    Completed Scapegoat Dionysus

Post by Scapegoat 2nd January 2016, 2:56 pm

    Name: Scapegoat Dionysus
    Gender: Male
    Age: 21
    Birthday: 10/5
    Sexuality: Straight
Special Characteristics: Scapegoat has several burn marks over his torso, legs and upper arms, as well as claw marks on his back.

    Personality:
Scapegoat is, by heart, a bartender and by extention a booze lover. But because of excessive usage, it has warped his personality, or rather said fractured it. So now, although there is a solid base line, his mood, moral compass, and behavior change significantly depending on which type blend or mix of alcohol he consumes.

When sober Scapegoat appears to be a very lazy, bored, uninterest and frankly tired person. His actions are a tat slow and his voice grows monotone because of a general lack of interest in most things and people. There is, of course, one exception to the rules, and that is when Scapegoat is mixing, pouring and distilling his drinks. When talking about said processes his eyes almost seem to start shining and he can go into a rant about his passion for it.
Now talking about alcohol and how he uses it is one thing, but when he consumes it, now that's a whole different story. Although some might be of the opinion that a doctor taking his own medicine is a bad thing, Scapegoat can't get enough by it, and has grown so accustomed to it that he couldn't imagine a life without it. Below is
a list of different personalities and behavior when consuming definitive types of drinks:

Beer: One of the oldest drinks in the books, and perhaps one of the most common, and although we could go into detail about the different sub-categories, Scapegoat reacts the same to all of them. Instead of his usual very neutral-centric behaviour Beer makes him Jolly, a teller of bad jokes and strange stories, with very little regard to how others might perceive him. His speech pattern also changes, from a usual slow paced monotome voice, to a loud, clear almost yelling voice. It's no wonder he would quickly be seen as obnoxious when in this state.

Wine: Ah, wine, perhaps one of the most refined alcoholic beverages of it's kind! It's fitting that while under the intoxication of this particular drink that Scapegoat loses some of his simplistic ways and becomes a personality that would best be described as a lover of all that is exquisite. Instead of the usual neutrality Scapegoat chooses the longest road to his point, explaining every detail on the way, leaving no stone unturned. His interest into everything that is not even alcoholic increases by ten fold, although he is particularily fond of anything related to debauchery in this state.

Rum: A pirates life it is! This drink of ye old days is one that might have the most dedicated effect on scapegoat of all, because he grows into the roll of a swashbuckling buccaneer! His speech pattern changes to many yar harr's and pirate yargon, and you'd almost swear he didn't have that eye-patch before that last glass.. right? Though changing into a pirate personality is all fun and games, what people often forget is that pirates are simple water rats, thieves, people that are out to steal what is theirs, and therefor Scapegoats moral compass goes amock, and finds taking what yours a mere part of life.

Whisky: Quite the opposite of Rum, whisky makes Scapegoat realize how important chivalry is towards proper conduct between people. You could even argue that whisky makes a proper gentleman out of Scapegoat, who at the point of consuming this would never strike at someone's back nor show any disgraceful acts towards the anyone, even the most villainous scum that roams the earth.

Wodka: This simplistic, unrefined alcohol full drink manages to change the normally neutral Scapegoat into a real brawler! Well not necesarilly a brawler but he definitely becomes someone who lives for the soul reason of getting into fights and conflicts, even if that means resolving those fights to both physical and verbal means. If there is one thing unique about the effects this drink has on Scapegoat it's the fact that although fighting becomes his sole purpose, he does it with passion, and he goes from stubborn to unrelenting in mere seconds.

Cognac: Another fine french breed, and one that Scapegoat has grown to love making himself. Cognac has, however, an interesting effect on his behaviour. Instead of becoming rowdy, agressive, or refined, it turns him into an introvert. At this point Scapegoat would detest crowds, and is more prone to retreating to his process of making alcohol rather then displaying the effects of it through his own behaviour. This has the negative effect that he is hard to reach, but the positive effect that he is more concentrated then usual. His self-awareness reaches a peak and, although this can make him shy and embarassed quickly, it also makes him more conscious of his surroundings, and to an extent sharpens his senses.

