| When Spec was fully healed and the bandages removed, there was hardly any marks on his back from the barrage of thorns it plowed through, courtesy of the demon corn cob. The more Spec thought about it, the more he laughed. Demon vegetables. Demon vegetables! Whatever went through that guys head was wack. "Hmm.. crops.. Perfect for making into demons!" Spec couldn't help but chuckling at the thought. He had asked about him to the mayor before. The mayor told him that the Rune Knights came by and picked him up, taking him off to prison. He also asked the mayor if they had any books. After a short walk back to the mayor's house, the mayor showed Spec his own personal Library. It was huge! on the outside, the house didn't look that big, but it was larger on the inside! Spec wanted to find out about the surge of strength that he had during the last leg of the fight. After a few magic books, he dove into powers that went through bloodlines. He didn't know much about his heritage, so maybe something was there. He read every description he came across of, and found the Brute's of Fiore. Apparently he was a descendant of them. Whether it came from his mother or father, Spec would never know. However it got to him, the power could and would come in handy. |

Re: A Wizard's Grace(Job)
| Speculo hopped aboard the train after a few more days, traveling to wherever he found himself. His bags were heavy with the amount of money inside of them, and he hoped they wouldn't spill out on a public train. The villagers wished Speculo could stay, but after Speculo explained everything, they were reluctant. He was the reason all of this had happened. That guy was after Speculo's head and the money that came with it. Nevertheless the villagers sad to see their hero leave. But Spec was happy to keep moving. It meant that they were less likely to get harmed. He hoped that after this, the Guild would stop hunting him, but he didn't know. What he did know, was he felt a whole lot stronger. And a whole lot richer. Or, he would have thought he was. He never had to deal with money, but after a talk with Ubero and his mother, he learned that a relatively cheap stuff cost a few thousand. So 10,000 wasn't too much. Oh well. If anything, this just meant that the village wasn't giving as much as he thought they were. He didn't want their money anyway. The train kept chugging as Speculo thought all of this, chugging too the next place Speculo arrived at. |
