Ace of Spades loomed in the distance, the castle towering above the town that had sprouted around it. From what she'd heard, this had once been the Sabertooth Guild's headquarters, but had now been renovated to accommodate its members better, whilst the actual guild had been relocated to a flying island. That did explain the large amount of ships on her way here. At first she'd thought that the rumours she'd been following up till now all mentioned a harbour located at the sea, or at the very least, a large puddle of water. Little did the young Rune Knight recruit know that the aforementioned harbour was one especially made for aircrafts, and that she had to find out which one of the airships present was her target at hand. A sigh escaped the young woman's lips as she buried her face within her palms, exhaling deeply and moving her hands up, running them through her hair. This would prove to become a long day.... first to awkwardly address people, then to ask them about her target's possible whereabouts, and at last find her way towards said location. Ageha didn't like the first step in her foolproof plan. Neither did she like step two, or three, for that matter. She'd probably screw up one of those anyway.
Thus, the half-hearted Steel mage made her way into town, and spent nearly four hours trying to address an old lady, who on her turn tried to stuff Ageha with cookies and whatnot. Ageha managed to flee the scene when the elderly woman took off to get her some milk, and had since then restlessly gazed upon every single elder she came to pass. The most elderly of this village would probably know the best gossips around town, but then again, their knowledge and age also came with an unhealthy dose of craziness. Ageha had that too. The craziness I mean, not the knowledge... nor the age, for that matter. Sighing, the young silver-haired woman scuffled to another shadow that neighboured hers, and from there on out eyed several passerby in a similar fashion as a shady mugger. Staring and trying to find something that was of value... or in her case, looking for any type of edible items within their reach. If the answer was no, she'd walk up to them. Sadly however, most of them sped up their pace when seeing those ruby eyes sparkle from within the shadows, making it impossible for her to actually talk to someone. Thus her search continued, with no valuable information showing itself until somewhere after midday, when the old lady that'd stuffed her with cookies found her again. Threatened with milk and cookies, the Steel mage had staggered back, valiantly trying to keep the distance between them, and blurted out that she was looking for a purple-haired, tall guy instead of cookies.
The elderly woman halted halfway her gesture and tilted her head as she watched the silver-haired youth closely, asking why exactly she needed to know about such a man. Unable to actually make words of her true intentions, Ageha claimed to have been searching for said man's ship for a long while now, after having seen it somewhere a long time ago. The story she made up on the spot actually made sense for once, and soon enough the old lady had given her the location, be it only that she'd take the cookies with her in return. But not for her this time. These cookies were for Kite. Kite who? Kite Wilhelm. Oh, right, yes. Of course. She knew that.
Half an hour later, with a bag of cookies clenched within her hand, Ageha stared upon the large steel aircraft in front of her. The thought of entering a wooden creating had already left her mind, and now was replaced with a frantic mulching of the rusty cogwheels within the deepest parts of her consciousness, trying to figure out how the hell she was supposed to board that thing. She saw no clear entrance, no easy way to climb it AND, if things hadn't been tough enough already, couldn't find any other legitimate way of giving the elderly woman's cookies to the criminal she was supposed to apprehend. Although, if she was able to find any of the crew members, she might be able to enter with the pretence of delivering the round, chocolate-filled sweetness. She sighed and stepped back to get a closer look at the massive steel fortress one called 'a ship', and frowned. How did they even fly this thing around? "Well, whatever, it's not like that's any of my business." The steel mage muttered as she clenched the bag between her teeth and cracked her knuckles. If she couldn't find a way in, she'd just get to the bottom of this. Or more preferably, the top.
With black metal forming around her wrists, hands and lower arms, the silver-haired Shinko mage readied herself for the short sprint that was soon to follow. Once near the edge, Ageha jumped and slammed both her fists into the ship's hull, the blades protruding from her gauntlets now pinned within the metal surface. Pulling out one of the blades and stabbing it higher up the hull, the young woman repeated this process until she reached about a third of the ship's height. The metal here seemed less sturdy than the rest, and Ageha, brilliant as she always was when on a mission, didn't find any better way than to potter with the hole her blade had made, enlarging it to the point she could actually put both her hands through it. Ageha dispelled one of the gauntlets and smashed her fist through the hardened steel wall, slowly tearing the metal further apart until she could step through it. Her thought of there being a free space behind the wall was a lucky guess, as she'd unknowingly entered the ship's catwalk, and listened carefully whether someone was in her vicinity. Which on a second thought was quite retarded, seeing that she'd just forcefully made herself a new entrance through the side of the ship, of all things.
When clattering resonated from further ahead, Ageha shifted her attention towards the direction it came from and slowly drew closer, until she noticed the interior changing to a more welcoming wooden furniture. Before she knew it she found herself in the doorway, staring at what could've been the most handsome criminal she'd ever seen. Literally towering above her like a giant, with broad shoulders and spiky, pale blue-shaded hair draped over them. His deep red eyes seemed to reflect her own, who seemed but a few shades brighter than his. She blinked, baffled by the one standing before her and shook her head, absent-mindedly throwing the cookies unto the table he was seated at as she tried to get her thoughts back together. This was a wanted criminal she was supposed to apprehend and bring to justice! Not to fangirl and drool over! Eyeing the pale-haired young man, Ageha, in a sudden fit of her somewhat unique seriousness, grabbed hold of the doorpost and casually pulled the wooden beam off the wall, holding it as a fighting pole.
"I'm here to arrest you for crimes committed against the people of Fiore, and I have cookies for you too, so you better come along quietly!"
