Ever Fake Your Own Death? (Eclipse and Night)

Reiki attempted to get Aian out of his mood but Aian wouldn't budge. Aian knew they could have knocked the bandits out and taken out the leader, but he didn't want to kill them. He couldn't accept killing the Urlong's on accident; it only brought up Kamuy and his maniacal laughter. Aian was too out of it to see the group of five approach them or know that they were in danger. He sat there lightly curled up, his armor fading. Aian attempted to regain control over his emotions and shut Kamuy out again, but Kamuy's words constantly mocked his decision to subdue him. Aian covered his ears in a vain attempt to no longer hear Kamuy's laughing.

Son of a bitch Aian.... Reiki sighed, standing up and facing the oncoming enemies. Another damn Marauder, two Raiders and two regular Bandits. Reiki was getting annoyed with all these small fry. He wanted the boss to come out and face them already. The hallways were big enough for Reiki to charge forward straight into them, swinging straight up punches at all 5 of them. He sent one of the Raider's straight into a wall, knocking him unconscious. The others blocked the attacks, but again we're pushed back by the sheer strength of Reiki's punches. His armor was slowly starting to form a crack on the parts of his fists.

Annoyed by them still blocking, Reiki chanted Ice Dragon's Hammer Tail!! forming his 9 foot long spiked ice hammer and swung at it at the closest two people. He sent the first bandit flying, as the Marauder successfully blocked his spell, but was driven back into the wall of the hall. I'm getting tired of dealing with you idiots!!! Reiki shouted angrily, as his wings and hammer shattered into tiny crystals. His armor was still fairly intact, ready for anything to happen.

Aian was lost in his world as Reiki fought the oncoming Urlongs. Aian despised killing, and having killed so many people, all on accident; threw him into a state of distraught and depression. All he could hear inside his head was Kamuy laughing at him; You see why I told you to kill, Your natural at it! Overwhelming strength, abilities that give you weapons to cut down the unarmed, defense capabilities that make you a one man army; Your a born killing machine! Cut loose! Rampage! Show them the might of our blood lust! Slaughter them all! Aian grasped his head tight with his hands, a futile effort to try and shut out Kamuy. Aian was being thrown into a critical state with Kamuy on the verge of breaking out. Unknown to Aian, the door at the end of the hall way finally opened.

Nine marauders stormed out from the door first, making their way past Reiki to Aian's defenseless state, while Urlong the Great stepped out of his door; glazing over the two intruders. He had large ear muffs over his ears to block out sound, yet the vibrations he felt from the cave in finally stirred him enough to come out and investigate. He looked at one wearing ice armor and another cowering against the stairs. He didn't utter a sound, but he was not amused by the two intruders. He ordered his troops to execute the two intruders by heavily stomping his foot.

The nine around Aian quickly closed in, stabbing at him all at once. However, due to the tight surroundings, five of the marauders collided swords with each other, while the remaining four managed to actually stab Aian. Being too unfocused and unaware, he was stabbed in both of his shoulders and once in the stomach and the last in the chest. Hunching over from the impact, Aian watched as the blood flowing from his body lightly pooled onto the floor under him. His eyes widened, while his iris and puple shrank to a single dot from the shock. The three marauders removed their swords and all nine of them turned their attention to Reiki, thinking Aian had been finished off.

Deep in his mind now, Kamuy grunted at Aian's lack of attacking the enemies before being struck. You are such a child...helpless....If you refuse to attack...I WILL! Aian's eyes returned to normal, turning to a dark shade of r ed, his hair immediately broke into a untamed manner-and despite being stabbed- he grinned insanely. He stood up, shrugging off the wounds, laughing quietly at first, before breaking out into an insane wail of laughter. The marauders turned back around, their attention on Aian once again surprised he was still alive. Kamuy held out his left arm, a light exploding from his clothes that revealed many rune based markings covering his entire arm. The light started off pure white but due to Kamuy's tainted evil, it became corrupted to a sinister purplish shade of white. Kamuy's eyes focused on the boss alone aiming for his chest. Kamuy just continued to laugh as the light glowing from his arm got brighter and brighter. The marauders quickly went to their boss's aide, attempting to shield him from whatever was to come. Finally, Kamuy shot a powerful beam out from his left arm, covering most of the hall way that flew towards the group of ten.

