"Yes, is Ardere, your guildmaster, here? I wish to speak with him mention Leeann Nakamura. He would know my name" she replied. The bartender saw she was pale in the face and looked down as she talked, never making any eye contact. He walked from behind the counter and grabbed her hand gently leading her to the guildmaster's office. "How do you know Ardere" he asked. The crimson looked up and muffled. Then repeated again. This time clearly. "He's my mentor. I trained with him a few months ago" she said. The barteder knocked on the door and said Leeann wanted to see him. The girl's hair was in a high ponytail and a coat and skirt. She took a few step and the door was closed behind her as she sat down in a coat in front of the desk. "Master...Ardere....I need your help...please" she asked.

Warning in advanced [Ardere only]
LeeAnn felt the frozen rain touch her skin and frozen her infection into practical ice. The young arcana mage just wandered the moutain village looking and trying to remember the Infinity Hydra guildhall. She went alone which for her as of late was kinda scary since her uncle or father would escort her since she was getting weaker with her illness. She found the guildhall and stepped inside where a few mages lied conversing over job and other thins of the sorts. Her scarlet red hair stood out and the infection ws something that she wasn't proud about. The young girl sat at the table and the bartender paused. He had never seen her here before and wondered what in teh sort of odds was she here for? Well only one way to find out. "Is there something I can help you with miss?" he would asked Leeann lifted her face out of her coat and nod slowly.

Feet dangling off the roof, the flip of pages resounded in Ardere's ears as he read his book. Atop the roof, he found himself in a good book. While his location was a bit off, he could get a great view of the mountain range from his current position. Occasionally staring off into the distance, his pale fingers flipped the next page. Being overwhelmed with missions and guild master matters of the like, he rarely found the time to finish his books. Today was a free day, even though the hall was still being repaired after the battle with the Narukami Clan. Kicking his feet back and forth on the edge of the roof, he spotted his phoenix soaring around the grounds. She had plenty of room to roam throughout the area, and be uninterrupted. But oddly enough, a familiar scent crossed his nose. This scent was that of LeeAnn, someone he had not seen in a while. He wondered how she was doing, and if her illness had gotten any better. It had been some time since the two had last conversed, but not long enough for him to forget the young mage.
Closing the book shut, he slid down to the window seal. Sliding into the window with a quick movement, he closed it. Turning back to face the door, his guest would enter. Hello LeeAnn, long time no see. Leaning against his desk, the guild master folded his arms. Dressed in his red jacket and pants, the streams of his head band flowing down towards the desk. He looked at her and nodded ever so slightly. Alright, what can I do for you then? The fire mage would never deny a friends in need, but he was curious as to what exactly she was in need of. She wanted help, but with what? These questions would all be answered soon, he was sure.

Ardere had addressed her rather quickly. He had a book in his hands that she read while in bed rest for the past few months. No one in the guild knew of her and only Concord had kept her company along with her uncle and on occasion her father. Her eyes lifted up to Ardere's as they were the only set of eyes should could look at without shying away. A few moments stood as she collected her thoughts. Her older brother, Sol, was a mirror image of her. They were nothing alike despite coming from the same father. Her crimson hair loomed over her eyes a little. "I am leaving Fairy Tail. Do you have room for me in Infinity Hydra? My brother...Sol...I don't feel safe. He's apart of a dark guild and I don't like it. I feel..safer next to you than my family. Can...I join Infinity Hydra and train with you? You don't have to say yes: she said.
She gripped her coat tighter at the thought of her brother. They met recently and she acted out of fear and disgust, not hatred. It was hard turning her back on her own family such as her brother, but her father and Uncle were staying with her. It was just her brother that scared her and she trusted very few people. Her brother was once one of those people."i'm scared. Scared of him. He's not the same person I once knew. I just want to be safe and near someone I can trust. Ardere, you are the only one besides my spirit, Concord" she whispered.

Placing a pale, leather covered hand atop of her shoulder. He patted it for a moment before leaning back and nodding. Of course. You've always been welcome here. There's no sense in letting you be afraid. But I am sorry to hear that, Fairy Tail is a nice place. Folding his arms, she did seem to be in a state of distress. He did not know much of her brother, and he did not have much to go on. He did trust her, so he would help her out. The people of his guild were plenty capable of protecting their own, and that much would be evident soon enough. Shifting his stance to stand before her, the guild master gave her a reassuring look. Try not to worry about it, but if you truly want to stay safe it would be in your best interest to make some friends while you're here. I'm not the only capable mage in this guild.
Holding up the guild stamp, it was a symbol of Infinity Hydra. The Ouroboros with hydra heads, a symbol he personally had picked out. Twirling it between his fingers for a moment, Ardere looked towards her. Try to have fun, we have a library and a bath house. You can take your time of course, but I think you'll enjoy it here. Holding out the stamp, he kept his calm demeanor. Now where would you like this? It was a guild custom, one he was not sure of it's origins other than several stories, but one he definitely respected. Things were sure to get interesting.

