Personality:

Mari is a very open and bright girl who thinks for herself and loves to do things her way. She's confident enough to be who she wants to be without anyone telling her otherwise and isn't scared to do anything new. One of the things she likes to do is make friends along her travels and is why she's open hearted and likes to help out when ever and how ever she can. She can be shy at times though only when meeting new people. And not the type that runs away from meeting a new face. Mari is a very happy and energetic person when she has something to look forward to or has something she likes to do. She can't be depressed or saddened by having the things she likes or loves in her hands. She is a caring character who loves to help out others in their time of need. She hates to see others cry or hurt and always willing a helping hand to make them feel better if its a hug, talk or even just a walk across the beach to get their minds off things.

Sometimes Mari what most guys and girls would call a romantic, one who imagines her true love would come riding horse back to her rescue and save the day. She knows that its highly impossible for that to happen, but she keeps her hopes for that special someone to come around one day, to keep her in hims arm's from day to night and tells her that he loves her for all his life. When brought into the discussion her face would blush, place her hands on her cheeks and shake her face around trying to get rid of her blushing.

When not in battle she can be very laid back, even around people she doesn't know. Laziness is one of her most favorite types of things she likes to be when the temperature is just right enough. Making her more lax and quiet, wanting to do nothing but laze about and sleep throughout the day. This is what she thinks is the funnest part about her and actually loves being like this, because it helps her get her mind off things. When the temperature is high she usually wear the least amount of clothing, sometimes only her underwear if she wants. And can get sleepy when the temperature is right. Usually sleeps in a soft place, like a bed, couch, or just rests her head on someone's lap.

She can be courageous when the times calls for it. She'll put herself in harms way to protect her friends sacrificing herself in anyways means. Though only as a last resort. She truly believes that there is another choice other then save them and die or save yourself and let them die. She believes that you can fight together and live, a choice she found through her life and a experience she wouldn't want to feel ever again. The only time where she show's her fear, sadness, or depression is when a friend or family member passes away. She thinks that even if you were the strongest or most evil creature in the world its still alright to cry when someone you know is gone forever. Mari's courageousness can be the death of her as she will put her life on the line for others without thinking of her own. She doesn't really think about it when the time comes and just rushes out there to defend her friends. Some might call this being a hero but others might call this dim witted or even cocky depending on the outcome.

When fighting solo, she only has herself to worry about. Therefore she'll do anything it takes to bring the enemy down. Though in a team, she likes to fight along side them, instead of one who fights head on, she knows that if they combine their strengths and cover they're weaknesses they can defeat anyone. She thinks of herself more of a follower then a leader, she doesn't think that she has the heart to make big decisions that will effect the team, though when the time comes and with the right sight of mind, she'll know which road to take and stick to it.

Mari's personality changes once she activates her Lineage. The "Glory of the Slayer" Lineage brings forth a more dark side of Mari making her filled with rage and more blood thirsty. She is unable to control herself and doesn't care for either friend or foe. Her Lineage craves for blood and that's what she'll go after.

Soft Objects
—Description: She like the feeling when touching/hugging a soft warm object that makes her happy and protected. The feathery feeling when placing her body or face on them makes her feel like she's floating on a cloud
Friends
—Description: She likes making new friends and hanging out with her friends whenever she can. They are the reason she continues to move forward each passing day and hopes that they'll always look at her the same as she looks at them.
Sweets
—Description: Mari adores anything sweet tasting from sweet creams to tasty short cakes, her favorite is strawberry cheese cake. The taste makes her taste buds jump for joy and she can't get enough of the stuff.  
Flowers
—Description: She loves the creativity of the flowers as they were all born differently from sizes, shapes and colors. She loves the scent and looks of them and can really brighten up a room or even her day depending on the kind she sees. Her favorites are roses, along with lily's and orchids.
Books
—Description: Books are a way to open doors in her mind, a way to learn new things and see everything from a different point of view. Though they are not only for studying, she also reads them for fun, being the little romantic that she is, she reads lots of fantasy and romance/drama books as well.

