The Guild is divided in Pillars, all lead by a Pillar Member, who has essentially the same function, as an Ace. Savage Skull has 5 Ace Position, 4 of which are occupied by the Pillar Heads, and the resting 1, by the Second in Command.

Death's Right Hand.
"Those who have proven their loyalty and devotion to the Guild Master, are people worthy of praise and adoration. Forever loyal to their Master, those men or women tend to rise through tanks until they achieve one of the highest rank in the hierarchy of the guild, the Rank before the very Guild Master position, the position of a Second of Command. Second of Commands' task is to always remain by their Master's side and support them in any ocassion, regardless of the risks or the consequences."

The Loyal Ones.

Ready to complete each order of the Guild Master or Second in Command, this Pillar serve like the Hunters of the guild, for they hunt down those, who commited the mistake of escaping, leaving the guild, and end their lives. If you are marked by the Guild Master of Savage Skull, the time you have left is counted, for those unmistakeable Hunters never fail to complete an Order. No Hunt has ever failed for them."

Harbingers of Chaos and Insanity.
"If you were to describe the Pillar of Screams with a few words, it'd be Freak Show. All those who are in that Pillar seem to either have a physical anomally that makes them more different from the others, or some sort of mental problem, like insanity, or some sort of incredible likes, like cannibalism, that simply don't fit in any of the other 3 pillars. Ruthless, careless, vile and vicious, the members of this pillar leave a blood bath wherever they go, proving the strength of the guild, and essentially trying to induce fear in the opponents, which has always been, and always will be the triumph card of Savage Skull. A war is won in the second in which your enemy starts fearing you. Then you know, that they will hide their claws and run away."