Ardere was reassuring on for her as he placed a hand on her shoulder showing that she wasn't alone at all. He gave her his word she would feel safe now that she was out of the house and now living on her own it was going to be a good start. Her father had given her some money to go on so she could live in a nice apartment. Concord knew how to gamble prices so they could save money. He was a sarcastic little creature, but he was a good friend in need. Fairy Tail was nice and they were good to her, but she wanted a different enviorment. It was just her own problem nothing the guild itself would of done. She guessed it was way too noisy and everyone was too friendly to a shy person like her. "It's not the guild, Master Ardere, it's me. I am not use to friendly and noisy people" she said.
Master Ardere stated that she was always welcomed here and she was going to like it as it had a bath house and library. Something she never had in Fairy Tail. Infinity Hydra seemed up her alley as had Master Ardere. "I'll give it a shot, since you said so. I was never good at making friends, but I'll try" she smiled. He gotten out the guild stamp. She blinked and stared at the symbol of two hydra heads. A neat symbol if she had to say so herself. "Oh, right here" she said. She pointed to her right upper arm near her shoulder. "Thank you master. You should know that this is going to be a fresh start in my life" she smiled.

Tapping the stamp against her upper arm, he gave her the guild symbol. The magic embedded within the stamp transferred a smooth looking Ouroboros onto her skin, much more effective than normal ink. There ya go, welcome to the guild. Tossing the stamp back onto his desk, Ardere stretched a bit. So, if you need a place to stay I can put you up for free here for a bit. Or permanently if you so choose. Opening the door, he leaned against the seal awaiting her answer. She seemed quite eager to join the guild, and he appreciated the enthusiasm. It was not often that he got transfers from other guilds, but he was friends with Heero. The other guild master was well aware of his abilities and drive to take care of those he cared for, so there should be no hard feelings. In the world of legal mages, it was good to have allies. Being allies with all of the legal guilds and even some independents was his goal. Evil was his enemy, but those who strayed from the path of good would be as well, and having them closer would make it easier to keep an eye on them. As for the girl standing before him, her path was clear.
Is there anything you need to do? I can show you around or get you something in your stomach, you're probably hungry and we've got a killer chef. His orange glowing eyes filled with reassurance and confidence, it was uncanny how calm he could be at times. The fire mage seemed to surprise himself, but there was a storm of emotions and darkness inside of him. Fortunately, he could keep the storm within quelled. If he were to collapse, the guild would go with him. If LeeAnn were to gain faith in the guild, she had to gain it in him, and thus far it appeared she had.

The guild stamp looked nice on her forearm. It gave her a new feeling of safety and confidence in a new start. The young Nakamura's brown eyes glanced up at her mentor's orange ones. They both despised the darkness yet both of them had sins they had committed in the past and ones LeeAnn regretted. But they had to be done in order to survive. Concord was one who could understand unlike many who judged her for killing a whole church, but she was held as a sex slave or a slave in general sold by her step-father. There was much suffering in her life. She was wanting to forget all about like her mother, father, and brothers. She just wanted to be alone with her mentor and a new guild. A new chapter that was just her getting a fresh start. Ardere offered her a free place to stay within the guild. "Oh why yes of course, that would be nice actually. I feel safe within the guild walls of any legal guild. Makes me feel safe, I live too much in fear and...need to let go and forget my past, Master. I decided to forget everything and restart my life, this time, no one but you and Concord. New guild. New life. I thank you for everything" she said.
He said something about a tour or something to eat. The travel here was tiring and very exhausting. Food sounded great! Her stomach growled loudly and made her blush at how loud it was. "Food first, if you don't mind, the trip here has built quite an appetite" she said. They would walk down to where the lounge and chef were located. She saw everything he had built himself from the idea of the guild to the members. It was amazing how one person could lead suh an entire loyal pack under his belt. She admired that very much! A true leader! "Master, you did a wonderful job building Infinity Hydra to what it is. I admire a man who could create this! I am not just saying this he uses you are my mentor, this is from my true perspective. A reason why I look up to you. You are a great leader if you can have this many members" she admired. The members noticed her as she became a bit shy and hide behind Ardere a little out of just bashfulness. She could feel Concord laughing at her since this was kinda cute how she was.

