Description: It has an abnormal shape that doesn't match what would normally be classified as something specialized like a sword. At one point the Caladabolg was a full tang sword with a blue handle, a gold colored guard with a line engraved in each side blue in color and an decorative plates on the base of the blade that resemble church windows. However after Aemon had come across this blade he modified it and reforged it from the straight edged sword it once was into the spiral sword/arrow that it is now. Once the bowstring is released, it not only fires the arrow but forces the spiral to contract and the arrow regains its initial state but will spin in flight until it hits the target.
Strengths:

• The spiral motion of the arrow once it is fired acts like a drill allowing piercing damage to be more efficient.  
  
• While it is in its contracted “sword” form the user can use it for a one handed weapon with it’s primary method of damage being a stab, to as a blunt instrument.
  

Weaknesses:

• When the Sword is drawn on the bow and is fully extended the struture of the sword is weakened and can be more easily broken by a hard strike.
  
• While it is a sword, its overall length is considerably smaller than most swords and lacks in reach compared to other swords.
  
• While being used as a sword and has a sharp “edge” because of the spiral shaping it makes it impossible for the edge of the blade position correctly to cut an opponent.

Abilities:

• Ethernano manipulation:  Once the sword is drawn in the bow and is fully drawn the mana that is stored in the sword is expanded throughout the thinned out arrow. When the bowstring  is released and the arrow fired contracting as it is intended to do, the expanded mana is condensed suddenly causing the charged mana to be focused to the point of the arrow. Upon impact the mana explodes as the arrow pierces the target.
  
• TMagic Distortion:The Caladbolg II when the mana in the Caladbolg II is released and pushed to the point of the arrow the high RPM’s of spiral motion the arrow makes after being shot distorts mana of spells twists them and pierces through them. The spells that are affected are of equal rank or lower.

When it comes into contact with a spell the warped mana allows it to pass through the spell as long as it is the same rank or lower. This ability will be fine as it is, if it is a statless one. However, if it is to be a stat ability, I'll need you to specify that this arrow can only pierce through defensive spells, and when it passes through defensive spells, the damage it deals is halved. Additionally, I will need you to specify whether this is active or passive. If active, I will need a duration and range/speed stats included.

When the Caladbolg II is shot from the bow it spirals as it flies warping the mana in the air as it flies. When it comes into contact with a spell the warped mana allows it to pass through the spell as long as it is the same rank or lower. This doesn’t damage the spells so if he were to use this on an offense spell coming at him he would take damage of said spell. It does half damage if it passes through.
