Cake, cake, and more cake!

It was a gorgeous day in Black Rose. The sun shone brightly, giving everyone the suspicion that spring was arriving. Around the guildhall, lovers were busy flirting and romancing about, giving flowers and chocolates and other affections to one another, as today was Valentine's Day. Corliss, having plenty of flirtations but no serious admirers as of yet, had heard of a newer member's birthday, and decided that she should throw a party for this newcomer. She had hung flyers around the guildhall, picked out a room to decorate, prepared balloons (in red and pink as Valentine's decorations were cheaper), put up a hand-painted banner reading "Happy Birthday" (Corliss had to have Pyrrha's help for that one), and a massive chocolate cake. It was in the shape of a heart, as the bakery had mixed up her order with another person's, but it said "Happy Birthday" so that was good enough. Now, if only Corliss could remember the name of the birthday boy, and where to find him, that would make everything perfect.