Giving a casual salute, Ardere ran his fingers through the long brown locks atop his head. It's no problem. Don't mention it. Allowing her to exit the room, he would keep his pace in tune with hers as they entered the hall. It was littered with paintings and armor, some of which had to be rebuilt after the battle a few weeks before. Otherwise, he was fairly satisfied with the condition of his hall. The young requip mage seemed to enjoy it as well, perhaps he had truly been correct in his design choices. Smiling slightly at her comment, he slid his pale hands into the deep pockets of his pants. Thanks, I appreciate you feeling that way. But I'm alright, I'm just doing my job. I walk my own path, but I don't do it alone fortunately. I have many who can and often do help me. He had taught many mages the ins and outs of their magic or magic in general, but only the young lady beside him appeared to want to stick around afterwards. He had not thought of taking on a true mentee before, as his daughter was more of the solo trainer, like her father used to be.
Descending the sets of stairs down into the tavern, there were some members lounging around at the tables while others gazed upon the mission board. Find a seat, I'll get us some food. She had free choice of the bar, tables, or several booths attached to the guild hall. It was well enough designed as both a tavern and a hall, serving multiple purposes within Infinity Hydra. Sauntering over to the bartender and chef, Ardere tapped his fingers across the slick wooden surface. Get whatever the special is for my friend and I. Thanks. After ordering their food, he would check to see wherever she chose to sit, and follow suit.

LeeAnn Assama-chan made this :3 The crimson only stayed silent, not making a peep out of her mouth as she walked next to the very guildmaster of Infinity Hydra. She couldn't believe it herself that she managed to know someone of true power. He sat her a spot at a table as she looked at what htey had. She didn't know what to choose from so she would of left it fro Ardere to decide for her. "Whatever you want just as long its not seafood" she smiled. She hoped it was good as Ardere said, but she was too hungry to even care. As long if it was edible, she was ready to eat it. Ardere would walk back she came up with a question and knew he was the man to help her with this. "Master, I do have a question. Upon the recent weeks, something has come up. My magic has fourmed into a poisionous fire. Its an odd combination I think. Since you're a fire god slayer, maybe you could help me with this. My illness has gotten to a point where two elements turn into one magic. I want to hone this myself, this could be helpful" she asked rather calmly. She felt very calm with her master by her side, their food came in time. She gently grabbed her fork and knife and cut through the food. She cut and organized her food into nice portions enough to enough the food for long enough. She took a bit then her eyes widen at the taste. There was enough flaver, not too much, but not too little. It was that mid-mark. "Best food I have had in all my life! You really do a five star chef. Where do you get these people" she smiled. It was good to see her smile as she became more of her real self. |

Sliding down into the seat across from the young crimson haired mage, Ardere propped up his head with his elbow hard against the wooden surface. His orange eyes fixed upon her, the two had formed a friendship fairly quickly. But the two still had dark secrets about their pasts, and they were sure to only get closer as time passed. She did pose an interesting question, or a proposition rather. Listening to her words, he could hear the steaks being cooked in the back, and smell the meat being scorched until it was ready. Fixing his focus back to her, the guild master tapped his fingers across the table. I see. Perhaps that is something I can help you with, but I may have to get some help from someone a bit more knowledgeable in toxins and poisons. The warrior sitting across from him may not be aware, but his love was the foremost expert on venom almost like he was with fire. The two combined could create the ultimate poisonous flame, and perhaps they already have. It was within the genes of his daughter. He may be able to help them both, to control their power. But all in good time, for now we relax. Later, we train.
Within mere moments, plates of steaks and a selection of side dishes would arrive alongside cold beverages for the two to enjoy. It was quite obvious their chef was skilled, and the fire mage had confidence in his skill. Quite the feast, thanks. Taking a deep breath, Ardere slid his pale fingers across the silverware. Looking back to her, he made it his personal mission to ensure she was taken care of. Making sure she was fed and well rested was his priority. He did not do this for just his daughter, even though she was his favorite, all of his members received fatherly treatment from him. It was an inescapable part of his nature, one he had come to embrace.

