Greetings, unfortunately the only way to start a character with a higher rank is if the account was already at that rank. For example, if Azurius Tade was A Rank and I decided I didn't like him anymore and made a diff character on this account; I could keep my rank. Otherwise you start out at D Rank. Also sorry that I'm not on my main account, but I'm one of the site's resident moderators.
