Abilities:
Active: The item has a charge that stacks up to 100, this item charges up the same way necroplasmic conversion does, in the sense it gains a stack whenever something dies around the user or gains a stack passively per post if on grounds that have seen a lot of death(cemetaries, massacres, etc.) This item also has full charge when going into a new thread.

The charges of the item is used to give the boost given by necroplasmic conversion 20% more power when using it, this caps out to C-rank spells. The cost for the use of the item is 5 stacks for a D-rank spell and increases by 5 stacks for each rank higher.

Ok...you should have linked your magic app as well but I took a look at it myself. So you want to use this item to double the effect your unique ability gives...I would say no.....It's a weak item that freely gives your ability a boost. I would say boost it by 20% more. Also, this item shouldn't affect any spells besides D ranks and C ranks though I think you mentioned that....Alright! Just change from double the effects to 20% and this is good to go!

Second it's not totally free since it not only consumes charge from the item but also requires stacks to be built up on the ability itself on the magic to work.

Yes...but from what I read, you get those stacks from having dead things around you which you can easily RP xD So I'd say free. Anyhow, approved!
