Personality: Wave is a very solitude and cold person when you first meet him. He is known to be rude at times, however he is usually rather polite and sometimes charming due to go to a military school. He is considered to be good but not lawfully so, as he believes people should do the right thing but at the same time does not believe one's freedoms should not be restricted. He feels as though everyone should do good as it is their duty to as a citizen. He does not feel beholden to his superiors and will always disobey them if it means he can save lives or do the right thing. Wave is shown to be highly perceptive, observant, discerning, analytical, intelligent, very quick-witted, controlled, disciplined and clear-headed, quick-thinking, showing a great maturity, responsibility and intuitiveness; rarely being caught off guard or deceived. He rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress, and often has entire situations planned out well in advance.

A person with incredibly strong resolve, Wave will do anything and everything in his power to accomplish something that's important to him, without any hesitation. is an realist by nature, and always spoke the truth and reality. He always gave people the benefit of the doubt, he is also very modest. Wave has a very upbeat and positive personality. He also has a deep sense of loyalty, great charisma, and skill in negotiation. His attitude towards law abiding people(i.e: legal guild members, good guildless, rk, mc) is that of respect, politeness, and kindness. He believes these people are doing right and deserve to be treated with the utmost respect. His attitude towards law breakers(i.e: dark guild members, evil guildless, etc) is that of politeness(though this can change if they dont show the same.), respect(same thing as with politness.), and displeasure. He treats them this way simply due to his moral code to respect all people.

Wave would never lie to his superiors or anyone on the side of justice, he would lie to someone of the opposing side however. He would never murder or harm a innocent person. He always tries to help and protect the needy and innocent.Anyone who promotes the law and goodness in general get shown the utmost respect. In most cases he brings evil do-ers to justice instead of killing them. In battle he is known to be a violent fighter, but his actions tend to be for the best. Despite his tendency to be brutal, Wave usually stops a fight if his opponent is too injured to fight back, claiming he is not interested in fighting "weaklings who can't fight anymore", and he does not feel obligated to deal a death blow to anyone who cannot fight any longer. However, he will unhesitatingly kill his opponent if they refuse to end their fight. Waave will also not fight an unarmed opponent. On multiple occasions, Wave has shown to greatly respect those who can defeat him in a fight and those who can push him to his limit.

• Spicy Food: Rai hates foods that are too spicy, as they can make food uneatable.
  
• Cats: He is allergic to normal earthland cats(not including exceeds) and when he is around them he sneezes uncontrollably
  
• People with no home training: He feels as those everyone should always be polite to others and finds it very offensive when they aren’t
  
• Disorganization: He hates when things are not organized and in place perfectly.
  
• Criminals: As a member of the Rune Knights he hates anyone who breaks the law for personal gain.
  
• Dark Guilds: He sees dark guilds as a gathering of criminal mages and as such he hates them.
  

Motivations:

• Bringing World Peace: He wishes to rid the world of evil and become what he sees as the "Ally of Justice"
  
• Becoming a Magic Council Member: He deep down inside believes the magic council and its current members are bad at their job. So he wishes to become one so that he could change the system from the inside.
  
• Helping People: Wave gets a thrill from helping people in need. You know the kinda thrill some get from working out or riding roller coasters.
  
• Growing Up to be Powerful: An kid his age wants to grow up and become a powerful mage.

Fears:

• Fear itself: Wave doesn’t have true meaningful fears, they are all more like abnormal things that wont always appear in everyday life. Such as his fear for fear itself he fears the concept of fear because he knows fear in battle can be the difference between life and death.
  
• Ghost: Wave has a fear of ghost even though most people believe them to be fake, he thinks ghost are very real and he hates the idea of trying to fight something he can’t see.
  
• Himself: He believes that he is powerful beyond measure and he fears that he may ham someone that he deeply cares for. In fact he fears himself more than he fears death which is truly a reason why he hasn’t trained to unlock his true potential.
  
• World in Chaos: Wave became a Rune Knight so that he could protect the world from falling into chaos. If this were to ever happen he would feel like a complete failure and probably grow to hate himself.

Appearance: Wave is a tall, peach skin teenager with a lean athletic build from playing sports his whole life. He weighs 135 lbs and is 6 feet tall exactly. He has brown eyes and very distinguishing spiky orange hair. He likes wearing "slim" clothes(tight clothes). He is usually seen wearing a black sleeveless hoodie, black fleece sweat pants, and black running shoes as black is his favorite color. He at times may also be seen wearing a rune knight uniform. He walks with near perfect posture and stands straight up as well. When he walks you can see the military training he has undergone because it has a sort of imprint in his walk.
