Like a large bonfire, the farm would lit up in flames. From the barn to the very crops. Even the chickens weren't safe for the wrath and endless lust for destruction, Savage Skull mages often portrayed.

It began with nothing but a couple of men, Viktor R. Albeit himself. The household butler of Savage Skull, who was known for his eternal gentle smile. A smile that definitely didn't fit in to the guild he belonged to. With him were a few of low ranking grunts of the guild. Mages who'd just started out, and some regular thugs. Cannon fodder if one would describe them. Either way, they were all willing to prove their worth to the guild, and along earn some extra cash off course. And if it would come down to plunder and pillaging, well... then it was just as if these guys were having the time of their life.

It began with the crops. First the wheat was their target, it was rather dry and would easily catch fire. In fact it would spread out so rapidly, that they'd just had to torch it once.

Next were the more interesting sights to burn down. The large barn, with its thick wooden construction. It's supporting rafters, wouldn't catch fire easily. Not just by a single torch. No for this they had to think up a bit more creative. Luckily for the farm, the Savage Skull bunch had thought this through for once, as they had brought several small sacks filled with kerosene. A fuel sort, often used for oil lamps. One that caught fire easily and wouldn't burn out that quick.

The rabble broke through the wall, throwing around the oil happily. So much even, that Viktor even had to remind them that they had an house as well. So it was better not to waste it all right away. After that, the barn would easily catch fire, as the flames would eat away the wood. Consuming it as the glutton fire was meant to be.

By now the Farmer had caught wind of was going on, and foolishly enough decided to face on this threat alone. So armed with a pitchfork, and stubborn bravery. He ran towards the bunch.
But without avail. With ease Viktor parried the attack with his sword, and smacked the farmer with the flat side of it right in the face. Knocking the man out cold instantly.

Then the real fun began, with the farmer now knocked out, the men started to ran into the house. Plunder any valuable thing he has, and naturally break anything they didn't need. As well as throwing a good portion of the remaining kerosene onto the floors and wall. And before Viktor knew it, the house as well was being engulfed by the orange flames.

With that the deed was done, the farmer was knocked out. And his entire life was in shambles. In fact to come back from all this, was almost impossible. Anything he had build up was gone. Scorching in the flames, destroyed by a maniacs. Just because of jealousy.
