Watering Hole - Battle for the Beer! (Alleria)

There was this tavern in the Mountain Village that Alleria likes to hang out a lot. Its nestle at the base of a mountain, right between the fork in the road that leads up to Mountain Village and right towards Beanstalk Village. It has has a cozy ambiance, and by cozy it reeks of aged wood, different spirits and delicious roasted meat. She likes it there because nobody knows who she is, she can sit and drink as much ale as she can, drink to her hearts content. However lately, a bunch of ruffian had threaten to tranquility of her new found place for solitude. When the owner asked help to get rid of the ruffians, she was all too glad to help.

"Please help me! If you can stop them all, kill or beat them to a pulp I don't care, I'll reward you handsomely! If you can do it without breaking any of my barrels you'll get even more! These people are getting on my last nerve and I really need people!" pleaded the owner.

"Don't worry you little head, ill take care of your little problem for you." she said as she gave the owner the Okay sign.

Alleria just sat there. To pass the time she would play with the toothpicks and and turn them into stick people, making them fight each other while making little battle sounds for them. If a nearby patron stare, she would raise her mug at them and give them a friendly smile. The drink was free of course, drinking wold help pass the time. "Just make sure your sober when you fight them, they are a dangerous lot."
"Who would get drunk with a mug of ale?" Alleria thought.

Time crept by so slowly. She must have dozed off, she was yanked out of her sleep when the clock above the fireplace rang. "Finally, it was quitting time." she sighed to herself. She noticed that she was the only person left, aside from the owner.
As she was rubbing the sleep off her eyes, there was a knock at the door.

"Sorry were done for today. Please come back tomorrow." the owner said.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

"I said were already close, just go back tomorrow!" the owner shouted this time.

There was silence for a brief period, then thump. The door was kicked open, with three shadowy figures standing by the door.

'Monster Dice' :

Standing by the now broken door, were three men. One of them spoke "So pops, are you going to give your ale willingly, or do we have to use force." As if ring to make his point across, he flicked his had and violet aura that burned like flames engulf his hand. The other guy wearing the same garb as him did the same, and the one wearing a bandana drew out his knife.
"Mages, have to get them out or this place will surely be damaged. Time for the back up plan." the girl thought.

"Hey boys, I just cleaned this place up and I don't want to clean anymore since its late. If you want I can take you at the back, we store are barrels there." Alleria said in a seducing manner.

"Who, the hell are you toots?" one of the ruffians asked.

"Cant you see my sexy outfit?" then she posed a bit to emphasized what she meant. She was wearing her favorite dress, black leather top and a long white skirt with slips at both sides that reach all the way to her thighs.

"Im the waitress." she said as she blew the ruffians a kiss.

The thugs eyed Alleria. She does look sexy, too sexy to be a waitress. "She's just a girl, we can always have our way with her if she does something stupid." whispered the man with the bandana to the two other guys. The other two looked at each other and a devious smile crept upon their lips.
"Sure thing sweet cheeks! Lead the way." the other guys hollered at Alleria.

Alleria gave the owner a look and winked. She then walked towards the door, giving as much umph as she can master to distract the men while the owner secretly opened a hidden door and rolling all the barrels of ale inside it. The ruffians were a bit touchy feely,the hair at her back stood up as one of them slapped her behind. She turned around and said "No need to do that, I'll gladly serve you the beer later."

The men all laughed, oblivious that Alleria was luring them to there doom.

When they reached the back of the tavern, Alleria pointed towards a small shed.

"You can find the kegs there." she gestured for them to go on ahead. The men looked at her, confused.

The girl spoke, voicing out her thoughts. "It is kinda heavy you know, don't expect me to help carry them!"

"Alright! You, stay behind and watch her. If she does anything funny, you know what to do." said one of the two dark mage.

"But you need all the need you can get, promise I wont run away." protested Alleria.

"Listen here toots, we make the rules, so he is staying." the man grunted as he stomped his way towards the shack.

"Sheesh, such drama queens. Well time to improvise."

When the two men opened the door, they were surprised to find the shack empty. They rushed back out to see Alleria giving the hired hand getting a back rub. "Get that girl!" he yelled.

The man was yank out of his zen like state, he was about to grab Alleria something stung his hand. He felt another, and another. He was being attacked by bird. Alleria summoned her crystal bombers while he was giving the man a massage.