Re: Warning in advanced [Ardere only]
LeeAnn Assama-chan made this :3 LeeAnn enjoyed her steak as it was medium rare, and amazing too. She felt like Ardere was already a close friend of hers. He had quickly became someone that she could lean on and know he would always have her back and she would do the same for him and her new guild. The young redhead only smiled at him revealing a gleam of a happiness in her eyes. There was nothing better than having someone you could trust. Ardere felt like the father she really needed. Now she had relax, now...how do you that? "Uhm...question. How do you relax? I'm serious. Whats relaxing like? Do you just kick your feet up and relax" she asked. The girl's eye shifted serious and clueless at what to say. All her life she has been on her toes, now she could actually relax. Now what was that? Christmas was coming up and she remembered the gift she bought Ardere or made herself while hse was bed ridden for the time being. She had healed some the pain, but not fully. She was still ill, but happy she was now starting a new life. A nice charm that had a flame and was hand made from a nice ruby she had Concord find. "Its a early Christmas gift and a thank for being so kind and nice. Its the only way I know how to say thanks. You don't have to give me anything, you already have. Plus I needed soomethign to do while I was put in bed rest for my illness. Thanks Master" she smiled. It was hard for her to show how to comprehend how to show affection or actually socialize. it wasn't her strength. But she hoped a gift would do as well as her word she would protect his guld with her life. A warrior promise. |

Chuckling a little bit, Ardere found her question quite intriguing. Cutting through the steak quickly and taking a bite, he thought about it for a moment. How did one truly relax? He tended to read or train when he wanted to relax, but that was just relieving stress. How do you relax eh? Well you have to breathe. Take a deep breath. Calm your nerves and forget the emotions that you're feeling. Finishing the bite of steak, he crossed his arms. It's not an easy thing to do. You have to truly calm yourself down, which requires focus. Sometimes it's easier to do when you're doing something you find soothing or fun. Going back to his steak, the fire mage was quite relaxed ironically. It was a calm day at the guild, at least for now. Perhaps it was a good thing she had chosen this as her home today. Looking towards the little ruby, he couldn't help but smile slightly. Oh that's pretty sweet. Thanks a bunch. I don't have something for you, but perhaps another time. Twirling the ruby between his fingers, it glistened slightly against the light. Sliding it into the bracer on his left arm, it would be safe there. A gift from a friend was something he could not afford to lose. Sitting up a bit, he finished the meal after a few moments. Looking back to her, he tapped his fingers against the table. So, what would you like to do next? It's a big guild, with many things to do. It was very true, the guild was quite large. He could not spend his entire day with her, but if she was to be his new member and friend then it was imperative he got to know her for a bit longer. She had given a nice gift to him, and the least he could do was adhere to her needs. It was likely the young crimson haired girl wanted to train, and that was something he could certainly help with.

Re: Warning in advanced [Ardere only]
LeeAnn Assama-chan made this :3 Relaxing was as simple as just taking a deep breath and focusing. That was it? She thought it would be more, but focusing on a clear mind was easier said than done. The red head just sat there eating her steak. The gift for Ardere was nothing really and it gave her something to do while resting in bed. It really was fun to make. She enjoyed jewelry making at least that one. She didn't know what made her relax. Maybe she would discover it here. Her eyes lifted to her father's orange ones. "What I find relaxing? That's hard to narrow down. Honestly, I do not know what I enjoy anymore. My old friend...Toko...like to go out for coffee. I guess anything that makes me forget about my problems. Do you have any suggestions, Master Ardere" she asked. She waS formal about it. She drank some of her water and set down the half empty glass. A few mometns would pass by of silence as she as lost in thought of her past. A friend of hers came to mind. Toko. He was a silent funny type and had the same expression on innocence on his face. It really cracked her up. Concord alarmed her Ardere was talking as she broke from her trance. "Sorry I...remembering something. Go on" she said. She listened carefully to Ardere as she forgotten all about her best friend Toko. He was her closest friend she ever had. "Perhaps, no training today. I just wanna talk, you know...or what does Infinity Hydra have to offer for enterainment and relaxing activities? I want you to surprise me, Master" she said. She smiled awaiting an answer. Toko's face came to mind again as she looked down, perhaps it was best she had to find her friend first and wonder how he was doing. That with me her best interest. "Or...um...help teach me how to make friends" she said. She looked down innocently playing with her fingers like a little child. |

