Personality:
Vitan is a very patient person in all aspects of his life. He is warm and welcoming to friends, strangers, and rivals all the same, believing that flighty circumstances that change as often as the direction of the wind are no reason for you to forget your manners. He has a deep and profound respect for all life. While he is courteous to everyone, he is not easily influenced or swayed by even his closest friends. When put in a position of leadership he remains as neutral as he can on all matters and lets people determine their own paths in life. This may be mistaken for being cold, but he will be the first to pick that person back up should they fall along the path they chose. When others are taking charge he does his best to cause as little trouble as possible and be someone they can depend on if they need anything. He prefers others being in charge if at all possible. His biggest strength is also his greatest flaw, being when he is set on a thought, only the most drastic of circumstances will make him reconsider. He is loyal to those he cares about no matter the odds or likely outcome for his choice. He firmly believes in taking a stand for what you believe in, not matter what that belief is... for those who don't stand for something will fall for anything.

In combat he is cool headed and stone faced. He does the least amount of movement required to accomplish his goal, rather than fighting with a flashy style or flare. He focuses on his self awareness, balance, and weight distribution in combat so is very hard to surprise, forcibly move, or knock off balance, but he isn't extremely mobile. On offense he prefers a few precise powerful attacks over a barrage of poorly planned blows. However in defense is where he shines by blocking and shrugging off attacks, his scars a testament to how hard his body conditioning has made him. When battling in a group, if he's in charge he puts himself in the most dangerous position possible because he rather shrug off blows that would hurt his friends and give them time to build up attacks of their own. However if someone else has a plan he sticks to it to provide some foundation.
Likes:
Gardening: Vitan has a fondness for all things that grow.
Meditation: Being very introspective he enjoys centering himself and let the day's trials fade away.
Socializing: He enjoys other peoples company whether relaxing or enjoying a challenging conversation.
Dislikes:
Meat: Vitan is a vegetarian.
Bullies: Vitan believes that strength bears a responsibility to protect others, not take advantage of them.
Uncertainties: His training taught to be firm in all aspects of life, not knowing which side he should be on about something visibly breaks his focus.

Service: He is very empathetic of those around him and doesn't like to see people in pain. Its also a free chance for him to learn more about himself.
Discovery: He wants to meet as many people from as many walks of life as possible.
Power: He wants to become as strong as possible, to help others and maybe find his own peace along the way.

Death: Friend or enemy alike.
No firm footing: Anything that takes Vitan's two feet out from under him, such as flying or swimming, makes him uneasy.
Trusting: No matter how rewarding it is to meet with people, it can be equally hurtful when people are deceptive or malicious.

Appearance:
Vitan has a very wiry and unassuming figure that matches his meek attitude. He is well groomed and clean, and most of the time wears a white button up shirt and brown slacks with dress shoes. He often keeps a leather back pack slung over one shoulder containing what ever books have caught his fancy recently. Under his clothes he wears a large number of scars that have long since healed.
