The sky was getting closer, and closet, but never felt so far. It was sort of like a double standard. When he wanted more time, he had less of it. And when he wanted less time, he wanted more of it. There was no way to satisfy him, he was only a human after all, he could never make up his mind. But fortunately, he did make up his mind about one thing, that he wanted to get out of here as soon as possible. Diablos was looking a lot angrier that he was not getting the fight that he had demanded. You know, maybe if a giant pool of lava was not following behind them, Elyx might have fought a fair battle against the enemy. But no, that apparently was not going to be the case. So if a trap that would kill him if he touched it were after him, Diablos would have to suffer constant dodging and running targets. Hopefully he had the endurance to keep going. Well, by the looks of things, that was not going to be a problem at all, the question could be asked to the Sky Deity Slayer, The Chronicle Mage, and The Zodiac Maiden. They all were still holding their own, but not by too much. For some reason, no matter how fast they climbed up, the enemy was gaining speed onto them. Now that he had thought about it, if the enemy were to charge at this speed, what would have happened if Elyx were not launched upwards to a higher point? He'd probably be dead by now, slaughtered, his bones and blood melting along with the extra amounts that were in it, his own blood being added into it. He'd became magma and soon, obsidean. He did not care to become one with rock, he did not like Rock based attacks and those sorts of things, so he was glad that his opponent roughed him up at that moment. Now, time to prevent it. Air Step was too slow, so it was not likely that he would not be using that again. But now that he remembered it, he did have one spell that allowed him to speed up his movement and power. It was time to use it. The wind around him growing stronger as his urge to continue on pressed forward. As the spell activated through his veins, he felt the urge to keep going. A smile was now on his face, this was actually a lot of fun for him now instead of an elevator from what some might call hell. It was dangerous, but he now was running up the wall instead of jumping onto ledges. With his speed, it was very much possible. Aludra used her magic to follow him by running upwards, her light giving her a speed boost. Virgo would not hesitate to do the same thing that Elyx was doing, since she fueled off of his power. And so they gained speed, and Celestial Fire was still active.
