Job Location:
Iceberg (Wep'keer Village)
Job Description:
Off into the deep rugged mountains of Iceberg, Wep'keer village has found itself struck with a plague like approach of demons. The elders and chiefs of the village had often predicted that this time would come, and send out requests to guilds, all over the world, in need of their assistance. When you arrive in the village, you will be greeted with the silence of snowfall, most homes frozen shut. But, only one individual seems to be standing out in the open, and by the way he draws his sword, he doesn't seem to take kindly to visitors as-well. After a few moments of battle, the stranger will eventually back off, and introduce himself as Oki - the guardian warrior of this village. He will take you to a home up the slope of a mountain, where the village elder dwells. Once you are inside, the old-man, will explain everything to you.
"A shrine, long ago meant to seal away the past, as been opened once more young one. You must go deep within the forest, to the shrine of distant memories. Find the demon with nine-heads, and kill him. Only then will this world reach its peace."
With Oki to guide you through the treacherous woods, it seems you are not left unaccompanied, as the demons appear in your path constantly like wild-fire. Dealing with both the harsh weather of Iceberg, and the wrath of these beings, you fight your way through with Oki, until you reach the shrine. Its a quiet area, peaceful and seemingly untouched. An almost blinding light glimmers aside two pillars and a stone wall. You and Oki make your way into the light, and appear in an entirely different time. Oki describes this place to be Kamiki Village, a place located in Midi a hundred years back. It's as small as Wep'keer, only, there is no snow, and yet, it seems to be quite literally, frozen. As you make your way into the heart of this village, you take notice to that fact, that it seems like there are statues everywhere. Seemingly the people of this place.
Regardless, the two of you head out of the village, and Oki takes you to a large eerie looking place out in the water. Heading inside, you two are instantly greeted by the shrilling roar of what sounds like a dragon. This roar is so powerful, that the floor gives out beneath your feet, and you both fall into the depths of darkness. Only, it seemsthankfully, that there is civilization down below.. for demons. And therefore, nearby flags and coverings for food stalls have broken your fall. You will have to fight your way through these demons, and somehow find a way back up, to where Orochi dwells.
Once you find a way towards the all-and-powerful Orochi, you come to a large opening, where a small shrine sits surrounded by a garden. Its very quiet, but you both know something is here, and the tension seems to rise within the area. However you'd like to play the situation out, Orochi's heads will unravel out and beneath this massive shrine. Once you defeat him, the portal back in Kamiki village will slowly begin to close, and you must get there back in time before ending up trapped in the wrong time.

Iceberg (Wep'keer Village)
Job Description:
- Oki - Wep'keer's Village Warrior:
A playable character, Oki is loyal to the people of his village, but consumed by so much lust of being acknowledged by his power, that he has little care in saving or helping others in battle. Infact, he will try to hog the spotlight continuously when accompanying you on this mission. He rushes into battle without a single thought in mind, not bothering to accept the fact that his opponent is much more powerful than he is. Although he will get in your way, and also get on your nerves, he will prove as a reliable partner in the end.

Enemies:
Wep'keer Forest:
Weak:
- Red Imp x 2:
The Red Imp has the appearance of a monkey-like creature, whose flabby skin and muscle is a crimson color. The creature has bare hands and feet, tipped with vicious-looking claws. On its body is a red vest with noticeable shoulder-pads; on the demon's wrists, the skin there actually sags and extends to become the fluttering "sleeves" of the demon, often mistaken as the long sleeves of a robe underneath the vest. On its head, the Red Imp has single oni horn; on its face is a paper mask, with the unique katakana ロ (ro). For a weapon, the Red Imp wields a wooden shamisen painted with red and yellow on the front, and green on the back. These demons only do physical based attacks, and can easily be killed with magic. Though, if hit, they deal B-rank damage.
Normal:
- Igloo Turtle x 4:
It is a giant four legged creature whose weak point is encased in its back and a tail that lashes out, however the Igloo Turtle is different in that its back is a defensive igloo and its tail is a burning lantern. This demon is most weak to fire, although its claws and firey tail seem to be its offensive point. Causes A-rank damage, and can also be killed in easily two hits of B-rank damage (with the use of magic).
