After that you click new topic here and make your character using the template. https://www.fairytail-rp.com/f285-w-i-p-characters
After you finish your character you post here to get it checked for approval. https://www.fairytail-rp.com/t13953-character-approval-thread
This is where you go to create and register magic, pets, etc https://www.fairytail-rp.com/f4-registration.
Not exactly sure how to make a guild. I believe you need to pay a certain amount of jewels and have some people on board with you to start off the guild and you may have to be a certan rank.
You can also join a guild through your character app.
You should read up on the rules a little as well. https://www.fairytail-rp.com/f2-general-rules
