Personality:
Mashyuu traveled the world as a child and picked up many strange traits in the time it took him to wander to his guild house. While he tries to be as polite as possible he is hot blooded and can sometimes act on impulse. Those that have grown to know him well sometimes call him a "Barbarian" Due to his quick to act nature. When pressure isn't on him however he tries to consider all possible angles to a problem or situation. He enjoys being social and making friends, especially with those that don't seem to have any, since he didn't have many as a kid. Mashyuu is fairly out going and willing to help anyone in need. This has caused him to develop a good sense of character from others and made him willing to admit when he has been wrong about things more often than not. If someone he thinks is of ill character asks for his help Mashyuu will still help but often asks to be compensated for his time with money or other things of value. Even though he is a good person at heart, Mashyuu is still a guy and isn't above making a comment or two at times, even when he knows that it might not be the best thing to do. Still he tries to make everyone feel at home around him and will always go out of his way to make sure everyone is having a good time. Something Mashyuu doesn't talk about is the death of his former Mother who died saving his life and the lives of other children from a large group of bandits. Still early in his magical studies he could only watch as his mentor was ran through with a sword. This put a deep seated fear of losing his loved ones in his head.
In combat Mashyuu has developed a style that mixes both offensive and defensive magic, some spells are used at a range while others enhance his ability to fight or defend. He is the type to put himself in harms way for anyone that he is a friend with, to the point of being willing to die for others. When he's not on a job, reading a book or hanging out with friends, and sometimes when he's doing any of those things he is practicing his magic to develop new spells and abilities that might help on a moments notice.
As a follower, Mashyuu is sometimes terrible at listening, the impulsive nature of his shining through in some terrible situations. Even if he does try to do as he's told. When he thinks something is a bad idea he's not afraid to tell others what he thinks but he also understands when to keep his mouth shut and do as he's told. Even if he does so begrudgingly.
As a leader Mashyuu tries to use other's skills to the best of their abilities while taking the most dangerous job himself, wanting to keep others safe from harm as much as possible. After the death of his mentor he doesn't want to see anyone else hurt ever again. Sometimes this leads to himself getting harmed a great deal, and sometimes leads to Mashyuu lashing with others in large ways.
Likes:
- Music: Mashyuu doesn't do much that doesn't involve learning and at a young age he learned that listening to music helped him learn. This idea translated to many things he did in life and since then he had developed a fond love of all things musical.
-Books: Once again going to the idea of learning, books are a great way to learn and they help to escape the world one lives in. Mashyuu buys more books than he does music and that's saying something for the earth Mage.
-Traveling: Mashyuu spent most of his life before joining---- traveling the world and developing his magic and general life skills. He likes to visit new places and learn new customs. Everyone has a story and something to offer, not to mention everyone needs help and that is the best way to make friends and money.
-Nekos and Fanservice: Mashyuu didn't know it at the time but he loves beautiful women and when they show off. His favorite are the women who are part animal.
Dislikes:
-Being alone: Even though he traveled the world, Mashyuu did so alone and until he found his guild he considered himself unwanted. The last thing he would ever want is to truly be alone again or to see someone else be alone.
-Bad Music: While he truly loves to listen to music, bad music drives him insane with anger and rage. He can't stand it to the point of wanting to destroy the source of bad music.
-Liars: Mashyuu tries to be as honest as possible with others in most matters and he expects the same from others. If something will effect someone in a positive or negative way Mashyuu mostly believes you should tell that person.
-Careless people: He hates it when his friends put themselves in unneeded danger.
Motivations:
-Friendship: Mashyuu wants to make sure everyone has a friend or someone to call a member of the family even if that means he is everyone's friend. Besides who would make a better friend than him?
-Traveling: While he has indeed traveled most of his life, Mashyuu knows there is more out there than what he has seen and wants to see it all before he passes on.
-Learning: Life is all about learning and Mashyuu want's to learn as much as he possibly can. Spells, words, locations, everything. Even if he doesn't actually use that info. Just having it stored away is a nice thought to him.
Fears:
-Losing loved ones: This developed for Mashyuu at an early age when his Mentor, an earth mage named Danni passed defending a small group of travelers from an overwhelming force of bandits. The woman who taught Mashyuu the basics of magic wasn't able to stop the bandits but managed to hide the children and Mashyuu away in the earth before being ran through with a sword.
-Scorpions: He really isn't sure why he's afraid of them but the idea of one being in his shoes makes him check them before he puts his foot wear on every time.
-Never finding his mate: While he would never come out and say it, Mashyuu is a hopeless romantic and wants to make sure he gets to travel the world with someone he loves. This is his life goal and if he couldn't realize that goal it would rip him apart.

Mashyuu has shaggy brown hair that is wild and unkept but seems to remain in a constant state that fits his character. While his blue eyes are a softer shade a determined fire seems to loom behind them. He often wears earthen toned shirts, robes and jackets but his pants and shorts are usually a brighter shade, such as orange or pink. His foot wear varies constantly but more often than not are a pair of flat, high top sneakers or boots.

- Brief History:
After joining Sabertooth Mashyuu swiftly made friends with many powerful Wizards and started doing a ton of jobs. Soon he learned about a friend of his being killed and he went with a young wizard to investigate. There he learned that a dark Wizard killed his first love and sent a deadly magic out at his home village.
Promptly the Earth Wizard looked into the danger and with the help of a small stone dog Mashyuu saved the town and headed home to Sabertooth. On the way home he ran into an add asking for help at a grave plot and joined up with a member of a different guild named Brennan. Together the pair cleared out a deadly uprising of zombies and Mashyuu unlocked a new set of spells he used to help deal with ghosts. The next major event to happen to the Earth using wizard was when he stumbled upon the tomb of a dark and powerful dragon. After helping it regain his treasure the Dragon taught him the basics of Earth Dragon Slayer Magic. Only days later he gained his secondary magic, Shadow Summons.
After that Mashyuu formed a team with other Sabertooth Wizards and the team became known as Sacred Gaia. The group went on several adventures and in between jobs Mashyuu met a woman named Kanix who he swiftly developed feelings for that were not returned. The man knew that was for the best and continued to advance in Sabertooth. Soon he became known as a Rising Star and Ace of Sabertooth...