The group seeing the size of the beam put up their shields quickly, Urlong putting up his arms in a form of defense as well. The one Marauder fighting Reiki also put up his shield, as he was the first one to be hit. The beam simply phased through him, though his shield absorbed most of the damage. The beam continued on, striking the ten of them. The first two Marauders tried to duck at the last second, but ended up taking full damage from the beam. The next one kept his shield up and blocked most of the damage from the beam as it phased through him, the one next to him however managed to duck just in time. The two behind them kept their shields up as well, not wanting to risk it and as their shields took most of the damage. The two behind them chickened out and ducked dodging the beam. And finally the last Marauder in front of Urlong dropped his guard in fear of the glowing light that quickly approached him, and was caught within the blast. Urlong's guarding proved valuable, though as the beam phased through him he flew back into the furthest wall in his room, and slammed against it.

The beam continued for a full ten seconds before finally dying out. Kamuy just stood their, pointing his arm out in the direction he fired, the same insane grin upon his face. All the Marauders who had used their shields to block found their shields completely disintegrated, while the ones foolish enough to not block the attack were nowhere to be seen. Urlong himself was still pinned to the wall in his room for an extra few seconds before finally landing down onto the ground, glaring at the one who had launched the beam.

Reiki could tell from the laughter now coming from his partner, that his insane side had been unleashed. He turned around to see Kamuy charging up a purple light in his left arm. Well at least he's not moping anymore Reiki muttered, as he punched a hole in the right wall next to him and jumped through, just as Kamuy had unleashed a beam of purplish white light. In the next room, Reiki placed his hands on the ground, as a yellow version of his magic circle appeared around him. Alright, let's see if I can do this right. Come on out, Uryuu!He chanted, as the magic circle shifted from underneath him to in front of em, and lightning encircled all around it in a small cylinder. The lightning then vanished, revealing an all white full grown wolf standing there. The wolf had a dark yellow lightning bolt scar across his right eye, and his tail was made out of constantly flowing lightning. This wolf was Reiki's Shinigami partner, Uryuu.

The wolf pulled its head back, letting out a feral sounding howl as Kamuy's beam stopped. Oi, Reiki! Ya need help sending some fools to the afterlife?! Uryuu shouted, stretching out his legs. Heh, you could say that. All the more work for you to do when you get back home Reiki explained, as he directed Uryuu's attention out the hole he had made earlier.

Both of them proceeded through it, beholding what was left from Kamuy's attack. The only ones who remained were the Marauders that we're able to resist the attack, and Urlong himself. The others Reiki was fighting earlier had fled, frightened by what they just witnessed. The remained Marauders were a tad weak kneed from the display of such power, and Uryuu's earlier howl had made it worse for them. OIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!! Which one of you fools want's to go to the afterlife!?! Uryuu roared at the Marauders. OOC:(First rolls = who stays and who flees)

IC: Tch. What a bunch of cowards Uryuu sneered at the ones that fled. Ah well.... at least theres one of em left for me to practice on! he roared again, coating his entire body in lightning and charging straight for the marauder. He collided with the marauder head on, knocking him out cold.

Alright Uryuu, time for the big one! Reiki said, as he ran towards Urlong. He tore into the room, jumped in the air, and with his right foot coated in an icy white aura, he shouted Ice Dragon's Fang Drop!! as he pulled his leg down hard towards Urlong. Urlong lifted his hands in defense, successfully blocking Reiki's attack. However, Urlong's arms were frozen stiff now from the cold.

Urlong glared at him angrily, as he headbutted Reiki, sending him back into a wall of Urlongs room. The armor had absorbed most of the damage, but was cracked and falling off in places now. DAMN WHAT IS HIS HEAD MADE OF STEEL!? Reiki exclaimed, as he stared back at a pissed off Urlong.

