Username: Ultra Magnus
Secondary Magic Name: Berserker Soul
Evidence of Accomplishment: (insert link to training thread)
Description: With this magic, the user can literally release any rational restraints, completely engulfing themselves in the spirit of battle. This meaning that as soon as this is activated, everything becomes "Fight, fight, fight". The magic grants the user immense physical power and stamina, while also being erratic in combat. The user becomes like an animal in the sense that all they care about is fighting and killing: that the only purpose to life is those two things.
Now for some folklore. Soul is an empowered form that is accessed by tapping into the innate power of an individual. It's been said that the weaker a person appears to be, the stronger Soul they will have. The only exception to this was Ares, because he was strong regardless. Anyway, Soul was first seen many millennia ago, when a man named Kratos used it to single-handedly destroy an entire armada of soldiers. When asked, he described it as a way for a human to have the power of a god.
Now the gods weren't all too happy that humans aside from God Slayers could rise up against them, particularly Ares himself, considering that he was believed without equal. So what they did, was they turned Kratos into his Soul form: He couldn't escape it, however. So he was doomed to attack anything and everything that moved until the day of his death by the God of War himself, saying that he was tired of seeing such things.
Now the gods didn't figure Kratos would be smart enough to write his studies on Soul in a book. There were only six that were printed into existence. At the time of his death Kratos' books were buried, that the gods may never find them and destroy them. They stayed that way for many hundreds of years until they were most recently dug up by adventurers and excessively nosy archaeologists who wanted to learn about the magic of the past.