Dislikes:

Bullies
—Description: Those type of people that think that their better then others and parade themselves as such, and picking on those the presume to be below them to make themselves look better and stronger in anyway. She dislikes those types of people and would rather have nothing to do with them, let alone being stuck in a room with them.
Alcohol
—Description: It messes up the senses and makes you do stupid things. Along with showing those emotions that aren't ready to be shown to those you don't trust or be used against her in battle.
Death
—Description: She's come to understand death is a natural cause and there's no way to stop it for anyone. Though that doesn't mean she likes it, she doesn't like being separated from someone like that, it can be very heart breaking and for some it can take a lok time to get over.
Liars
—Description: Those who abuse her trust is frowned upon and isn't trusted again unless they've earned it. She doesn't think of them as evil as everyone has a reason for doing things unless that's what they love to do. She does have a heart and give them a second chance maybe even fight for them depending where they stand in a relationship.
Dark guilds
—Description: They disobey the rules and do what they want, whenever they want be it killing stealing or disobeying the law. She doesn't like that, and wants them to follow by the rules
Bugs
—Description: The creepy crawly's that move silently through and on the walls, almost unable to be seen in the dark, until its to late and their on you. Mari isn't found of those long, slim and hairy legs walking directly on her skin and yelps if something remotely resembles the feeling.

Friends
—Description: One of Mari's largest ambitions is her friends, whether they've just met only once or just for a few minutes, she thinks that there might be a slight chance of a real relationship. Friends to her are like a bond that can't be broken even by the strongest weapon and would fight for them without a second thought. In hopes of making new friends she likes to do things they like to do and hang out where they would, showing that she's adaptable and fun.
Love
—Description: Mari is a romantic, knight in shining armor saving her from despair or giving her the kiss of life. She doesn't know if this dream of hers will come true or not nor whether if it'll act by her actions or by fate but its something that is tightly knotted around her heart and continues to think it'll come true. She wouldn't want to give up on life before ever meeting this person and therefore continues to walk to do so.
The Future
—Description: The future is laid down with millions of paths that could lead to almost anything you could think of and is impossible to take them all. Deciding on which path to take and which fork in the road to take, all these lead to different things at the end. Mari has only just started on her's and plans to see it through. Her mission on making her name well known has only just started as well, helping all guilds along with her own will help that come true.
The Guild
—Description: Her guild is something not only to look back onto for help but also something to but something to help her push forward. With her guilds insignia placed onto her that's who she'll she'll fight for along with placing her life on the line for them.

Death
—Description: Mari like everyone else in the world has fear's of her own. One of her fears is the most common like everyone else, Death. She is scared of losing her life, especially if she couldn't help someone in the end or if its from a pathetic lose, where she couldn't stand a chance.
Inability to Help
—Description: Mari feels like there might be a time where even she wouldn't be able to help anyone let alone herself and still hoping that it wouldn't come, prepares for it each day that passes by.
Being Unneeded
—Description: Another fear she has is not being needed or wanted by anyone. It makes her feel alone in the world as if she was the only one walking across the horizon. The reason she tries to make friends is so that this day will never come.
Bloody Mary
—Description: Not being able to go back to her old self once she uses the "Glory of the Slayer" Lineage, and succumbing to the evil blood crazed part of her isn't something she wants to happen. Nor does she want her fellow guild members to know of this secret for they might not even want her around.

 

 General Appearance

   Skin Tone: A light tone
   Appearance: Mari is fairly short girl for her age and stands at a approximate height of 5"5' with a weight of 110lbs, with a light skin tone that doesn't look to pale and yet not to tan. She has a slim build, with thin arms and petite hands, with small shoulder's and a thin neck. With her small waist her curves are more visable around her hips, thighs, and breasts. She has plum thighs and thin legs, with small feet, like most females. As she's grown her hips has grown complementing her small waist and her thighs. Delicate fingers and toes that are covered with a light translucent pink nail polish.

She has long rich blonde hair that goes past her waist, made into a long braid that goes over her shoulder, but she flips back when it gets in the way. She was born with a unique eye color being a light purplish color and pink in direct light, some say their custom contacts but she just ignores them. She's a women so she does have breasts, her size is a D-cup and she's proud of it, though she isn't one to parade them around like most do to get what they want so she does have some sense of dignity and cover's herself when needed. She doesn't slouch when she's out an about nor when she's just sitting around she stands straight with her head held high, when she walks, talks or sits down.
   
ClothingAfter much thought and looking through multiple clothing/armor stores she has finally found something that will make her stand out on her own. She wears a sleeveless turtleneck sweater and very short black jean pants, that are held up by a white belt with a silver buckle, that is seen more to her right. These pants show most of her thighs and allow people to see the scars on them. She wears two black high heel boots, with the right boot covering more of her leg, where as the other boot is cut shorter. On her arms she wears steel plated gloves with dark brown leather under them, so they won't hurt her skin underneath, her right arm is has more steel covering her around her elbow and triceps, where as her left arm, the hand and forearm are only covered by steel. Clipped to her shoulders is a large white leather coat, with the Fairy Tail insignia on the back in pure black. The clips are removable so she can take it off and place it back without need of tearing it. Her favorite part is the necklace that lays on her chest, as its a smaller version of the Fairy Tail insignia and its like a part of the guild to her.