Kamuy noticed all the weakened marauders flee in terror at Reiki's summon. The creature was menacing and powerful; Kamuy became excited for the chance of fighting such an opponent, he forgot the boss who he had target earlier. Kamuy charged at the Shinigami Wolf, his right forearm glowing as a magic circle appeared halfway through it, and quickly went out six feet to create a five-foot double edged blunt sword, with inch long spikes surrounding it. The spikes began to spin, making the object into a chainsaw and forming the blade of the weapon. Kamuy jumped at the Shinigami, laughing "Make Me Feel Alive!" as he swung the blade down aiming at the Shinigami's back. (First attack roll)

After attacking the Shinigami, Kamuy looked about to see a few of the marauders fleeing. He then notice Urlong head butt Reiki into a wall. Remembering his initial target who ordered the men to attack Aian and unleash him, Kamuy felt obliged to give Urlong his thanks; and started charging at him, forgetting about the Shinigami in that instant.

His chainsaw revved up more, roaring at the anticipation of hacking Urlong to bits. Urlong noticed Kamuy charging at him, seeing his blade spin madly with lust for blood; and braced himself for Kamuy to get close. Kamuy grabbed his right wrist, and performed a over head swing with both of his arms hurling the blade once he was close enough. Urlong attempted to grab the middle of the blade as it came down. (Second damage roll is Kamuy attacking, block roll is Urlong trying to capture the blade)

A crash was heard as Kamuy's blade and Urlong collided, spewing a small cloud of dust into the air. Urlong was standing, not a scrath on him holding the now stopped spinning chainsaw blade with his head in between two spikes. Kamuy was smiling like a mad man, amused by his opponent's strength as he was not phased by even the blunt power from Kamuy's swing. Urlong retaliated with a kick hard enough to send Kamuy soaring back into a wall. Kamuy continued to smile even after the impact, standing right back up and holding his sword in front of him; licking the still spinning spikes as they tore threw the top layer of his tongue making him bleed. Kamuy started laughing once more and got ready to charge again.

Uryuu jumped back as a crazed Kamuy tried to attack him. Uryuu was much faster and avoided his strike with ease. OIIIIIIIII!! We're on the same side you idiot!!! Uryuu yelled at him, but Kamuy charged off towards Urlong. As he did, Reiki proceeded out the door to where Uryuu was whilst Kamuy dealt with Urlong. Uryuu ran alongside him, and as they walked Uryuu asked Oi!! What's the deal with the iron guy, Reiki?! I thought he was your friend!! Reiki sighed, walking to the stairs, turning around and sitting where Aian was earlier. He then proceeded to explain to his Shinigami the situation. Aian is, yes. Kamuy, as Aian calls him, he's no ones friend. Enemy, ally, he doesn't care. As long as the opponents strong enough to fight him, Kamuy fights. So it's better to just sit back and watch for now whilst Kamuy goes wild. Reiki stretched out his arms and leaned backwards. I really would love to, but if I do anything, Kamuy will just attack me. Not really wanting to put up with having to beat this bastard and my insane Dragon Slayer of a friend right now....

Kamuy and Urlong were now alone, as Reiki ran out of the room. Kamuy stood there smiling, blood lightly falling from the corner of his mouth. "I really must thank you," He started glaring down Urlong back. Urlong however remained silent, unable to hear or care about what Kamuy was saying. His arms however were no longer covered in ice and he got feeling in them once again. "You freed me, and now I can go wild once again." kamuy finished, then noticing his arms were all clear from the ice. "Good, now your at full strength. This will only be more fun! Let me join you in being at Full Power!" Aian roared, a magic circle appearing under him, that rose up over his body; covering him in a flexible coating of Iron on his skin. "Come! SHOW ME WHAT IT MEANS TO LIVE! I WANT TO SEE THE LIFE LEAVE YOUR EYES!" Kamuy screamed, followed by loud insane laughter and his chainsaw revved even more, echoing in the room. Urlong braced himself, and prepared for the battle.