Aside from these fractured personalities Scapegoat does have a certain knack for avoiding combat, rather sitting at a table enjoying a couple of drinks while talking it over instead of fighting each other through physical means, of course, however, those same drinks may cause his mood to swing to a more battle favorable one. When Scapegoat does however engage in live combat he always treats it like some sort of game, especially when under influence since his pain recaptors tend to be too whacked to make him fear any damage.

When confronted with authority Scapegoat doesn't mind working with the one in charge, but in the end will always choose his own interests over the 'greater good' or his 'objective'. The only thing that actually moves Scapegoat asides from booze is simple necessity, may it be money to provide himself of the liquor he so desires or the influence necessary to keep his moonshine out of the law enforcements eyes.

    Likes:
[*]Brewing: As close to god as humans can get, that is what Scapegoat thinks brewing is like. After all, creating drinks that will elleviate people from their normal daily slur is definitely an admirable goal.
[*]Drinking: Of course making booze is only half the fun, drinking and testing it is the other half, there won't be a lot of times you will hear Scapegoat talk a friendly chat without a belly full of liquor.
[*]Serving people: Now don't get Scapegoat wrong here, it's not blind devotion, but helping people reach their own plane of ecstasy is something almost as enjoyable as reaching your own in the eyes of the merry old bartender.

    Dislikes:
[*]Work: Scapegoat has a general lack of interest in things that have nothing to do with either brewing or drinking alcohol.
[*]Milk drinkers: If there is one thing that can give Scapegoat an itch he can't scratch it's people that preffer regular drinks over his alcoholic beverages
[*]Under the table manners: Secrets are one thing a drunk person doesn't have, so naturally anyone not drunk keeps secrets, something Scapegoat goes quite warry of and hates.

    Motivations:
[*]To brew the ultimate drink: Creating perfection in a bottle, or glass for that matter, is an aspiration Scapegoat could never let go of.
[*]Fame: Having his name resound through the continent, about how the best drinks come from his hands, is something Scapegoat even dreams about.
[*]Opening his own bar: One of his short term motivations is gather the money so he can actually open his own bar, and after that even a brewery!

    Fears:
[*]Running out of booze: Empty? It's something Scapegoat never hopes to ask himself when he reaches the end of his bottle.
[*]Women with red hair: You didn't think those scars were from combat did you? A certain run in with a fiesty red haired woman made him kind of scared of them.
[*]Boats: Boats tend to rock, rocking makes Scapegoat nausious and lose his precious alcohol that resided in his stomach.

    General Appearance

    Scapegoat Dionysus Barten10
    Height: 1.90 meters
    Weight: 75 kilo's
Hair: Black. When in his neutral sober state Scapegoat employs a just out of bed look, but after consuming any kind of alcohol he combs it back, making him look a lot more tidy.
    Eyes: Brown
    Skin Tone: Light
    Appearance:
Scapegoat is a tall, slender figure, with an aura of serenity about him, that is, when not having consumed alcohol. He does, however, in all personality states wear the same clothing, as he always does, which is a black vest, on top of a white blouse, finished off by his dark blue necktie.

When under the influence of beer his stance changes from a appropiate upright straight stance to a more hunched over version, where he appears a bit more fat, with his body language screaming a 'buddy-buddy' attitude towards everyone who would approach him.

Wine however doesn't change much, he does however often choses to move with a bit more grace.

It's quite easy to identify when Scapegoat chose to drink rum by the hook sign he makes with his right hand when speaking.

Having consumed Whisky you could say Scapegoat has changed into how a bartender should look like, with simple movements signifying dignity.

Wodka makes Scapegoat's body language extremely agressive, if not simply aggitating, or even obnoxious.

Cognac removes every desire Scapegoat has to look you into your eyes, even looking down at the floor most of the times.