"Times up!"

'Damage Dice' :

There was a small explosion. Shattered fragments of the crystal bombers went flying everywhere. The poor bandit didn't had a chance, crystal shards shoot through him, piercing vital organs. The two mages dropped the kegs out of surprise.

"A mage! Get her!" one of the men shouted. They tried to rush towards her, but failed to. They were stuck. The barrels were just decoys. Inside of beer, it contained sticky tar.

Alleria flicked her hair as if she was mocking them.
"Men really are so gullible. Sorry but i have to finish up now. It is quitting time after all." she said her hands glowed an eerie shade of violet.

"Scrying Crystal!" she shouted as a pendulum of a razor sharp crystal raced towards the mages.

One mage got hit, but the other one managed to pull himself out of the sticky tar and dodge the attacks. He retaliated by hurling a shadow bolt towards Alleria. Alleria doesnt move a muscle, she just stood there motionless. The dark mage was puzzled, but after a while his expression change to delight, like a mad man he shouted.
"Fool! Now you will know the error of your ways. Scream in agony as my bolt pierces through your heart!"

She just looked at him. As the bolt was just a few feet away. A violet light started to emanate from her, engulfing her whole body. It looks like she was immersed in some dark colored water, a visage of a lady lost at sea. There was sudden explosion and violet aura swirl around her. Its power made the shadow bolt fizzle and die.

The mage was terrified, he knew in his heart that he was no match for this girl so he made a decision to flee. He wasnt very far when he stopped in his tracks. A group of men were blocking his way.

"Its about time."

'Monster Dice' :

"What took you guys so long? Ive been waiting for you for along..." he was stopped at mid sentence. One of them just shot him in the chest.

"But why?" the dying mage asked.

"No one from the moonshiner gang runs from a fight, specially from little girls." he said as he fired another shot at the dying man's head.

Not far away, Alleria saw everything. She had to watch out for that guy, he was ruthless and would not hesitate to finish her off. She grinned at the prospect and pointed a finger at them letting her crystal pendulum fly straight at them.

"Since I know they wouldnt give me any chance, might as well take the first shot." the girl thought as the scrying crystal raced towards the band of thieves.

'Damage Dice' :

With one shot, five men were down. All that was left standing was the Moonshiner Apprentice. The crystal pendulum shattered as it made impact against his armor. He radiated with dark aura, it rose into the air like fire. The man snorted "I didnt think that a little girl like you would be capable of doing a dastardly deed."

Alleria remained silent. She just gave the man a gesture that said "Lets get it on!"
The man was all too happy to comply. He brought out his guns and started raining shots at her. Alleria tried to dodge as much as she wanted too, but the rapid reload of the mans attacks were faster than she can cope with. At her last skip she decided to fight back.

"Crystal magic: Crystal wings!" and a beautiful pair of crystal wings appeared on her back. It was three meters long when spread apart and amazingly, the wing can bend and move like normal wings.

She used her wings to block the barrage of shots the man was raining down on her. And when she saw an opening, she launched herself skyward. When she was high enough, she flicked her wings and feathers flung out of her wings. Hardening as it sped towards the bully.

'Damage Dice' :

Crystal shards flew, impaling the moonshine apprentice on his torso. The man was still alive though so she descended next to him and asked.

"Will you yield and never to bother the old man again?" the girl said.

The man was coughing up blood but he was still arrogant. With his pride in tact he spoke.

"We never accept mercy. If you wanna finish me then do it!" he said.

Alleria shook her head. "Too bad, he was one tough cookie. Still if i cant make him persuade their gang...then I just have to make an example." She raised her crystal wings and delivered the final blow.

After cleaning herself up, Alleria went into the tavern.

"Hey mister owner, you can come out now!" she yelled.

A secret door opened and out came the owner of the pub.

"Is it over?" he asked her.

"Yeah, I doubt they'll be back. If they do you can call on me again, and it'll be free of charge. " she said heartily.

"Oh and one last thing, can you help out with the cleaning?" the owner made a gesture pointing at the taverns rear area.

She sighed. "Sure but I better have free drinks for tomorrow."

Everything worked out fine. I managed to save my favorite drinking spot, earned some money and got free drinks. What a perfect way to end a day.
