Hey folks Kakuma here, so the new dungeon system is on the verge of being released and i decided i wanted some feed back from all of you. So below is a description of the new systems, please feel free to ask any question or pitch any ideas you may have i will try to respond as quickly as i can.
What is being removed.
The floor's are being removed. This is because regulating them and having the same foes for everyone is kinda boring.
Set Tokens per jobs. This kinda makes no sense as a group of low ranked mages has to work harder to get passed yet get the same reward as the group that is high rank and breezes through.
Set Enemies. Everyone fighting the same thing is really lame and thus its been removed and replaced.
What is being added.
Encounter system. So the new dungeon system will function and a "encounter" system. Basically you will roll a dice that will give you a situation you run into while in the dungeon. It will include enemies and a goal. As of right now there are over 300 different encounters you can run into, each with a different goal, Enemies and rewards.
Rewards based on Encounter. As mentioned above rewards are now based on the encounter you get. This means a harder encounter means better reward, a easy encounter smaller rewards but the easier ones are naturally easier to clear.
The "limiter" System. Simular to the old limiter system are a set of options that the player may take to make their encounter harder. This naturally results in a boost to the rewards.
10 Encounter rule. Encounters can be done in a chain of 10, each one gets a natural difficultly modifier. So the more you do in a set period of time the better the rewards. This is on top of any "Limiters" you use.