Kamuy charged at Urlong, using his sword again to swing down heavily over head with one arm. Urlong attempted to grab the blade before it hit, however he missed as the blade's spinning spikes cut against his head creating a small gash in this forehead. But he did manage to keep the blade from tearing up his body. Urlong then retaliated by first throwing the blade away from him, and punching Kamuy hard knocking him back a few feet. Kamuy didn't bother putting up a guard, letting his armor take the hit, he then came at Urlong again with the sword swinging around wildly. However, when the blade came at Urlong this time, he merely pushed the blade down and stopped it from moving. Urlong then proceeded to kick Kamuy again, sending him flying back five meters. Kamuy however rolled in air and landed; looking down to see that his sword had been broken off from the kick. Kamuy laughed maniacally and charged at Urlong again. Urlong growled, annoyed with the persistence of the intruder and clenched his fists. As Kamuy got close about to throw a punch, Urlong struck him once in the head, making Kamuy lean back. His momentum stopped, Kamuy regained his balance to see Urlong charging at him this time. Urlong started throwing a barrage of punches; the first Kamuy ducked under but was caught by his second punch in the left cheek. He dodged the third punch by swaying to the right, however Urlong kneed him in the stomach hard enough to make Kamuy buckle over. Now stunned, Urlong punched Kamuy two more times- once on the back of the head pushing him down more and the second one being an uppercut to the forehead which pushed Kamuy up again- then followed up with another kick to the stomach. Kamuy however continued to laugh, smiling insane from each attack he received. This only infuriated Urlong, who tried to jump up and stomp onto Kamuy; however Kamuy dodged by jumping to the left. The moment Urlong was back on the ground, He went forth and Kamuy two more times this time striking both palms to Kamuy's chest and launched him into a wall. Kamuy however reacted to this and flipped backwards as he flew and landed on the wall before jumping off and landing on the ground. (Kamuy landing on the wall and getting back on the ground was the block dice rolled)

"Yes! More! HURT ME MORE! GIVE ME THE THRILL OF A LIFE TIME BEFORE I TEAR YOUR HEART OUT AND DEVOUR IT!" Kamuy hollered out in Ecstasy from the fight. However, Urlong remained silent except for his growling. He was getting increasingly angered at the intruder for resisting all of his punches as though they were nothing. Kamuy simply smiled like a mad man-his teeth appearing to be fangs. He didn't find it enjoyable that his combatant had nothing to say. "What's wrong!? Cat got your tongue!?" Kamuy taunted,"OR AM I GOING TO HAVE TO RIP THAT OUT FIRST AND LOOSEN IT FOR YA!?" It was then Kamuy noticed the earmuffs on Urlong's ears. Now annoyed that his opponent couldn't hear his taunting Kamuy charged at Urlong with the simple intention of tearing those earmuffs off of Urlong's head. (The next roll is Kamuy attempting to remove the earmuffs)
Kamuy stayed low as he charged at his opponent, staring down the earmuffs as though they were prey to a vicious hawk. Urlong attempted to punch Kamuy during his charge, however Kamuy jumped over Urlong's fist and grabbed the earmuffs, and tore them from Urlong's head. Urlong quickly reached for his ears, unable to feel the earmuffs as Kamuy got a safe distance away from Urlong. "CAN YA HEAR ME NOW!?" Kamuy roared, breaking the earmuffs in his grip. Urlong covered his ears from the intruder's loud shouting his eyes wide that he had lost the earmuffs. "What's wrong? AM I TOO LOUD FOR YA?" Kamuy taunted before taking in a large breath. His chest expanded a gargantuan size as though he was preparing his roar attack. However, he simply yelled as loud as he could. The wail was deafening, especially in the echoing chamber they were in. Even from where Reiki and Uryuu stood down the hall, they could hear Kamuy's wail at full force. Urlong tried to block out the wail, but his hands were not able to dull the wail even a fraction due to his sensitive hearing. Urlong began screaming in pain as Kamuy continued his wail for a full minute. By the time he had stopped, Urlong was disoriented, swaying on his feet, still covering his ears and still screaming in pain.

