K ateri continued channeling her magic power into the world around her, slowly making the massive magic circle overhead grow bigger and bigger as it began glowing brighter. The bright blue glow set against the dark clouds of the thunder storm Lexa had brought with her made for the spell to seem considerably more powerful that it actually was. A ripple of energy shot from the magic circle, sending a spherical blast of energy out that seemed to hold no effect on the world. However, soon small droplets began floating gracefully from the magical anomaly.A memory came back to Kateri as her spell was being finished. The memory of the trials and tribulations she had to go through to learn this type of spell. How she had to exhaust every last bit of magic she had in her to take down a dragon, relying almost entirely on Shadow to keep it busy while she scurried about like a rat in the walls. She remembered how she'd started strong, running about and using the dragon's enormous size to her advantage, and primarily used her launcher to deal damage to it. Another memory flashed its way into her mind, about how she woke up to find a letter next to her from the new guild master... that tiny blue-haired, B-shonen lookin' spit fuck named Ni-ju that Kateri wanted to hug the hell into before taking orders from since he was so adorable. The letter had told her that she was granted permissions to enter the restricted section of the guild hall, including the library which housed almost as many books as the non-restricted section. She remembered sifting through hundreds of books while she recovered in the infirmary, having sent Kazimir to get them in her stead. Having done that made the demon a known face in the guild, as well as gave him some time for himself since he normally hid in Kateri's shadow until she called for him. Another memory that fast forwarded her all the way to when some of her magic returned, and her body was still covered up in bandages. She had begun training her magic, reading from countless books and recreating the spells as best she could. Some of them, most of them really, had strained her so much she could only practice them once per day. This spell she was casting... it was listed as an extremely low ranking spell, but was so grand in size that she only managed to practice it once a week. Finally, the glowing grew more intense as snow began falling down on the field in heavier numbers. Her golem had nearly finished transporting the children, being half done by now.
