At the age of 2 Willhelm asked his parents to teach him everything they knew. And so they began to teach him requip magic. His mother taught him how to shoot and track the various beasts of the forest, he learned quickly the traps, snares, and gun magic his mother used, his mother taught him to be a survivor able to live off the land. After mastering his mothers teachings he trained with his father, who believed that Willhelm had to develop his own style of smithing and swordmanship, his father taught him smiting, how to meld steel into amazing weapons and armour. Willhelm’s father also taught him how to wield a blade; his father was a talented swordsman, and taught him how to fight hand to hand. Willhelm soon develop an expertise with gun smithing and using daggers and short swords in hand to hand. His father also taught him sword magic and its uses. It took 8 years for Willhelm to learn everything he could from his parents. He had become an excellent fighter and marksman; also he had become a journeyman of blacksmithing and a keen hunter.
With no need to stay he left to study at a university. To pay for the university, he worked as a smith he created hundreds of weapons and armors, in one year he became a master smith able to construct complex designs and parts for his inventions, after earning enough money he enroll in a engineering and magic dual major. There he found his greatest passion, engineering and inventing. He had never seen machines other than a train; he was fascinated with the development of machines, but yet still had a deep admiration for magic. He wanted to bring his two favorite things together. And so he study hard to find a means of creating his dream. He studied clockwork machines for they were the most easily manipulate by magic. He study and tinker with magic objects for 4 years, doing hundreds of experiments and failing many times, but he achieved his goal when he created Chuo. Using a clock work robot, that could walk and do simple taskes, and a softball sized Lacrima for a heart, he created the first magic using robot, a mech, but that wasn’t all Chou disappeared on night, without warning, Willhelm desperately look for him the whole night but couldn’t find him. The next morning woke up to a sizzling sound and the smell of burnt toast, has he got out of bed Chuo greeted him with “good morning master” in a robotic voice. During the night Chuo had changed drastically, Chou now could talk, had a personality, do fine motor skills with ease and no longer require body link magic to run. He was completely autonomous.
Willhelm knew immediately he had to go to the magic council to have Chuo studied. But first he would need to study Chuo. For three years he study and experimented on Chuo, Willhelm learned that the lacrima had vanished and was absorbed by Chuo using some kind of magic; this caused the magic to turn to life force giving Chuo life and personality. He Discover the magic used to fuse dragon lacrima with humans work to fuse lacrima to machines, but only humanoid machines. Willhelm created several smaller versions but couldn’t replicate the results; the machines always had incomplete personalities sometimes even hostile. But He had discovered a way to combine magic and machines to create life. He called in mechromancy the ability to give life to humanoid machines. Also during that time he invents several new magic items with a many of uses. Willhelm set out to the council with Chuo to claim mechromancy has a magic art. The journey was not without dangers but nothing he and Chuo couldn’t handle, during this time he found out his entire village including his parents had been murdered by a dark guild, Willhelm was devastated, but Chuo was there to help him through it. Together they hunted down the dark guild member who had kill his parents, the killer and willhelm fought all day at, in the end willhelm finished him with a barrage of magic bullets, with his parents avenged Willhelm and Chuo set out once more. (Side story) they stopped in Magnolia town, there a client requested Willhelm to forge some new decorative shields and swords for the Fairytail guild, when forging, one of the Fairytail emblems fell out of its cooling rack Willhelm caught it but badly burned his hand and now he has a Fairytail brand on his right palm, the Fairytail guild members still tell jokes about to this day. After a year they reached the council and propose mechromancy be treated like celestial magic, where the owner had to form a contract with said machine, so that the machine won’t be mistreated and the machine wouldn’t harm the owner. All mechs were to be made by Willhelm and he would broker the contacts himself. The council denied his request saying it wasn’t true magic and Chuo wasn’t really a spirit but a construct with no soul, when in reality they just didn’t want to be responsible for it and couldn’t comprehend a machine being truly alive. Furious Willhelm stormed out of the council hall. He sworn one day they’ll accept him and Chuo for who they really are, the world’s first mechromancer and the world’s truly alive machine.
Rp Sample: The bandits cackled at the two seemingly harmless men, “You think you can pass this here bridge without paying our toll, think again we own this here bridge, and now pay us our 50,000 jewels”. “ I thought I already told you that we don’t have any money right now, how about a you let us pass and we don’t beat the crap out of you” said one of the men in a strange voice. “What did you say, come on boys let’s get ‘em” suddenly several more bandits jump out from the forest, weapons drawn. “You always have to brag don’t you, Chuo” said Willhelm. “Sorry master but let me handle these chumps for ya”, Chuo then ripped off his rode and drew his sword and shield, showing his true form of steel and gears. Chuo charged into the now confused Bandits, he shield bashed one then spun around and slashed another. The bandits hit Chuo several times, each time Chuo laughed. No bandit could ever scratch his steel body. After several minutes the fight was over. Willhelm tended to the bandits wounds; there was no reason for loss of life today. “That was too easy, and I only wounded them” Chuo stated. “Thank you Chuo for letting them live, these men don’t deserve to die just yet” Willhelm responded. “Let us continue master, we must find a guild that will accept us” Chuo replied. “Yes, you are correct let us continue our journey”. Willhelm covered his face once more and walked over the bridge with Chuo.
