...And in walks a monkey. (Tsavek's Intro)

Tsavek's brow furrowed deeply as he looked up at the somewhat infamous Black Rose guild hall, grimacing and giving the ferryman behind him a curt wave. The man had been uncomfortably cheerful and personal the entire ride to this port town, and he had more than his fill of pleasantries for the evening, at least those to be exchanged with him in particular. He turned back to the rickety boat, and hauled a tattered, lumpy canvas rucksack out of the vessel and dropped it stiffly onto the dock with a dull, echoing thud. In stark contrast to the upbeat ferry worker, the town was eerily quiet, even with it being so late in the night. He had at least expected a few drunks and hooligans to be bopping about the place, but there were none to be found. No...this place was completely devoid of mayhem and ruckus. Perfect.

He lazily tossed the man his payment, held within a small leather pouch. He had no need for petty change like that, not when he was about to join a guild as famously lucrative as this. Yes, if he played his cards right, he would be swimming in cash in no time. After a moment of internal reassurance, he finally stepped out of the boat and onto the dock's steps, and carelessly slung his bag over his shoulder. Padding cautiously up the stairs, Tsavek pulled his coat's collar up higher so it would better cover the strikingly white serpent draped over his shoulders, a notoriously lazy python named Sid. The reptile had not taken well to the brisk seaside climate, and only started coming out of his drowsy state once his owner started up the stairs. He gave a halfhearted hiss, coiling a bit tighter around Tsavek's shoulders.

Finally reaching the hall's door, Tsavek let out a long, rattling exhale. His tail was giving an occasional, subconsciously nervous flick, but overall he was quite well collected. He had planned for this moment for over six months, and was confident that he could handle whatever this guild had to throw at him. Taking one last calming breath, he balled his free hand into a fist and smacked it heavily against the heavy door several times, then moving to open it. He let out his pent up breath, striding quietly into the hall with his bag held securely against him. He shut the door behind him, and began scanning the entry room and noting its inhabitants, waiting for somebody to address him.

It seemed like someone entered the Guild Hall without the Violinist giving an exam, in fact, Elyx never saw this interesting character come through the doors, let alone even step on borders such as these. So instead of a usual formal position, he was sitting down on one of the chairs, his knuckles against his left cheek and his elbow on the table. Ignite was out shopping for a few groceries, which was a code for her going out and blowing through his jewels again. Still though, it was worth it since that meant the She Phoenix would leave him alone. Light brown eyes shifted to the right to see this man walking in, and he did not seem like the happiest of all characters. Then again, this was a neutral guild, Elyx was just used to being and acting like a legal mage. He did not support the dark intentions, he just didn't like to follow the rules either. Therefore, he was simply a neutral mage with good intentions. Despite his technicalities, he was also the Guild Ace of Leaves, so it was a necessity for him to greet someone as they enter, then ask for what they want and see if he could provide that. This man couldn't be a messenger either, he would have addressed Elyx first, not the other way around.

Welcome to Black Rose, might I ask who you are? The Violinist asked as he stood up from where he was standing, both of his palms flat against the surface of the table before getting up all of the way. The boy then turned his back over to the man with a smile on his face, Elyx was a bright and happy person most of the time, it just felt so natural for him to be doing so. His hands were in his pockets, but at least he was speaking and standing formally, like he should.

Tsavek slightly quirked a brow as the seemingly younger wizard began to rise, his free hand burrowing itself deeply into his pocket. He was nobody to judge someone based on age, after all, considering he looked leagues younger than he really was.Twenty-four, and yet he was still regularly mistaken for an adolescent girl...he was quite used to this by now. When he vocally addressed him, Tsavek gave a stiff, somewhat nervous nod in response, still clinging to the strap of his bag for security's sake. "Ah, yes...I'd be happy to explain, if you have the time."