The best entertainment around here is the members. We dont have a theater or anything of the sort, but plenty of people like to train or play games. There's also the library and the bath house. I was considering putting in a pool though. Twirling the silverware between his fingers, Ardere was quite intrigued with the young lady. What had made her this way? It was a strange though. He had been alone for so long, but even he knew how to relax and make friends. Perhaps he had lucked out a bit more than her. Fortunately, the two had met and this problem could be solved. No guild member of his was going to end up lonely and confused. Whatever you like to do in your free time, that usually helps one relax. It had been a long time since he had thought about his first friend, perhaps it was painful or there was just no need. There was no art to making friends. Sure, some people had techniques but that was all just for show. The only real way to make friends is to talk to people. Some find that easier said than done, but it's true. Setting the silverware down, the fire mage crossed his arms. Anyone who peaks your interest, you just need to talk to them. Tell them about yourself and find out about them. If you hit it off, then start spending time together occasionally. Talking to people is the hard part, but after that it's not so bad. There wasn't much else to say about the matter, it was exactly as how the guild master stated it. Standing up from the table, his cloak shifted ever so slightly. The orange orbs looking down at her, his hands shifted to his waist. Follow me, I want to show you something in the guild. Making his way upstairs, hopefully the young girl would follow suit.

Re: Warning in advanced [Ardere only]
LeeAnn Assama-chan made this :3 Ardere said there were many things to do like the bathhouse and library, but the most entertaining was the people. She couldn't see why. They were just people laughing and talking. Infinity Hydra members were not a lively as the Fairy Tail guild was, but she only been a member for a half hour or so. There was still a lot she had to learn. The poor girl felt completely stupid of how to relax or even make friends. Ardere made it sound so easy. She stared at him with her brown eyes and blinked for a few silent moments. "Talking? That's it. This was harder than I thought" she said with a side smile. A thought came to ehr that she will be alone for christmas since she shut out her real family. Maybe her long lost friend, Toko, would spend the christmas with her, but she didn't know where that guy was. It started to snow outside as she just stared outside. "Thing is...its hard for me to trust people even when I know I am safe. My love for people was never there. I only trust you at the moment. But, I wanna stop being alone. Master Ardere, do you mind if I spend Christmas with you? I am a really good cook and make a mean chicken dinner. My old friend, Toko, taught me before we went our seperate ways. Wonder where that guy is now? Probably doing something really out there...haha. Perhaps within time I can learn how to socalize and trust. For now, I just wanna find myself. You've given me hope master" she smiled. Her mentor wanted to show her something. She gotten up and followed her master loyally. He had her wrapped around his finger. If he said to do something she would do it unless if death was involved. She had enough of that. "What is it that you wanna show me, Master Ardere? Or is there something else you want me to call you" she said. |

Patting his new friend on the shoulder, he gave her another reassuring smile. Ardere was leading her up to one of the higher floors, all the while still listening to her words. For someone who disliked talking, she had a lot to say. Perhaps she felt comfortable around him, more than he thought. It was a good thing to have friends, he had things to fight for. Allowing her to finish up, they were getting closer to the balcony now. Of course. You're welcome to come to the Christmas Ball as well. Should be a good time to meet people, or at least form an opinion of them. Sliding his pale hands into his pockets once more, the guild master could not help but stare off into the scenery now that they had arrived at the balcony. Letting a heavy sigh escape his lips, he just took in the mountains and the fog that surrounded the guild. It was a gorgeous range of mountains, and he could hear the wildlife flourish within. They tend to call me Kirei, which means Commander. I don't prefer to think of myself as everyone's master, but more of their leader. Taking in a deep breath of the mountain air, his brown hair fluttered in the wind slightly. This is what I wanted to show you. The mountains and the beautiful sky, it's part of why I chose this location. Not many towns are close to here, other than the village behind us of course. Leaning against the railing, the fire mage had his orange eyes fixed upon the world below. This is your new home now, so take it in. It's quite the sight isn't it? They fought to keep the world this beautiful, to stop the forests and towns from being destroyed. As dark as things could be, there was beauty in this world. The life below proved this fact. I'm sure you'll be fine here. You'll find it's easier to make friends than you think. Sometimes he felt like he was a thousand years old. Perhaps he was, in a sense.