Strong:
- Ice Mouth x 6:
The Ice Mouth is an oxcart wheel with eight wooden spokes and several small lips on its rim. Its unique characteristics that sets it from other demons comes from its signature pair of lips and ice crystals that are capable of freezing anything when touched. It will gather up it's speed and hurl itself at you, able to steer and turn in any direction; regardless of your capability to dodge. This demon is powerful enough to throw you off of your feet, and freeze over certain parts of your body. The Ice Mouth is generally very weak to fire, and takes five hits of A-rank damage before it can be killed. Although it deals S-rank damage, so I would advise you to watch out.
Boss:
- Bull Charger:
The Bull Charger has a centaur-like appearance of a bull body, a spider's abdomen, two human arms and a grotesque face with multiple eyes and a mouth that is similar to that of a fly's or a spider's. Most of the time, its face is covered by a steel mask much simpler: Just a round metal plate with two large horns on the side. The trick to this here is you must be quick on your feet, or find some sort of distraction for the demon, so that you can get up behind it and knock of its mask. It takes most damage to it's grotesque face, usually with fire, and can be killed in ten hits of S-rank damage. Be cautious though, the Bull Charger is quick, sturdy and can deal at least SS-rank damage.
Castle of Orochi:
Weak:
- Tube Fox x 5:
Adept and cunning beasts, Tube Foxes are demons of high standing and power. Though they are extremely tenacious and insubordinate, powerful sorcerers know the secret to breaking the beasts to their wills, allowing them to be tamed and commanded easily. While these sorcerers find Tube Foxes as great sources of wealth, where Tube Foxes find their bounties are of grave consequence at the cost of others, stealing them from common people and being the source of famine and disease as the result. They appear in small groups, continuously firing small red balls into your direction (fox-fire). The Tube Foxes are extremely quick, it is hard to hit them. Their main key is to usually tire their target and then attack when they have no more energy left. They deal B-rank damage, and can be killed in one hit of A-rank damage.
Normal:
- Thunder Ear x 10:
The Thunder Ear is an oxcart wheel. Its unique characteristics are that it has four thunderbolt-shaped spokes instead of the usual oxcart wheel spokes of other Wheeled Destruction demons. Also, like all other demons of said category, each demon has a sensing organ of the human body on it; in the Thunder Ear's case, obviously a ear (presumably a left ear). This demon is the same as the Ice Mouth, it has the ability to spin out extremely fast, hurling towards its opponent. Even if you dodge, it can veer into your direction as it as incredible hearing, and still attack you. This demon takes five hits of A-rank damage before being killed, and deals A-rank damage. It has to ability to paralyze and shock its opponents on contact, so watch out.
Strong:
- Bud Ogre x 15:
The Bud Ogre is a large demon with a body consisting of a transparent pink bud surrounding a red fruit and adorned with several large leaves. Its head is bright red and lionlike, with a pair of spiraling yellow horns sprouting from the top. It has four wooden legs ending in sharp claws and a long tail with a spiked ball at the end. They key is to try and open up its but and strike the red fruit, as that is the only way to kill it. The Bud Ogre will try and cut you with its claws, swinging its deadly tail at you as-well. Additionally it is able to spit out venomous toxins from its bud, able to disintegrate the solidest of objects. This demon deals S-rank damage and can be killed in ten hits of A-rank damage.
Boss:
- Orochi:
Orochi is a eight headed demonic serpent of massive size. On Orochi's back is a shrine surrounded by a garden with a giant temple bell hanging in it on a large stone pedestal. Underneath the pedestal is a mass of writhing tails, entwined, and at the sides of the mass, sprout eight necks the size of tree trunks, and on the end of each neck is a head, wearing a samurai helmet with thick armor plating and armed with a gaping mouth covered in vicious teeth, and on the outside is lined with barbs pointing outward. Each head of Orochi has an element, clockwise: fire, earth, poison, light, lightning, water, wind darkness. The samurai helmet of each head bears the emblem of its element and the element's kanji: fire has the emblem of a raging flame; earth has a large mountain emblem on its helmet; poison has a purple skull and crossbones; light has a circle, with shining rays projecting from it; lightning has a lightning bolt, with the kanji on the middle of the bolt; water has the emblem of a water drop; wind's has the symbol of a whirlwind, which is a circle and two spirals sprouting from it; and darkness has its emblem of a crescent moon in complete black. Orochi deals SS-rank damage and can only be killed once all of its heads have been severed from its body.
Reward: 75k jewels.