His tail curled several times around his leg as a minor fear response, Tsavek made his way over to the table and gingerly set his bag down. As fearless as he liked to try and convince himself he was, there was no escaping the fact that this situation was intimidating. Also, there was his issue with crowds...Tsav genuinely despised being stuck in the middle of them, at least those populated by strangers such as these. Pulling a chair to the table's edge, Tsavek flinched slightly in the direction of the chair, but then halted his movement. He frowned at the front facing seat, abruptly turning it around so that the back was facing forward and seating himself with a small sigh of relief. Anyone who knew him was aware of the fact that he -always- sat like this no matter the formality of the occasion, and the fact that he nearly forgot to twist the chair around meant that he must be nervous, indeed.

Closing his eyes for a moment as he sat, the purple haired mage brought his arms around the chair's back and hooked his fingers together. Eventually he looked up to meet the stranger's gaze, brows kntting almost immeasurably as a response to this rather unnerving (to him) situation. Taking a last, long breath before he began to speak, the tailed wizard attempted to flash his most genuine grin, the tips of his elongated canines coming briefly into sight. "Yes, I believe you can help me, as a matter of fact. After much deliberation, inquiry, and trial and error, I came to the conclusion that this guild was the ideal fit for somebody like me. I'd be ecstatic if you'd give me a chance in your ranks, and if not...well, I guess it'll be a while before I have enough jewels to pay for return trip to Fiore."

Two figures suddenly appeared on the sides of the table. Young girls and very very similar to one another. Green hair hung down just above one blue and one golden eye on each. One wore a pink rabbit hoodie with black fur while the other wore a black hoodie with pink fur. Immediately their eyes where on the new person who was in the guild. Both were moving quick and inspecting him, eyes darting all over the place. Their eyes landed on the tail jutting out his back side and audibly squealed as they grabbed hold of it and began stroking it like a cat, oblivious to all other things at this very moment.

"look sis! it's so soft and fluffy!" the one in black said as she stroked her hand along the fur. "I know he is!" the one in pink replied happily as she studied his face. She leaned in her face close to him, staring him in the face. "You're cute." she said closing her eyes and smiling as the other girl continued to play with the tail. After a brief moment they went over to Elyx and poked his arm "Ely, whose this guy?" The one in black asked. "Is he a new family member?" the one in pink asked. Without even bothering to introduce themselves.

A new recruit into the guild? Elyx asked as he tilted his head to the side, his mouth shaped in a circle to show his interest. It was not often for people to come into the guild on their own, they normally had some sort of escort, finding the Guild Hall on their own would take a lot of work. Even for a mage that had as much as Elyx could sense from this man, the detection that the man possessed already gave the Violinist interest. Magic could be sensed from him, it was possible all right. There was no trial or anything that needed to be done, just simply an interview. Your deduction and detection skills both have proven exceptional to find the Guild Hall on your own, not even I was able to do it at first when I was escorted here. Potential is seen in you already, nice first impression, and I'd be lying if I were to say I am not impressed. Elyx explained before his mouth then turned into a grin. Being a Guild Ace, final choices were not up to him, there was someone else that would have to be spoken to first before he did anything. Kakuma was a choose, but knowing how busy she is when it comes to either paperwork, or sleeping, he decided to go to someone who was more available at times. Sophie seemed like a great idea to go to, for one thing, he had not had an awkward experience with her yet. I'm not going to ever get that image out of my mind. Elyx explained, feeling his nose about to burst and an awkward facial expression. He didn't care much for looks, it was really more about personality to him.

Hello Alie and Ariel, he's a potential member of the guild. But first, we are going to be taking a trip to visit Sophie. Elyx explained before looking over to the man, a neutral facial expression now. Sophie was someone who was not going to play around, she was possibly even more formal that the Violinist himself. Then again, he has seen her nag Kakuma plenty of times before, it was a rather funny experience whenever she would do that. The boy felt happy to remember those moments, then shook his head as he realized he should focus. All right, we should depart to see her. And with that, he turned around and began to walk through the Guild Hall.
