The Merchants wares varied from the most strangest you could ever imagine possible, to the most mundane items you could ever come across. To be more precise, next to what seems to be a small stash of rainbow colored feathers was an old pot. Heavily dented and clearly past its expiration date. A mix of exotic oddities along with what people could only call, total junk.
'Only two left....' rasped the old merchant in front of Seikatsu. 'kekeke... in that case I might have something more interesting then these common odds and ends. It does come from my more private stock though... but since you are the first customer that has bothered sitting down with me. I'll cut you you a decent deal...'
Swiftly as if he was never old to begin with, the merchant grabbed and pulled a small brown sack from the wooden construction on his back. And in one fell swoop stalled it out in front of the his customer. Revealing three items. That couldn't be more different from each other. One was a small pocket watch, that once was made probably made out of the finest silver. However since time had taken its toll on the small device, the silver had started to erode over time. Next to it was a small unfolded handkerchief with a yellow striped pattern, with on it a small mixture of ash and dirt. And all the way to the right was the most off-putting of them all, a small dried up critter. Maybe a small rodent of the sorts, either way one couldn't really see what it used to be.
'ke ke ke, so, anyhting that interests you?' The merchant eventually continued 'It are quite the strange items, you see that small clockwork on the left. It is me told that when it strikes at midnight, and you are looking at it at that moment. It will take you back to your past. To observe what was once again... but only observe. That small heap of dirt though, is really something interesting. Picked it up after witnessing quite the experiment from a rather peculiar individual. He said it could bring back someone who had passed away. And that..' he said while pointing at the dried up animal 'is ehm... what was that again...oh yes. I think it was a squirrel... or was it one of those talking cats... hmm I don't really remember. Don't even recall what it does too...'