Now with his opponent disoriented, Kamuy saw the opportunity to attack. Kamuy didn't want to give Urlong chance to recover. Kamuy charged and started a barrage unlike any other. Nothing but relentless punches and kicks to his disoriented opponent. Kamuy landed the first punch hard against Urlong's forehead, making him realize he was now being attacked. Urlong attempted to dodge the next attack, succeeding, but fell victim to a vicious kick to the back from Kamuy, followed by a punch to the back of the head, and another blow to the back by his knee. Urlong again dodged the next blow. Kamuy however then turned to the front and punched Urlong twice in the stomach, the next two punches however Urlong dodged. Feeling his sense of reality come back around him, he smirked at his opponent as a taunt. Kamuy smirked back and gave another wail, this one lasting only a few seconds to disorientate his opponent once more. Grabbing his ears in pain, Urlong was defenseless yet again. Kamuy had no problem landing the next five blows; a punch to the left cheek, a knee blow to the stomach, a punch to the right cheek, an uppercut, and a heavy kick to the chest. Urlong now dazed from the assault, luckily managed to dodge the next attack by lazily swaying to the left. However, Kamuy continued the assault this time.

Kamuy began to laugh, now realizing his opponent was on his last legs, and just started punching like mad. Not caring where he struck; stomach, chest, ribs, face, just as long as he was connecting each blow. Kamuy managed a successful sixteen hit combo straight, before delivering a heavy uppercut-which he dragged his right fist against the ground to do so which tore up the ground as it moved- That sent Urlong flying three meters up into the air, and five meters back. Urlong tumbled and landed with his back to the wall. Urlong shook off his daze, regaining his senses in time to see Kamuy charging at him, laughing like a mad man as his right shin and boot glowed as he prepared a tremendous kick to Urlong's head. Urlong rolled out of the way in time to have Kamuy crash through the wall, his leg stuck in it. Urlong rose to his feet as Kamuy broke his leg free from the wall. Urlong rushed towards Kamuy to attack after having been beaten to a great extent, which Kamuy dodged easily and landed a hay-maker to Urlong's stomach. Kamuy attempted another swinging kick towards the wall to bash Urlong's head into it, but Urlong managed to dodge by swaying backwards at the last moment. Kamuy getting annoyed at Urlong's dodging pumped the shards on his arms up even more so they were loose and started swinging one arm at a time to a maximum of four times (Two post usage) at Urlong, throwing hundreds of metal shards in a barrage at him that tears his body up; giving him countless cuts along the front of his body and even having some of the shards stick to to him. Kamuy attempted to just ram his entire body into Urlong in a shoulder tackle, leaping from his spot towards him. Urlong however jumped out of the way, but his landing only pushed whatever shards were in his body deeper. Kamuy also crashed, but got up much quicker than Urlong, and watched his foe stumble onto his feet. Feeling his armor's limit reaching Kamuy went with another mad barrage of punches, this time striking Urlong continuously in the back up to eight times before slamming his fists into the ground, to have a large spiked wall come up from underneath Urlong and launch him thirty feet into the air.

Kamuy quickly retracted his hands and the wall and took a leap into the air, getting right above Urlong. Urlong looked at him, fear encasing his eyes as Kamuy glared at him with his insane smile. It seemed like minutes that they hung in air as Kamuy pulled back his right hand, having all of his fingers pointed out-which had sharp claws for nails due to his armor- and aimed for Urlong's chest slowly. At the peak where they began falling, Kamuy let out a vicious insane laugh, before plunging his hand into Urlong's chest like a dagger. Urlong coughed up blood, as well as shot out a small spray from his chest where he was stabbed. As the two fell, Kamuy pulled his hand out from Urlong's chest, and was holding something in his hand that seemed to move every few seconds. Urlong landed with a thump, now motionless as blood pooled from his body. Kamuy landed, kneeling down from the impact, but stood up once again. He stared at the heart in his hand, and his expression grew more wild as he slowly crushed Urlong's heart. Kamuy started laughing maniacally, looking up to the ceiling and holding out his arms as he did so.

