Head of Staff:
Ian Monroe-White haired older gentleman with the demeanor of a long time servant of a noble household. Stands 5"11 and wears the white and black outfit common to butlers the world over with the small addition of a Lamia Scale crest sewn over where his heart would be.

Percy Dandurand-Another older white haired gentleman, although with a kind hearted demeanor and a very intelligent look. Stands 5"5 and is prone to wear eccentric clothing.

Percy:

Alison Holbrook-A short mousy girl who is usually incredibly shy but is quite knowledgeable. She is 5"4 and can almost always be seen wearing a lab coat and her trademark glasses.

Dribble-A short goblin male that joined the library staff under the instructions of Kateri.

Henry Ballen-A flamboyant blonde haired man who is far more interested in cooking then interacting with others. Is constantly testing new recipes. He stand 6"1 and is usually wearing chefs attire.

Stella Grace-An always cheerful dark haired woman who greatly enjoys seeing to it that all the members of Lamia Scale are fed and happy. She is somewhat tall for a female, matching Henry's 6"1 height and is known to wear colorful clothing and a pair of rimless glasses.

Adrien Hardin-A quiet thoughtful individual who is always happy to listen and give advice. He stands 6"0 tall and wears fairly standard formal bartender attire.

Adrien:

Morgan Elder-Much like Adrien, she is thoughtful and prone to give advice but in many other ways she differs as she is the overly chatty sort who will talk your ear off at a moments notice. She stands 5"8 and favors a ponytail or a bun for her long dark hair. She also wears formal bartender attire.

Glynna Marke-The quiet and more serious of the two Marke twins although not completely devoid of humor. Much like her brother, she does not enjoy the gender role that would have been assigned her in normal circumstances and as such she works as a butler for the guild. She stands 5"8 and keeps her incredibly long hair bound in a simple ribbon. Known to wear standard butler attire.

Glynna:

Felicity Ward-Always happy and overly concerned with being "cute". Has a serious preference for females. She stands 5"6 and is commonly seen in maid attire which she has personally tailored.

Felicity:

Alex O'Reilly-Cut from the dark and brooding cloth. Tends to be very quiet but is incredibly efficient at any task he is assigned. Never been known to speak more then three or four words at a time. Stands 6"2 and has custom tailored butlers attire.

Alex:
