Description:
The Phase ring is an artifact used by a malicious deity who works as a parasitic object that presented itself to mortals who desired power (I.E, "i give you power, you give me your soul" type of deal). It was discovered within a rune-adorned coffin by Belial (a young archaeologist) and lover Camilla. It was still attached to the withered and crumbling body of a past host when a mysterious magician sent forth monsters to tear apart Belial, only to abduct Camilla as Belial lay on his side with his guts on the stone floor. It was then when the Phase Ring presented itself to Belial with an offer to save his life and offer him the power to save his loved one. At the cost of his soul he would accept a very powerful magic that had been forgotten in the void of what wizards understand as the predetermined force of fate.
When Belial put this mask on he gained the lost magic of an elder god, the power of Fear Walking. At the cost of his soul, the Phase Ring granting powerful spells to Belial which can enable him to phase his mortal body to a subspace or reality which lets him turn invisible to enemies (but not to his teammates, to whom he appears as translucent blue), move much faster, and cause a damaging shock-wave (Phase Blast) upon entering and exiting. Or perhaps using "Phase Strike" to inflict massive damage to a single enemy and exiting without preforming a shock wave.
This magic is very powerful, the realm which Belial phases into is composed of ethereal energies (I.E, the immortal plane, a reality composed entirely of magic. Its very much like the celestial realm, although its more of a personal pocket-reality others cannot enter.) This Ethereal energy can be manipulated while remaining in this current reality (I.E, not phased), for instance, a single utility ability that can create Ethereal wings (composed entirely of energy) to travel at high speeds through the air (Please note: This ability is labeled flight in the abilities section, its clearly stated that it cannot be used in combat, its used as a primary form of transportation.) This energy realm seems to be composed mostly of ethereal corrosive magic energies that can disrupt and damage anyone other than Belial who enter it. This reflects itself in his spells.
The Phase Ring grants several powerful abilities to its wearer, making them much faster, durable and stronger than originally intended as a human being, for example, if a man with a bone density disorder were to wear the ring, they would easily be considered peak human. The Phase ring even causes cells to divide 20 times faster than an ordinary human, healing even the most grievous wounds, such as deep lacerations and limb-loss when resting or in an out of combat situation. These abilities can become even stronger over time as Belial becomes more adept as a magician, and as he becomes a more adept magician, the rings power will corrupt his psyche further. When Belial's human consciousness is no more, the ring will take over and convert Belial's mortal form into its immortal vessel, being that it is the only one thus far to withstand the sheer power of the ring without withering away.

- Weaknesses to all Godslayer Magics (Regardless of their elements the effects are 10% more effective against Belial)
- Weaknesses to all Demonslayer Magics (Regardless of their elements the effects are 10% more effective against Belial)
- Weaknesses to Water Magic (Water is a base. It can cause acid to become harmless its 50% more effective on Belial.)
- Weakness to Ice Magic (Solid Water, 25% more effective on Belial until its melted.)
- Recoil Damage (Some of his spells have a recoil effect which inflicts some percentage of the damage back on Belial.)
- Weakness to Holy magic (10% more effective on Belial.)
- Self-debuffs (There are various debuffs Belial can suffer from after casting a particular spell. Some of which can completely cripple him)
- Vulnerability to Realizations: Perhaps the only Weakness that requires some form of explanation. You see, if someone were to break the fragile veil of sanity that the ring has presented in order to corrupt Belial (whether it be through magic, psychology, hypnotism, etc. All just to cause Belial to realize that Camilla is dead and he has become an immortal fraction of his former self) he would shut down, physically, mentally, just sinking into a depression pit that is so psychologically hindering it renders Belial and the ring catatonic. ((This is more or less a character weakness as well as a magical weakness, illusions are 30% more effective. It is in fact possible to draw his attention or goal away from Camilla, although that would need another love to replace. The ring has tried to fabricate memories of another to fool Belial and prevent such a breakdown of emotional state from ever happening.)
- Vulnerability to Memory Distortion

- Vulnerability to Death Magic (I.E, decay, something to stop his ability to recover. It causes a shutdown until its all gone.)
Abilities/Powers:
- Phase-Flight: Belial can enter a subspace of reality composed entirely of ethereal energy. As well as able to enter it, he is able to manipulate it. This Ethereal energy can be manipulated while remaining in this current reality (I.E, not phased), for instance, a single utility ability that can create Ethereal wings (composed entirely of energy) to travel at high speeds through the air (Please note: This cannot be used in combat. It is used as a form of entering and exiting topics and locations. Upon entering a topic, and landing, he is unable to fly until exiting) This ability serves as Belial's primary form of transportation around Earth Land.
- Advanced Regeneration: Belial's ability to regenerate far exceeds the human extent, when outside of combat he appears to be able to regenerate deep lacerations and entire limbs within hours. (This is not active during combat, and in no way provides Belial with the ability to avoid death or sustain fatal damage.) Belial's cells seem to regenerate in a strange manner that involves his tattoos spreading and glowing intensely over the injured areas, and the power of such regeneration is extended to some form of longevity or extended youth. ((He can regenerate 5% of his total health per post while out of combat))
- Morbid Aura: The raw intensity of evil dwelling within the ring is overwhelming, almost to the point one would think a god of equal power to hold it off for so very long inside. Belial's body resonates with an aura of morbid energies that draws monsters towards him at almost all times, anyone who comes near him is guaranteed to enter the endless battle he endures on a daily basis. Not only that, but this Morbid aura is strong enough that other wizards can 'feel' it.

Description:
This is the first version of a powerful spell called Phase, which lets him enter a subspace of reality rendering him invisible to enemies (but not to teammates, to whom he appears as translucent green), move much faster. Strangely, although not being in sync with this reality, he can be interrupted while he's phased with any attack lucky or large enough to hit Belial while phased. Belial can remain phased for two turns, and then he can either cast blight wave or Phase strike. Unfortunately, after this has been cast he will have to wait another four turns to phase again.
Strengths:- Blight Wings: Belial will manifest wings for a temporary amount of time to provide him with additional defense while invisible. There will be a 30% increase in density to his body.
- Amazing Speed: While phased Belial moves at a rate much faster than one would expect, moving at blinding speeds for up to five turns. The fastest (peak human speed) that a man can sprint is 15.9 mph (100 meters), Belial will be able to sprint at that speed for up to five turns before he is ultimately crippled. (50% increase in physical speed)
- Invisibility: Belial will be rendered invisible to the enemy so long as this is active.
Weaknesses:- Speed Sickness: Upon exiting the phase, if he should fail to cast phase strike of Blight Wave, he will suffer speed sickness, and for two turns he will be reduced to 30% of his ordinary speed.
- Blunt Strikes: It takes two strikes unphase Belial.
- General attacks: Any magical/regular attack, or whatever, if lucky or large enough can interrupt Belial and unphase him. Immediately inducing the Speed sickness and whatever damage you can inflict.
- Noisy stealth: This is self explanatory, he still generates sound when moving in this state.
- Duration: For two turns Belial can remain phased.
- Cooldown: Belial has to wait another four turns after this has been cast to use it again.
Name: Phase Strike

Type: Offensive/Corrosive
Description:
While phased Belial is able to generate a relatively powerful strike upon exiting if he so chooses, when exiting his right arm manifests a form of temporary ethereal blade of corrosive energies to attack his enemy with D rank damage.
Strengths:- Ethereal arm-Blade: The nature of the blade arm is of melee purposes only, if and when he exits a phase and this
- D-Rank corrosive spell Damage
- D-rank melee damage
Weaknesses:- Cool down: It has a three turn cool down.
- Blunt attacks: If belial is struck with a blunt object, he will immediately need to stay still for two turns, and suffer whatever recoil damage from leaving the acidic ethereal dimension unwillingly.
- Recoil damage: 20% of the damage inflicted recoils on Belial.
- Debuff: Belial will need to stay still after exiting his phase for 2 turns to recover.
- Stun: The spell itself takes some energy out of Belial, before the debuff activates, after casting phase strike he will be stunned for a turn.
- Duration: The duration of this spell is actually instantaneous so long as the enemy is within reaching distance.
- Paralyzed : Being paralyzed upon exiting his phase and preforming this spell causes immediate recoil damage, and then the cooldown will begin with no damage dealt to the enemy.
Name: Blight-wave

Type: Offensive, acidic
Description:
Belial has just exited his phase, only he isn't on the ground. It would appear he has generated blight wings in the process of exiting, flying through the dimension of which he phased (or jumping at least 50% higher than he regularly would, so, 10 feet in the air) before crashing down bringing the chemical effects of his corrosive power. Belial deals D-rank damage in a 5 meter radius, on the ground a seemingly artistic symbol will have been scorched if not melted or decayed in that manner of large green wings, glowing neon.
Strengths:- Corrosive damage:
- Jump charge: Belial needs a turn to jump before bringing down the blight.
- Shock-wave/push damage: On top of the corrosive damage, it also causes a small shock-wave that effects anyone within the five meter distance.
Weaknesses:- Phase requirement: The spell phase needs to be active to use this spell. If phase is canceled by any magical attack large or or close enough this spell cannot be cast, and phase will be undone.
- Weight: Any extra weight on top of Belial will essentially cause the spell to fail and still suffer recoil damage and the speed debuff.
- Recoil: Belials legs will suffer slight damage from the impact, suffering 10% of the D-rank damage he dealt out.
- Debuff: Belial's speed will be reduced by 30% after using this attack, as his legs will be temporarily crippled from the fall.
- Duration: Instantaneous upon exiting his phase.
- Cooldown: Three turns.
Name: Acid Angel

Type: Offensive/Acidic/Buff
Description:
Have you ever seen a badass angel with wings made entirely out of acid, with 24 inch swords sprouting from the sides of their arms in the form of fins, also made entirely out of (ethereal) acid? Well now you have, Belial has decided to charge for a turn and sprout his wings and fins to cause some serious corrosive damage and add that extra "Unf" to his splatter-spree of magic. . . splatter. Who needs all that fancy weapon stuff when you're an angel, that is also acidic. For five turns Belial will deal out ongoing acidic damage after melee attacking his enemies until he is ultimately crippled for three turns, unable to move, think, and breath, left in a catatonic state.
Belial will also enter an enhanced state of speed when in combat after casting this buff, he'll move at sprinting speed regardless of how fast his legs may actually be going, but don't let that distract you. It'll be like a poorly English dubbed gojira movie, only for legs. This spell lasts for five turns, and has a 5 turn cool down.
Strengths:- High Melee damage output: Belial's melee damage is increased by 30% for the next five turns.

- Corrosive swords: Swords made entirely out of ethereal acid will sprout forth from Belial's arms. These swords are the bread and butter of the spell, they're what deal out elemental damage and increase the damage. These swords deal D rank damage.
Weaknesses:- Debuff: for three turns belial's bone and muscle tissues will be overexerted and clearly overworked, having ran and fought so much in such a small amount of time made Belial a bit. His movement speed and physical strength will have diminished, suffering a 30% penalty to each physical stat (such as durability, strength, speed, stamina, etc.)
- Stuns: If stunned Belial will immediately suffer the debuff above, along with recoil damage from being stopped.
- Recoil Damage: Belial will suffer from the movement speed, and if someone stops him physically or stuns him he will suffer the damage of the spell instead of his foes entirely.
- Blunt attacks: While moving if struck by a blunt object on the back of Belials head, the spell will immediately fail no matter how many turns into this spell is. Debuff will activate as well as a turn unconscious from the strike.
- Cooldown: 5 turns.
- Duration: 3 turns.
- Blight Wings: Belial will manifest wings for a temporary amount of time to provide him with additional defense while invisible. There will be a 30% increase in density to his body.