Uryuu, it's better if you return now. Reiki instructed, as Uryuu nodded to his partner and vanished in a flurry of lightning. Kamuy's destructive wail was powerful enough to be felt even from where Reiki was at full force. Luckily, his head armor was still intact, though the little armor he had remaining completely shattered a few seconds before the wail ended. Reiki then watched as Kamuy went to town on Urlong. It was odd for Reiki to witness. The body of what he knows as his calm, collected, socially inept friend was now absolutely destroying a person with no mercy, like an animal. Reiki wasn't like Aian, fighting didn't bother him at all, but he still had a brain with morals when he fought. This however, was essentially witnessing a ravenous beast devouring its prey. As Kamuy's rampage was coming to an end, Reiki stood up and began walking towards where the battle was happening, in Urlong's "office." As Kamuy ripped out Urlongs heart, Reiki began to inhale deeply, his chest expanding to a large size as the air around him got colder and colder. Ice Dragon Roar he chanted, as he exhaled, launching a beam of ice towards Kamuy, freezing everything in it's wake.

The entrance to the office was completely frozen, and Kamuy, too distracted with his victory, was as well. All except for his head, which was raging around wildly. Sorry, but you're a bit of a problem child in that state. Don't worry, I'll come back for ya once you've calmed down. In the meantime, think I'm gonna go take a nap somewhere. Cya Reiki yawned, as he proceeded up the stairs and out into the remnants of what used to be the courtyard. He decided it would be best to just lean back against the door and try and rest up a bit.

Kamuy was laughing when all of a sudden he heard "Ice Dragon Roar"from his right. As he turned to look, he saw a tornado of freezing wind that consumed him in an instant, giving him no time to react. When it was over, his body was frozen stiff while his head remained free. He could see the entrance frozen over as well. "YOU CHEAP BASTARD! YOUR RUINING MY VICTORY!" Kamuy protested, as he could not hear what Reiki was stating before walking away. "COME BACK HERE! RELEASE ME! FIGHT ME!" He continued to protest before finally giving in. His armor finally wore off, and the ice quickly became stained with his flowing blood. However, the ice caused the blood to freeze and clot quickly, keeping him alive but severely drained.

After ten minutes, Kamuy was panting from exhaustion, drained from his high before. It wasn't much of a struggle for Aian to take over again; his eyes returning back to normal. Aian had watched the entire fight, but was powerless to stop Kamuy. He could help but sit there terrified in ice;crying from what had just happened.

Reiki had passed out for about an hour, stretching and yawning as the moon rose over the fortress. Well, judging by how I'm not dead, Aian must be back to normal now. Reiki yawned again, as he proceeded back downstairs where he had left his friend frozen. He walked down, to the hall, the ice now melted into water, turning the dirt floor of the hideout to mud. As he waded through it, he found Aian there, completely passed out in a puddle of mud. Reiki walked over to his friend, picked him up and hoisted him over his shoulder. Reiki was somewhat used to doing this, even though Aian was naturally heavy. Now fully remembering his Dragon Slayer abilities, lifting Aian was easier than ever.

Reiki proceeded to where he had fallen asleep, and looked up to the moon and chanted Ice Dragon's Freezing Wing's as his wings shot forth from his bare back. He flew above the fortress and headed for the entrance they had came to the Spooky Woods from.

After reaching the edge of the woods, Reiki had to land. No way was he going to fly all the way back to the guild with Aian on his shoulders. He decided to land next to a house, deciding that's where they would rest until Aian was conscious again. Reiki knocked on the door, unsure if anyone actually lived here or not. He got an unexpected response out of it. Y-yes?! Whose there!? a terrified voice called out from behind the door. Reiki responded Um, we're just two mages who were doing a job in this area. We finished but my partner is unconscious so we need a place to rest till he comes to. After Reiki's response, the door flung wide open, and an odd man came out jumping for joy. You've done it!!! You can tell me all about it and I'll ready your payment immediately!!! he happily exclaimed, ushering Reiki in to the house. A blank stare of confusion upon his face, Reiki proceeded inward. Well... at least we finished this job.... Reiki muttered, as he set Aian down on the couch, and told the man of all that the two had gone through.
