Jakob finally reached it, the giant turtle Genbu. This would be, by legend, the resting place of his new guild. The turtle was massive, more than large enough to hold a guild atop its back, but the sand mage didn't want to waste time with awe, now did he? The mage got off the little raft that he had, and leaped onto one of the fins of the massive tortoise, and began his venture upward, both climbing and leaping, doing a combination of both.
After reaching a higher point on the tortoise's back, Jakob saw a building. This building was, per his assumption, the guild hall that he'd be working for, for at least a while. He didn't know much about guilds, except that neutral guilds don't exactly work for the Magic Council, but don't really work against them. That was just about his view, he didn't like the Magic Council, or the system of government held over Fiore, but he just dealt with it and didn't work against it. With that, the man ventured forward, through the trees that was on the giant animal's back, through what looked like a miniature forest, to the guild.
Jakob, after a while, finally reached the doors of the guild hall. The man turned around once, looking at the scenery of the tortoise. ”This would definitely be a different scene from the sandy deserts...” Jakob would then turn around, and open the two doors. He walked in, the steps echoing throughout what Jakob thought was the most magnificant building he's ever seen, with much more prestigous looks than some apartment or hotel he'd stay at for a few nights while looking for this place. He's only lived in the small houses of the Sand Village, and has stayed in a few cheap rundown places on his venture here, so this was definitely a place of greate magnitude.
”I hope I'm welcome. Wouldn't want anyone to attack me.” Jakob said aloud. If it wasn't already obvious he was here, he's now made his introduction. ”I just want to speak with the master, or anyone who'd give me service.” Jakob stood there, with a serious face, his odd desert-like clothing making it really obvious he wasn't from anywhere near here.