Re: Warning in advanced [Ardere only]
LeeAnn Assama-chan made this :3 Ardere agreed to her offer. To her surprise, she had thought a dinner, but a Christmas Gala. This made her a bit intimidated at the thought of a crowd of people made her shake a little. She knew within time she would grow an blossom. Time was the key here. A soft smile as her eyes grew happier into ones that weren't so lonesome any more. "A Gala? That sounds nice. I have heard about that, but thought it was already done. I think I need to find a dress. All I have is this and a few pieces of clothing from home. I wanted to feel like I was starting over" she said. He had lead her to a balcony with a breathless view of the mountains. She never really noticed the view, but knew the village was small and remote. It was a perfect place to just start over. He said he chose this place because of the view and how remote it was. LeeAnn liked the location. It was well picked out nd teh view was something out of one of those professional photos. "It's beautiful. I think its lovely. Makes me feel peace and everything, I can see why you chose this location. The world we live in is fantastic its the horrible dominate species that inhabit it that are cruel. Humans are cruel creatures, though they are also kind. A bitter sweet. But some of us are just sour to the core like my brother, Sol. I chose this place for a few reasons to definaely leave my sins of my past and start over with a new name and identity, LeeAnn is just a ghost. Second, I wanted to go somewhere that I would feel safe and you were my only option because you're my mentor. Lastly, to forget who I am and rediscover myself without mentally disturbed" she said. She had her eyes closed and took a breath remembering that dark times nad the blood that had been shed. The true origins of where her illness had grew worse began to replay. Over and over she had those dark thoughts about the abuse, starvation, and suffering she had gone through. "Trust me, I have seen plenty things most people wouldnt in a life time and have killed the man who sold my half-brother and mother into slavery. i am not proud of it and knew it was wrong, but I was just so angry and hurt. He was my step-father and one of the most religious and selfish men I have ever met. He thought this mark one my face was a sin which happen to be illness. Tortured me for yeras and sold me to slavery into the church for 'reformation' which just happened to be more torture. I escaper with barely my life and gotten help from a Rune Knight soldier. I never really had friends all but one and I have no idea where he is. But knowing him he's freeing children from slavery and doing good. He's a good guy. I never really had a true parent figure in my life really until you came along. You just had this way with me that just made everything alright and natural with people. I can see why people follow you, you know what you want and you are a nice guy with that fatherly touch. With you help, I can be the person I want to be just have to....try.....really really hard. she smiled. She leanred forward on the railing looking down at the people below them walking happily on the streets and greeting each other with smiles and waves. Her brown eyes lifted to his orange orbs that reminded her of fire. He truly was the Fire King. She was lucky to have such a great mentor like Ardere. It did make her feel more secure to have him by her side as a friend. "Talk...thats all I have to do. First, I have to come up with a new last name, Nakamura is in the past and long forgotten. Got any suggestions? Something fiery and out there that is completely different from Nakamura. I want to forget who that person was all those yeras ago and want to be a happier person and more socialable. What sounds good? " she thought thinking of a last name. Concord sighed in teh back of her mind annoyed. |

Running his pale, leather covered fingers through his thick brown locks, Ardere gazed off into the distance. LeeAnn had come for several reasons, but that did not matter to him. What mattered, was that she came. He would give her a home just like he had the other members, and hopefully God willing he could keep it up until the day he died. The world was indeed cruel, but the beauty within he would continue to fight for. Infinity Hydra had a very specific M.O, and the young red haired mage seemed to fit in just fine. Then again, that was not something he had ever been concerned with. I think you came to the right place friend. You'll fit in just fine here. But if you ever need anything, don't hesitate to call for me. Unlike many other guild masters, the Fire King was very involved in the matters of his members and their missions. He was perhaps the only guild master who even dared to go off on his own. This was due to the fact that he could rely on people like Tyriel and Haretsa to watch after the guild during his absences. Fortunately he was not gone too long, for he feared the whole guild would get burned down in that case. It was a comedic thought, but perhaps very true.
Placing his hand on her shoulder, Ardere let out a heavy breath. She had seen a lot during her few years, but so had he. This was one way the two mages were quite similar, and likely would lead to an interesting friendship. Don't worry about it, I've got you. You'll learn how to do the talking soon enough, but the key is patience. I can teach you many things, but you have to be willing to learn, and be patient. Placing his hands back on the railing, he watched as the sun shone bright in the sky across the mountain tops. I believe in you, but you're right you will have to try hard. But who said it would be easy anyways? Everything is always hard, but that's what makes it interesting eh? Turning to her, he had never decided a last name before. His had been his birthright, and that had been passed on to his lovely daughter. Whatever he first thing that comes to your mind is, you should use. Always trust your instincts, they could save you one day.
