The afternoon was bright and beautiful on that day. Klein was walking down the many paths of the Mountain Village, on a lonely hike as he tended to do quite often. The leaves of the trees were the greenest that he had ever seen of any trees in his life. The sky was crystal clear without a cloud in sight and the sun shining down as if the Gods were smiling on him. Later he would know that the gods were in fact doing no such thing. The ground underneath his feet seemed to almost vibrate from all the activity in the town below. The village was home to the guild, Infinity Hydra. It was a guild that Klein actually considered joining before he discovered Sabertooth. He heard many good things about the guild. Including how many powerful mages were from there, and the strength of their guild master.

Klein continued hiking down a mountain path while contemplating his last job. Him and Ibara were almost driven insane by the dark powers hidden within the Spooky Forest. Ibara went into a coma afterwards, and Klein was worried that his partner might actually die. But being the mage that he is, he survived no worse for wear. It is ironic how Klein's last job involved the forces of darkness. Klein had no idea how the events of the coming hours would pit him against the forces of light.

Klein finally reached the main path to reach the village. He was going to enter the village to grab a bite to eat after his Hike when he sensed a great presence of magic power. He turned around and saw a brown haired man approaching the village. He was wearing a red bandana that was the same shade as his outfit. Klein couldn't believe his eyes. It was the Guild Master of Infinity Hydra, Ardere, The Fire King. His magic power was staggering. It wasnt just how much magic power he had. It was the feeling of determination he could sense within the aura magic power he was giving off. Klein began walking towards him. He had always wanted to meet the guild master of the esteemed guild of Infinity Hydra. Ardere noticed the blue haired dragon slayer heading in his direction and looked up at him. "Hey there! You're Ardere the Fire King, right? I've always wanted to meet you!"

Klein continued walking forward towards Ardere when his presence was finally acknowledged. The Fire God gave a warm greeting to Klein as he approached. He asked what his name was. "My name is Klein Okumura. I'm the White Dragon Slayer. I just joined Sabertooth not too long ago." Klein said in response. Wait, what was he doing? He realized that the guild master of Infinity Hydra probably did not care what his life story was. "Well, anyways, its an honor to meet you." Klein felt a strange magical presence as he initiated a conversation with the fire god. Before he even had a chance to respond to Klein, a loud crashing sound occoured. "What was that?" Klein murmured to himself. Ardere evidently had no idea either, since he was looking around as well trying to pinpoint the source of the noise.

A moment later, a gate appeared in the very center of the roadway. It was an gateway with a top arched like a crescent moon. It was made of solid white stones, the likes of which Klein had never seen before. The stones were not perfect however. They looked aged, with a thin layer of dirt and dust on them over the cracks in the otherwise immaculate material. Klein examined the structure carefully, trying to figure out its origin and why or how it could have simply appeared there before his eyes.

While he was investigating the small structure, another noise was heard. This time it was almost like fabric ripping, and the space between the walls of the gate gave way to a portal. Looking through the portal, Klein saw a heavenly world. The ground looked like it was made of clouds themselves, and there were massive stone structures that were made of the same material as the gateway, except they were immaculately clean. There were also angels flying about the air. Their wings were as white and beautiful as the architecture of the place. And they flew with the grace of a flock of doves. Klein, very curious about this world he was witnessing, forgot all about the guild master he was talking to, and stepped through the portal. The ground, while looking like clouds, was as solid as earth. And Klein stepped forward, into this world that he did not know at the time would soon turn against him.
