Personality: When one looks at Muttsu, several things come to mind: how short she is, the colour of her hair, the fact that she covers one eye with a wrap, or her scarcity of clothing. Some might be curious or interested by these things, and decide to approach her. When faced with her personality those people would find something else altogether coming to mind: Ice Queen. Muttsu presents a cold, expressionless front to the world in general, preferring to keep interaction with others to a series of businesslike transactions. This isn't social phobia, but a simple lack of desire to interact with others.
That apathy stems largely from her upbringing as an orphan, where she learned very quickly that the world cares very little for those who lose their place in life. She learned that friendly faces only existed for those who had something to offer, and as orphans who had already lost everything those friendly faces very quickly turned to annoyance. Orphans had to work for everything; even the roof over their heads was reliant on them doing chores and running errands for the orphanage. Loving families were a legend, a myth shared among children who were often given numbers in place of names.
Yet through all of this her life had one saving grace: her brother, Roku. Although they share no blood and are not actually related, they have always been so close as for it to not matter. Their earliest memories are of each other, keeping each other safe in the wake of the tragedy that claimed both their parents. They even share a name; as is custom in the orphanage foundlings were given names based on the order they were found, with each number being reassigned as children grew up, died, or were cast out. As they were found together they were given the same number: six. Roku being the word for six in the common tongue, and Muttsu being the same word in the native tongue.
The two have always been inseparable, with Roku being the only person Muttsu shows real warmth. In fact, although Roku sees her only as a treasured sister, Muttsu has a decidedly un-sisterly love for him. For some reason Roku seems entirely oblivious to this despite all her attempts to the contrary. And there have been many, many attempts by Muttsu to garner Roku's attention and have him see her as more than a sister. All have ended in failure.
Outside of battle: Muttsu's 'Ice Queen' status manifests in her approach to life in general, not just social interactions. She takes a pragmatic and straightforward approach to most problems: if it can be solved with a bullet, do so. If not, ask Roku. If the problem still persists, have somebody else do it. However,
In Battle: Most problems can be solved with bullets, and Muttsu has lots of bullets. Her Hanabi has been fine-tuned and augmented with a great many alterations, and she plans to add many more. Muttsu typically fights alongside Roku, letting him handle the close-quarters combat while she picks targets off at range.
As a Leader: Muttsu is a terrible leader. Her utter disregard for the welfare of others besides Roku means putting her in charge is an X-rank bad idea. That said,
As a Follower: Muttsu is almost as bad as a follower. Her disinterest and apathy towards most things means she is usually content to follow the one person she does care for. Otherwise she just ignores orders completely, doing whatever it is she feels personally feels like doing. The only surefire way to get Muttsu to do anything is to provide some sort of incentive, or barring that, get Roku to do it, as Muttsu will typically follow suit.

Appearance: Muttsu is rather on the short side, with a lithe figure and gentle curves. As is custom in the hot climate of her homeland, Muttsu wears only the bare minimum on her chest and loose clothing everywhere else. While heavy clothes are still very uncomfortable for her, she has taken to wearing a cloak and long boots as a concession to the vastly different temperatures in Earthland. The head covering she wears covers her blind eye and scar, and is typically adorned with a rare flower from her homeland.
