Job:

There he was, Ignite by his side as well as she read the paper. The job was to simply escort the travelers up a few mountains so they can get to the other side. Ranking, C. And so why should he care? Well, in all honesty, he wanted to be at least a little bit more involved with the guild. After all, if all he ever did was go on jobs alone and try to earn better rewards, he would lose all quality of life. Day by day, he felt his playful nature dry away from him, it was sad how he could no longer jump around and be free like a kid anymore. But... At least he realized that he could at least try to hang around with the others who might need his help. A simple job for him, but certainly an experience for a familiar face he met from before. So we are to take this job with you, is that what you ask of us? Elyx asked, looking back to his client, soon to be partner. A smile on his face was shown, revealing his approval. We should probably head out as soon as possible. 6000 Jewels is a pretty nice reward, if I do say so myself.

Corliss stared at her shoes, toying with a rock at her feet while she avoided the nerves of her surroundings and the guilt of leaving Pyrrha at home yet again. Elyx, the boy who introduced her to Black Rose, stood before her, reading the job information. The blonde girl wanted to go on jobs with other people, seeing and bonding with her fellow guildmates, and she felt that a job with Elyx was long overdue. This wasn't because she was concerned about taking the job alone, not at all, or so she had convinced herself. Her guildmate looked up, smiling as he confirmed his understanding of her request. Corliss nodded eagerly, but he continued speaking, telling the younger mage that they should be heading out quickly, and musing on the large sum of money that they would receive as a reward. “It definitely would make for a weighty purse,” Corliss replied, just as it struck her that she had not met the girl by Elyx’s side. Turning to her, she felt the curiosity bubble up within her, and had to dig her nails into her palm to keep from getting carried away. “I don't believe we have met before, have we?” Corliss knew they needed to get going, but it seemed like the girl intended to accompany the mages, and the blonde didn't like being left out of the loop.

A purse on her probably would look good, being able to walk as if she were one of the wealthiest mages to roam the earth if 6000 jewels were dedicated onto a purse. Seeing this, his light brown eyes would hide under the shelter of his eyelids as they closed, his lips locking into his familiar smile before standing up. Ignite in the meantime became to topic of the room. The She-Phoenix would look over to Corliss with a grin rather than a smile, showing all of her whites before introducing herself. The name is Ignite! Ignite Rosella, and I will also be guiding you. Plus, we are going to be using this! She would announce before pulling out a camera from behind her back. This caused Elyx to raise his eyes before then sighing, not even going to ask. The She-Phoenix still answered anyways. I found it!

And so the group would begin, this was an easy job, should he cut through all of the enemies all at once and then give her all of the glory? Seemed like fun for him, just to humiliate the enemies without even a single scratch on his body. Being a Sky Deity Slayer and a Celestial Spirit Summoner, he could perform some pretty cool tricks for them before giving them the finishing blow, entertainment while fighting. Seems like they did not have to wait too long however, because they already face an ambush. Placing his hands in his pocket and his calm smile on his face, he would watch as they sprang out.
