window with enough force to shatter a massive hole into it. With a couple steps back, Taliya ran and jumped down, her-landing on the deck of the SS Myrmidon. "Fuck yeah! Way to go George." Taliya shouted. This gave her enough time to put Anastasia down. "When Naonao and Charlie get on, take off at full speed!" "Compliance," responded the artificial intelligence. Inside, The Fire Moth continued to shoot it's lasers at the creature, giving Nao ample time to run and jump down onto the deck of the ship. The Fire Moth will follow suit afterward. |

George set it's destination to the location of the clients. They needed the information that was within The Fire Moth. As if, on instinct, the weapon made it's way towards a computer terminal on the bridge and began to download it's data completely onto a disc. It simply copied over the information onto the disc, keeping what information it had in it's long-term memory banks. Indeed, valuable information like that shouldn't go to waste regardless of who requested the information. It could easily be information for the Magic Council or the king, himself. The client wasn't too important as long as information could be used either against them or for them. Knowledge was, indeed, power in most circumstances. Taliya had set Anastasia on her bed, allowing her to rest. She didn't realize that simply knocking her out would have kept her out for this long. Perhaps the fear of being in the terrifying place was enough to keep her asleep. A deep sigh escaped Taliya's lips as set Anastasia down for a moment, brushing some of her blonde hair out from over her eyes. "You're not picking the next job, Ana. This was a really dumb job to take on, you know that?" she asked with a little smile upon her face. "Next time, you should do something involving bikinis; show off those new boobies of yours," she said in a bit of a chuckle before pulling the blanket over her body with a light kiss upon her forehead. Standing up, Taliya walked out of the quarters, closing the door behind her. She wrapped her fingers together and raised her arms up into the air with a yawn, stretching and pushing her chest out to arch and stretch out her back. This job didn't go as smoothly as it should have, not in the slightest. A thought came to the woman's mind for a moment and a foxy grin was written across her face. Taliya disappeared into her own quarters, yes, she was human enough to have her own quarters. After a brief moment, she was wrapped in nothing more than a towel. Taking her time, while wrapped up in the towel, Taliya called out. "Naonao!" she said, readjusting the towel every now and then. "Where are you Naonao?" she asked before thinking. Well, Charlie did get hurt during the escape. Maybe Charlie and Nao were on the bridge? Taliya tilted her head slightly, swinging her tail from side to side giving brief glimpses of her bare rear as she swung her large and fluffy tail. Yes, her tail may make it very difficult to keep the bath clean due to her excessive amounts of hair falling out; clogging the drains. But, at least Taliya was good enough to clean up after herself, getting most of the hair out of the drain and cleaning the tub so it didn't look like a complete mess. Making her way up to the bridge, the artificial intelligence piped in. "Mistress Taliya. We seem to have something following us," spoke the artificial intelligence simply named George. "Alright, show it on screen," she said before a screen came up with the reptilian creature following them on the ground. She sucked air in between her teeth. "Are there any towns coming up?" "Yes, just 1. It's a small hamlet," the artificial intelligence stated. "Just about 10 kilometers from here." "Well, divert away from the town. They shouldn't have to clean up out mess," she demanded before the computer stated. "Compliance," causing the ship to take a firm 90 degree turn towards the west, with the creature eventually following after the ship. "God damnit, that thing is persistent," she stated. "Where is this course taking us?" she asked. "The Ancient Ruins," George stated before Taliya nodded her head. "Good, continue into the ocean. See if that thing follows," she said letting out a grumble. "I can't find Naonao so I'm going to go take a bath," she said with a grumble before turning her body and walked out of the bridge and towards the bath. After a brief moment, a little moan could be heard from Taliya as she laid in the warm waters of the bath. She had the lower half of her face submerged, using this opportunity to blow bubbles with her mouth. ~I'm not letting Ana pick the next couple jobs. Ugh, that one was WAY too difficult. Protecting her while she was crying and whining and all that. Not going to happen again. She better pull her own damn weight next time around.~ Taliya sunk all the way into the bath for a moment, submerging her long fluffy mane into the water before quickly sitting up, running her hands through her hair before grabbing the soap and cleaning her body. "Oh poo. This bath would have been SO much better if Naonao was here with me. I could wash his back and he could wash by chest and," she said before squeeling in thought. Yes, everything she just said could easily be heard from outside the hall. Whether or not Nao hears it was up to him. Meanwhile, in Anastasia's bed. Her legs twitched and her eyes shot open. Anastasia looked around to get her bearings for a moment. "My quarters? Does that mean?" she asked before looking around, noticing The Fire Moth floating around, looking at Ana. A sigh outward came out before Anastasia decided to disrobe. It was time for her to take a bath as well. Back inside the bath. Taliya's ears twitch, hearing footsteps approach the bathroom. A foxy grin crossed her lips as she grabbed the edge of the bath and raised her butt into the air, swinging it from side to side as if ready to pounce. As the door opened, Taliya lunged forward, "Naonao!" she said as she lunged at the person attempting to enter the bath. However, what happened next was quite the ecchi situation. Taliya noticed it was Anastasia that she pounced on, having straddled her body with her legs and with her breasts pressed against Ana's, covering up their naughty parts. "Well, you weren't quite who I was expecting. But hello." Quite the ecchi situation they were in. Hopefully, Nao doesn't see this or else he'd probably be scarred for life. It wasn't because the two women were ugly; on the contrary, they were beautiful women. But his gynophobia might kick into overdrive. Poor guy. [Last post for me! Good job, Nao! After you post dude, turn it in. Don't forget to mention we summoned the boss for bonuses And I'll take the item for this one -- mention all that upon turn in, eh?] WC - 17541 / 18,000 |
