You know, Nothel seems to come here a lot. I mean, he doesn't want to, but. The ancient ruins wasn't that great of a place, and Nothel honestly hated the scenery, the walk, and a lot of things about it. But that was mostly because he was a pessimistic asshole. Anyway, back on track, he had gotten a message from the boss of a job he had done previously. She had escaped after Nothel had suicide attacked her to finish her off. That was a really sucky time before being impaled approximately fifteen times by various blades was pretty painful. Even his regeneration failed to keep up with it.
Though....he did get to spend time with Sterba after that job. Therefore it was one-hundred percent worth it in every sense and meaning of the word. But that was a few weeks ago. Thoughts of meeting up with Azure and Sterba cross his mind, but he shakes them away. He was here to do a job.
Recently, back in his hovel in the slums of a small town, he had received a letter. It held a piece of parchment and once held it magically transmitted to him a message. In summary, come to the ancient ruins and help me do stuff, for rewards. Nothel was never one to back down from getting rewards...also a good fight was pretty interesting. So he packed his stuff and went on down to the ruins.
He expected to participate in this alone. Even though his partner last time helped him immensely, this time he wouldn't be as careless. Though, his luck dictates he will be between a partner that sucks or wants to kill him and the monsters of the dungeon. Shaking his head he crests the hill before the entrance to the dungeon, expecting to see people.
