Description: What is it that drives the various desires of each individual member of mankind? Is it to obtain riches? Is it to obtain power?  Is it to obtain knowledge? Is it to obtain fame and glory? The driving force behind all the actions of the various members of the human race differ from individual to individual and the particular driving force behind a single individual ancient king was to ascertain that the glory and prestige of his kingdom would exist for all eternity. It wasn’t just the glory and prestige of his kingdom that this ancient king wished to preserve, however, it was also his own rule. For all eternity, he wished to rule over his prosperous kingdom. In order to fulfill this desire, he had his scholars, his wizards, and even his own advisors to constantly research and search for any answer that would allow him to become immortal.

In time, almost all of the kingdom’s resources were used to search for the king’s answer to obtain immortality. Slowly his great kingdom began to fall into chaos and discord as the people slowly began to revolt. The reason for this revolt was because the king continued to tax the people. No, he abused his people to fulfill his desire. The flames of a civil war began to blaze and it was in the middle of this conflict that one of his advisors, a wizard, had figured out how to make his king immortal. It was an experimental magic which utilized the concept of envisioning every existence in the world possessing a soul or life essence which allowed it to exist. By using absorbing this energy into the body, one could theoretically sustain their life for all eternity due to the infinite amount of souls being brought forth into the world and existing around the world as well. The king became elated at the news that he would be able to become immortal.

Then with his new-found power, he would end the war and bring his people back together. Or so he thought.The magic that the king was exposed to consumed him completely causing him to steal the life of those around him. For this magic was obtained by the advisor selling his soul to a demon. In that particular advisor’s mind, there was no price too great to satisfy and please his king.  However, the king was too weak to control his magic thus the life of those who still served him were taken. Eventually, the leaders of the war made their way to the king’s castle were the same faith awaited them as well. The king took life after life. With each life, he stole the king’s own longevity increased more and more. His wish for immortality was fulfilled but his wish for his kingdom to be everlasting wasn’t. Eventually, the king was the only one left and soon he found out that he wasn’t truly immortal as well. His life was only prolonged as he consumed the life force, the souls, of those around him.

Eventually, he fell into despair and locked himself in his castle where he ruled over the decaying corpses of his followers. For the next 1000 years, he stayed here in this kingdom devoid of life until his own life-force finally depleted.  Within the hands of one of the advisor was ancient script along with a single orb that was located inside of the chest of the dead king. This orb could be compared to the lacrimas of present day and held the magic known as Great Arc of Life: The Requiem of Souls. The individual who found this orb was a founding member of Azure Rose and was one of Tenchi’s ancestors. For generations, this particular orb and the ancient script had continued to be a treasure of the Mibu Family.  The artifacts' dark secrets constantly were hidden from the world lost to the ever flowing river of time. That was until Tenchi came into existence. After his death and rebirth as an artificial human which is known as a Blank, Tenchi decided to seek even more power and deciphered the ancient script and learned of the origins of the orb and the power it held. The text also acted as a security system or a seal preventing any random person from obtaining the power of the orb. With the seal on the orb undone once more, this magic was once again released back into the world. The orb went into his body and on his right hand, a strange tattoo had been left on his skin possessing a black hue. Unlike the first human who possessed this magic, Tenchi’s mind was stronger than the magic and now he has the power to manipulate and control the souls of the living. No, his power was control over life itself.

The body of an artificial human which is known as a Blank is fundamentally different from normal humans due to the  huge number of souls inhabiting the body and within Tenchi’s body is approximately one hundred souls. This enables to use fragments of their energy along with his own magical power in order to manipulate the essence of life which allows beings to exist in this world. This energy can be used in a vast variety of ways depending on the user’s preference such as to heal wounds their body, to create attacks, and to emulate the properties of various elements in the world. However in Tenchi’s hands, this magic is even more potent than it was in the hands of the ancient king who sought immortality for the demon truly had answered the advisor’s wish. With his ability to consume the life energy of those around him, Tenchi is able to consume their souls well. But in the instance of consuming a soul, he can choose to enslave the soul and allow it to exist within his body or simply use its energy to sustain himself. The souls that he keeps within his body combined with his own magical power can be rematerialized as his own servants or familiar. This power is made even stronger due to Tenchi's previous skills with molding magic. Their abilities matching those that they possessed when they were alive. Due to the makeup of this magic, it deals an additional damage to fifteen percent undead being such as zombies, vampires, and creatures brought from necromancy.

Strengths:
Theoretical Immortality/Regeneration

• The primary strength of this magic or rather the appeal of this branch of lost magic is the fact the wielder of it is cannot die in theory due to the almost limitless amount of life being brought into the world and the number of souls which exist in it. As long as this source exists, the wielder is capable of healing their body from any injury and cement their existence in this plane. However, if the wielder is placed into a realm where nothing else existed but his or herself then they would live until the energy within their body finally runs out and their body ceases to exists. But the chances of that happening to the wielder is quite slim.
  
  

Elemental Mimicry/Molding Capabilities

• The secondary strength of this magic or rather the appeal of this branch of lost magic is the fact the wielder is capable of manipulating the life energy and molding into a number of different forms for either attack or defense. However, the wielder is capable of making this unique energy mimic the various forms of nature or rather the elements itself. Despite mimicking the elements, it is still pure life energy making it unconsumable to dragon slayers, god slayers, and demon slayers.
  
  
  

Weaknesses:
Health Toll

• The primary weakness of this particular magic or rather the innate drawback of this branch of lost magic is the fact the wielder, at times, will have to embed fragments of their own soul or life essence into the spells which are cast. This takes the form of the wielder losing percentages of their health along with their magical power.
  

Death Magic V.1

• The secondary weakness of this particular magic or rather the drawback of this branch of lost magic is the fact the wielder receives bonus damage from death based magics. This occurs since death magic attempts to drain the life essences which the wielder is using to sustain their existence. The wielder takes an additional fifteen percent damage from these sources of damage.
  

Death Magic V.2

• The tertiary weakness of this particular magic or rather the drawback of this branch of lost magic is the fact that spells cast by the user will always clash with death based magics of the same rank canceling each other out. This weakness is not be confused with the increased damage the wielder takes from these types of magic.
  

Elemental Clash

• The quaternary weakness of this particular magic or rather the drawback of this branch of lost magic is the fact that spells which mimic the properties of other elements will always clash with normal elemental spells of the same caliber. For example, if a mage uses a normal D-rank flame spell, and the wielder was to use a mimicked version of the same element. The two would clash regardless if the spell has been buffed or does more damage than the original one made of normal flames.
